This may be one of the best 4* hotels I've ever stayed at.
The room is very very well designed - efficient use of space, very good lighting, good toilet/shower, etc.
Breakfast room is spare, and there were lots of noisy children there when we stayed. Parking under the hotel.
Only downside was that it was a pretty long walk to
the center of town. Sparse staffing. But price/performance was excellent.

AC didnt cool the room so I couldnt sleep at all. After I complained they gave me a fan - not much help.. Finally I paased out around 6 am and my alarm rang at 8 am.. I would have have better off if I spend the night in my car.

Perfect overnight stay with 2 kids. Large rooms. Only point of feedback would be the heat. Mid january and even with the window open it stayed very warm in the room, as well as other area’s of the hotel.

Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean .
The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through.
Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want!
Underground parking is very useful.

Good location. Big rooms and very clean but the mattress is hard rock, very uncomfortable specially if you are staying for a few days. Taking into account the cost of the rooms. For that reason next time I'll look for another place

First visit to Nancy. Hotel was very clean, easy access, parking was good. Room (suite) was spacious. Would have likes access to be able to recharge my car.
Walking distance to Place Stanislas but a bit far for elderly people to walk.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay, in a new, somewhat isolated part of Nancy. It's not well-placed for visiting the city, however, good for a stop. A bog downside is that the hotel has very limited parking spaces only and refuse to let you use their secure parking without advance booking. Unfortunately, this option is not given anywhere, so there is no way to know this until you show up and are sent away to the nearby open-air parking of a cinema - not the best place for a car full of luggage! Normally, this wouldn't matter much, but for a hotel like this secure parking is essential.

Good service but the first room we were given smelled like a smoking party happened in it the night before. The staff was awesome and moved us right away. Self parking equaled me paying 10 euros a night. Breakfast was good considering the whole covid issue.

Wonderful for a short stay

The front desk staff was very kind and attentive. :-) The rooms were comfortable in size. The second twin bed (in the family room for four) is a trundle bed that is pulled out from under the full size bed. The trundle isn't visible from the online photos. The breakfast was good, but the egg skillet is very slow even on the highest setting. The only negative was the uncomfortable bed. Perhaps replacing the flat pillows will help. Safe area and close walk to the city center. Good stay overall.

Very disappointed with my stay. I booked a superior suite seeing it was our last night of our holidays thinking it was going to be special. Quite the opposite. I booked the hotel as it had airconditioning. It was really hot in the room as the Easter Break was hot. The building aircon hadn’t been turned on all Easter a lot of people complained. Then go to have a glass of wine. Paper cups. Coffee Paper cups with sticks. I never slept all night because of the heat I was told to keep the window open. I won’t be going back. By the way it is advertised aircon robes etc. Nothing Definitely not a 4 Star more like a 2

I had been to Nancy before but did not this area by the river. It was very pleasant, peaceful, easy to get to by public transport (tram line 1, stop St Georges).
There was a fridge, a kettle, a microwave and a small sink which made it possible for us to have breakfast in the spacious room. The only negative thing was the absence of crockery and cutlery, so we bought some paper items from the local Leclerc along with the breakfast supplies.

On a 1 night business trip to Pompey, this hotel was 18 Min away from our meeting. Great breakfast. Large room that can sleep 3 and a very large bathroom with full size bathtub + separate shower .

Good value for money. Family friendly.

Convenient room with separate wc and bathroom. In a family room kids get two single beds instead of a sofa-bed, which adds comfort. Staff was friendly, the lobby is comfortable. Free street parking in nearby streets. Not so far from city center. An included breakfast would make it perfect, but they offer it as an option.

We only stayed a couple of nights but the hotel and room were adequate for our needs. It was a longer walk into the town centre than I might have wanted, but the walk was straightforward and reasonably pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel bar was lifeless and not somewhere you would want to linger. Breakfast was fine and overall I thought it represented good value for money.

Nice location for Nancy!

Our first time in Nancy, France. The Novotel was well located for walking to the Stanislas Place square. Across the street from the Kinepolis so lots of choices for restaurants and activities. Very comfortable bed, had a nice kitchenette and large desk area. Two separate closets and a large bathroom with great soaking tub. Would stay again if in the area and would recommend it!

Road trip to Rome

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They spoke fluent English. There were 4 beds in the room so it's really good value for money .It was hard to find it on the sat navigation so look for the ibis sign which is high up. It's joined to the ibis which is helpful to know . There is an excellent Italian across the road in a food court so you don't have to eat in the hotel .

We stayed in this hotel as a stopover travelling down to Italy, we were very impressed with the hotel and location, once we found it as it's a little tricky to find. The room has everything you need, and is very comfortable, the location by the river is beautiful and Nancy is a stunning town.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern accommodations. Lacking sufficient on sight parking but close to a free underground secure parking garage. Arrived very late and was welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff. Traveling with my wife and 2 daughters was very glad to be in a decent neighborhood. Next morning went to the square in Nancy which is very picturesque and full of excellent eating choices.

Hotel is very conveniently situated for stopovers or short visit to Alsace Lorraine region. Family room was perfect with a curtain separating the two areas of the room. Good facilities in the room including utility sink, hot drinks and microwave. The reception sell a range of quick meals including microwaveable food although this is over priced. Breakfast very good continental style.Restaurants and cinema across the road. Parking is very limited- only a few spaces nd nothing over 2m height.

First impressions of this hotel are excellent once you get over the initial drive to the hotel- you can be forgiven for thinking you got it wrong and ended up in an industrial estate somewhere.The hotel is good value for money,close to the main centre (15-20 min walk) and the welcome was the friendliest on the trip so far from a very knowledgeable young lady on reception.Room impression was good also- modern design, every mod con(including kitchenette/microwave for meals that could be purchased downstairs), good bathroom,spacious room for living and working. A pleasant place to stay anda very pleasant welcome. Also plenty of street parking nearby and the area was pretty safe.

Only real negative was the sleep quality, and this is a criticism of not only this hotel but many other French hotels also. Firstly,please don't make your mattresses out of either concrete or from some semi-liquidous blancmange material, neither are good mattress fillers.s and do not help condusive sleeping(in this hotel's case, it was concrete mattresses). Secondly, the rest of the world has sort-of agreed a standard for pillows: typically rectangular shape, generously filled with some sort of supportive material (foam or down are usually good). Except in France, where we get cylinders/triangles/squares filled with some ucomfy nrandom material designed to stop you sleeping. Therefore the only real issue for me was the sleep quality of the bed/bedding but I know this is a personal preference.

Staff were very welcoming when we arrived, I had emailed them before hand and asked if there was secure parking for our motorbike to which they informed me that they would allocate a place in their underground garage. A small premium was asked for this parking space. I was pleasantly surprised that on arrival my request was actioned. Room was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

Totally inadequate for the price. The family suite allegedly sleeps four but only if if one of those is willing to sleep on a pull out cot on the floor. It is not \"climate controlled\" as advertised. It was an incredibly hot day and thetroom was the same. None of us slept. The Toilet only flushed once every minutes due to lack of water supply which is a problem when there are four occupants. Spoke to the front desk about this but no response. The breakfast was sparse. On the positive side, the room was clean and there are good restaurants across the street.

'Exactly what it said on the tin' it was a suburb stop over en route to Tuscany. We were traveling with two children, 6 and 2 and the hotel was lovely, making them feel so welcome. Parking was limited but as we arrived relatively early we found a space.

Nice but remote

The hotel is in lovely surroundings - once you actually find it. It's not where it should be according to the number in the street. A neighbour had to tell us where it is. However, it has a nice garden, and is quiet. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We had a meal there one night, and it was very nice. The owner found us an alternative for our other night. If you're looking for a quiet stop, then this is a good choice.

We arrived at 10am which is way too early but we were allowed to check in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was the best we have stayed in our 10-week travel. Walking distance to the city centre. Laundrette in the neighbourhood. Free wifi and parking chargeable underground.

Ideal for peace and quiet and excellent room.

Apart from the fact that the hotel was a little distant from the station it was well located in quite a pretty spot near the marina and within about 15 minutes walk of the Stanislas square, the heart of Nancy. The hotel was very quiet and the surrounding gardens and marina were quiet and peaceful. Staff very helpful and everything worked well. Even the walk between station and hotel got easier with practice since we used the station a lot to see other towns. We would stay there again.
