We were meeting at this hotel before a bike and barge trip. When I tried to make taxi arrangements to get to the barge the desk person did not speak english and could not help. We ended up cobbling things together with uber and another desk person who came later that ordered a taxi. It was disappointing.

From the outside it looks grim but inside it's great... the whole place has obviously been renovated and our room was really well designed. The breakfast was 'ok'. It's one of the few hotels with in house parking (although it's a very narrow entrance) and so, for the price, very much recommended.

Das schlimmste war der Geruch nach kaltem Rauch im Zimmer. Ich finde es schade, dass das Personal auf die Frage nach einem Zimmerwechsel reagiert hat mit: \"wir sind leider ausgebucht. Machen Sie das Fenster auf.\" Man kann an dieser Stelle deutlich kundenfreundlicher agieren und selbst wenn das Hotel komplett ausgebucht gewesen sein sollte, anders entschädigen. Kontinuierlich bei 10 Grad Außentemperatur die Fenster offen zu lassen ist nämlich keine Option. Darüber hinaus hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert.
