There was an empty glass water bottle on the ground in-front of my door upon check in. The room didn’t seem like it was just cleaned. I paid a lot of money for 1night for an Eiffel Tower view room. The view is obstructed and I wish it would have detailed that in the description because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The front of the property is under construction so it’s very loud.

We booked this hotel because Expedia advertised it as a five-star hotel, and one of the reasons we considered it was air-conditioned. However, since arriving, the front desk staff has stated there is no air conditioning, which seems untrue as the lobby on the first floor felt like it was running. If you're going to turn it off during the winter, you need to understand that your guests are from Thailand, where the weather is hot. I paid over €500 per room per night for my family to have a comfortable stay, but from the first night and this past night (the third night), it was extremely hot, even with the balcony doors open. On the first night, there was a party at the bar on the 10th floor that ended at 1 AM, after which drunk people were making a lot of noise. On the second night, because there are bars and activities on the street next to the hotel, there was noise and shouting all night. And from 5 AM every day, we could hear garbage trucks, street sweepers, police cars, and ambulances coming through our windows, waking us up in the early morning. Last night, the third night, a big event involved test drives with loud exhaust pipes, with cars racing around until about 3 AM. My daughter and I have both suffered from insomnia, leading to headaches and migraine attacks every night. Shouldn't the hotel be turning on the air conditioning for us in this situation? We returned to this hotel because we thought it was a nice place to stay but it’s not. There was no solution provided

This is our fourth visit in the last five years and the last. We always tried to celebrate my wife's birthday in your hotel.

The hotel has seriously changed during this time - breakfasts are terrible - there are not even tomatoes, a meager selection of vegetables and cheeses (France?), a lot of things are missing from our first visit...

The room was struck by the old, not fresh carpet, stains on the walls and holes (!) from the old air conditioner control. The sockets for charging the phone also did not inspire confidence, shaken by time.

The service listens to criticism separately - it started long before our arrival, I did not receive an answer to my two letters with questions, more precisely, I received an automatic sending from the bot, but not an answer to the question

In the hotel, after the next cleaning, the bathrobes were removed, I had to spend 30 minutes to bring a bathrobe, but one. After 10 minutes of waiting, they brought the second one ... there were some more moments, but I don't really want to discuss the unpleasant...

Never choose the lower floors - you are guaranteed to listen to the night news from local taxi drivers on the street...

And all this for $700 per night...

Reading the enthusiastic comments, I want to ask - have you seen anything else in Paris? Do you have anything to compare with?

In my opinion, the management in the hotel has changed - I don't see any other reasons for the change

The hotel is not inexpensive, but the overall environment was fairly comfortable and well maintained. However, it was a bit disappointing that the room temperature could not be adjusted, which affected our comfort during the stay.

That said, I would especially like to commend William, who assisted us during check-in. He was extremely polite, friendly, and engaging. Later in the evening, when we were unsure about dinner options, I deliberately went back to the front desk to seek his help, and he was more than happy to assist us again.

It is these small but thoughtful gestures that leave a lasting impression on guests. Staff members like William truly add value to the hotel experience and deserve recognition, pay rises, and promotion.

I asked for compensation they offered 2 free drinks I will not recommend this place I give them 2 stars if any.

This is an affordable and pleasant hotel with great views of the Eiffel Tower from many rooms. It's easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower from here, and there are several good cafés nearby. The restaurant inside the hotel is also good. When you book, make sure that you clearly book a room that has an Eiffel Tower view, as not all rooms have one. My group booked several rooms and our only complaint was that some of them were cold, even when the heater was turned on. If the rooms were all warm, I could recommend this hotel completely. If what you want is proximity to the Eiffel Tower, this hotel will give that to you.

Staff was friendly. Room was ready when I checked in early. The hotel is very nice and in a great location close to transportation and as close as you can get to the Eiffel Tower. I did have to call on two different days to have the room made up and to bring clean towels. We were out for most of the day so they are either understaffed or make new check in's a priority to clean room. I would stay again but the hotel was average, def overpriced due to location

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, the kind gentleman Dio i think was his name was able to accommodate us early. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet was fresh and everything was clean. Fernando was helping us and was very polite. Actually all staff were just amazing. We chose this hotel because of the view of the Eiffel Tower and it didn’t disappoint! My wife couldn’t stop taking pictures especially at night when it’s sparkling. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

Rooms are outdated. The corridor’s and the room’s carpet are smelly and old. The Ac in the room didnt work and that moldy smell from the carpet was uncomfortable. The restaurant was okey 3/5.
Service is slow. The eifel tower view from the room was incredible and breakfast room service was fast and delicious.

I wanted to share my experience from my recent stay at this hotel, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The staff didn’t do much to make us feel welcome—our greeting was pretty bland.

We specifically asked about breakfast because we had to leave for the Eurostar by 6:30 AM. The attendant told us breakfast was at 6:00 AM, which we relied on. But when we got there, it turned out breakfast actually started at 6:30 AM. We ended up leaving hungry, and it felt like other guests were getting better treatment.

On top of that, the kids in the room next to us were really loud, making it hard to relax. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the money we spent. We’re happy to pay for a good experience, but this just didn’t cut it. Wouldn’t recommend it based on what we went through.

Almost two weeks prior to booking I wanted an early check in. It was next to impossible to communicate with the hotel. Very frustrating with different emails, chat systems coming in. With the hotel staff placing me on hold, and bouncing me around only to be told to call back the next day. I also wanted to confirm that my room upgrade was in place as well.
When I finally arrived, the first thing they said was, “there’s no early check in.” Despite, me having been approved for it, and having confirmation. This was alarming. Eventually, they confirmed it.
I upgraded the room to a “view” of the tower. However, there was no view of the tower per say, when in the room. You had to actually step out on to the balcony and based on positioning only then would you see the tower. So while it was true there was “view” of the tower. It was also not true.
They advertise there’s a gym. But essentially, one can say there is no gym. It’s in the basement, a few weights two treadmills etc., Two stairmasters and a few machines. The gym was useless.
My review is still positive. As the hotel was modern and clean. The rooms were nice. Our bed faced out, so you could see the city at night. The biggest perk about this hotel is location. It’s in a fantastic area. With lots of life, hustle and many, many restaurants. It was great for walking. The Effel Tower was about a two minute walk.
It’s for this reason this hotel is good. Also, expect about an hour’s drive from their main international airport

There was some maintenance going on for part of my stay and it was very noisy with all the banging they were doing. The carpet in my room wasn’t very clean. Room was small, however I loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from my room.

Sometimes pple would just knock on my door without announcing themselves whenever I asked who it was.

Lilian was very hospitable and helpful. Timothe needs to improve on his personal skills.

They don’t always answer their phones at front desk!

I selected a room with a view of the Eiffel tower. It was a magical and fleeting experience. My wife fell asleep both night with the lights of the tower in view, our heads heavy from touring.

Everything was perfect and on point, it went above expectations but there were a only one issue, my wife's hair blower burnt out after trying to use it on the bathroom's plug, the plug wasn't working properly and that thing almost exploded, if it was a cheap hair blower I wouldn't mind but my wife's hair blower was quite expensive and for a product like that spending over $400 I'll definitely feel the pain. After that happened I thought that the problem was the blower so I went and connect the hotel's blower and it didn't work neither so I took this to reception, I called right away to get this checked out and get a technician to the room that way they could see it was the plug that was damaged and someway get a replacement for my wife's hair blower since it was the plug that probably had the cables crossed or old or something because we had electricity around the room and every other plug was working good but the hotel staff turned their head to the other side. No technician, no reimbursement, no replacement, nothing was done, and imagine going through a situation like this in your honey moon? How will I give them more time of our honey moon to get an answer? We got to the day we had to leave and to them nothing ever happened, and here we are, no hair blower and they probably won't remember that it was their fault.

Location of the hotel is amazing ! View is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Only issues are showers and bathroom . Showers have no covers , doesn’t matter how careful you taking shower all bathroom floor covered with water . That’s why mold is on the walls in some areas . That was my biggest issue ! Mold ! Not to much , but it was there .

The furniture in the room did not seem Parisian at all for what we paid. I don’t think the view of the Effiel tour is worth the stay here.

Initially I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, when we arrived we had to switch rooms because of the cleanliness of it, then we had to switch rooms again in the middle of the night for maintenance issues. We switched rooms 5times for an overnight stay. I was highly disappointed. The staff was accommodating but that did not change my experience.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, there is a metro station down the street, and the Eiffel Tower is a couple of blocks away. other than that my stay was average. i was asked if i wanted to pay for early check-in, i said yes, i was sent an email that stated that was approved and when i got to the hotel i was told, that i didn't really have approved early check in. but then i was told that i was able to have early check in as the room was ready, but i wasn't going to be charged for it. we got in and the bed wasn't twins like they were supposed to be and the shower drain is in pieces. they came up to fix the bed issue but took two days to fix the shower issue, we used it any way. the tissue box was empty, it took them two days to replace that. the room was not pleasant, it looks like a prison, every thing is grey, floors, wall, doors, and the hall way carpet is old and grimey, the first floor is the only nice floor, the staff was pleasant, except for my first encounter, and the food was good. and the housekeeping just barge into the room, they might knock but to not give you time to get to the door, and just walk right in. it is very unnerving. a lot of nothing for the money.
