Housekeeping staff is good. We stayed at the Club Room. The club service at Level 22 is a disappointment. Good hospitality is very lacking at the club level. Food provision is petty and stingy at the level 22 club lounge. It claimed to be exclusive but not inclusive.

If budget permits, I would recommend Pan Pacific Marina Square Club Rooms. Price tag is high but you get great service over there. At least one will not feel a sense of guilt (as if stealing) eating the food at the club lounge.

This is our third time staying at the Oasia hotel over the past nine years. We had fond memories of the hotel from our first two stays. This time round, things have changed. This should probably be our last time staying at this hotel.

Asked for an option to check-in, the man at the reception desk (name starting with letter F) quoted me ridiculous cost - as much as the nightly rate I booked and could even indicate when I will be able to check in. I found the whole interaction impersonal and robotic.

During my stay, I found that the iron in the room was not working. Called Housekeeping three times to have it replaced, but no one picked up the phone. The the hallway smelt damp and the carpeting was stained and worn out.

The room was spartan but clean. Plenty of shopping nearby and easy access public transportation. It is situated near prominent hospitals, making it a convenient location if one is visiting medical reasons.

Overall, mediocre hotel. Not going to stay here again.

Hotel pictures was as per advertise when we check-in. All clean and good. Halley assisted us with the check-in and is very friendly, helpful and courteous.

The only downside that i would recommend for the hotel to include is a bidet for the toilet as its a distance from the shower.

The club lounge details could be better detailed in the welcome note.

Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and experience at the club room and the club lounge.

Oasia Hotel is still my number one choice.
There was one incident whereby the fire alarm was activated at around 12MN i guess. So as per normal the first alarm, they will investigate whether there was really a fire or a false alarm. After a few minutes, the alarm went up again, the announcement still said \"fire alarm has been activated in the building\". So we waited for further announcement, and there's none. I think management should be careful with this, so that the hotel guests will have a restful night without worries.

The sliding door shared by the toilet and the shower is not a good idea. When after shower, the sliding door is wet and water will drip on the entrance of the toilet, a risk of slipping and can be messy, I hate wet floor!

My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights on holiday. Good location with several shopping centres around.
We were able to check out at 1pm and stay and use the pool etc until we left for the airport at 7pm.
The main downfalls we found- water pressure in shower is next to none. The water was also cold often- no matter how long we kept the water running.
The pillows were also very uncomfortable.
Front counter staff need to answer the phone line for reception and need to be more friendly also.

The hotel doesn’t arrange correct bed room

When I booked the room, I requested single king bed however when I checked it, the hotel claimed I booked double beds, and due to full cap, they were not able to find a king bed room, they seemed not to arrange king bed room for me. No king bed not an issue, but don’t claim I booked double beds, misleading me I booked it wrong. If single bed or double beds rooms is critical for the stay, I would suggest calling the hotel to make sure they can offer what to be booked. And the breakfast really no good!

Oasia Novena oasis perfect stopover!

Stayed for 3 nights in transit back to Aus after 5 weeks in Europe. The hotel was a perfect stopover to rest and relax after a heavy “tourist” schedule. The room was very comfortable and the Oasia Club membership was excellent value. The club team with Charmine were wonderful hosts!

I booked a superior room but they did not have a room with double bed available at the time of check in. We were instead given an accessible room with double bed which is fine.

The hotel is only about 20mins drive from Changi airport. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping comes in daily. It is right next to a mall and Novena station so travel is convenient. Even though it is also next to Tan Toc Seng hospital, it is very quiet. We did not get to try the pool but it looked really good.

But reception was very responsive.
Did not like to opaque glass in the showers/toilets in the gym! Quite impersonal IMO.

The front office staff was bad. Am a repeated guest and check in was always poor and very long. This trip, at first this hotel front office staff (Natalie) was nice, I even commented to my mom that this girl was nice today. She said if I don’t like the room then I can contact her to change. Check in time was 6pm and lobby was empty. But I had an issue with the room- the room was smaller than the regular.The phone in the room does not work so I got to go down to the lobby. It was about less than 10 minutes from the time of check-in.When I reached the lobby, her other colleague checked for any avail room that Natalie said I can change (corner room) if I don’t like the first room (room # 2110). After both of them discussed, they said they only have room 920 (superior while I reserved for deluxe). It was obvious they have the room I have asked but she simply does not want to give it to me. Her attitude was “take or leave it” - either room 2110 or 920 which is a downgrade.Natalie said the room was booked when I went to see Room 2110. No one was at the lobby. If she was willing to help, she would have give me the room.

Room 920 was bad-curtain and bed side light was broken, no bar soap, phone does not work

Last stay I was talking to the other staff. The other staff was asking Natalie. While Natalie could have addressed me directly as I was standing in front of her, instead she addressed her colleague and FYI she did not attend any other guests. Good Manner is a basic attitude!

Rooms are very basic - including their club room! This hotel needs a major revamp!

Breakfast in the downstairs “common area” is chaotic and extremely poor.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the staff - they are super friendly and helpful!

But definitely not worth the money - don’t even bother upgrading, it’s a complete waste!

Great property. We (family of 4) enjoyed our stay for 5 nights in July. Shopping and Metro is directly connected to this hotel. Rooms were spacious and we took two rooms. Well maintained swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, room space, room keeping, easy access to transportation and shopping.

We skipped the breakfast at the hotel as it had less menu for the price.

The hotel was very good as was the location. Only slightly issue was that we booked a twin room and when we checked in, they had all been allocated. We were given a double room and a camp bed for the night and then moved. However this was fine and we were moved the next day very easily. Staff were very apologetic.

Good location, OK hotel, some disappointments

I booked this hotel because of the pictures of the infinity pool and amazing views. What isn't clear is that you can't access this area unless you are in one of the more expensive \"club\" rooms which give you access to the \"club\" area. There is another swimming pool. but the upholstery on the loungers was worn out with holes in them and were looking very sorry for themselves.

I had booked 7 months ahead and arrived to be told our twin room wasn't available - I had to argue the point to be given the twin room booked but shouldn't have had to when jet lagged and tired.

The location was good near the Novena MRT station. It is a hotel also used by flight crew.

We had a execllent stay at Oasia Hotel Novena Singapore. Inspite the influx of guests during our stay, the staff managed it well. They were really attentive and showed so much care to their guests. The hotel offers a number of amenities, and the rooms were spotless clean from the bedsheets to the bathroom. The coffee pods and tea bags were regularly replenished. Kudos to the management, especially to all hotel workers from the front desk up to the housekeeping and kitchen staff. Special shoutout to the OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) working here, I know it is hard to work and live away from home. God bless you! The location is great since the hotel has a direct access to Novena MRT accessible with the elevators up to 11pm. There is also a nearby Catholic Church, several hospitals, and shopping centers. I would recommend you stay here if you want a more peaceful and less crowded area away from the central business district. The hotel exceed our expectations. If we return to Singapore, we will definitely stay here again.

Cleaning staff were amazing - always smiling and made the rooms immaculately clean. Reception staff were friendly and efficient, albeit a bit robotic I’ve had warmer service elsewhere.

The rooms were alright. Areas are showing wear and tear. Alot of staining on the window side seating area, and for the bathroom there were definitely areas of adhesive repairs which weren’t done at a high standard (Literally slapped on thickly) . Pressure for the taps were a lot, even by turning the taps on slightly you’d get splashed instantly. The glazing between the room and bathroom was just confusing, the frosted effect does not work and you can clearly see the person naked on the other side if you’re in the bedroom. The manifestation which has been applied on the glass is useless and a blind system would have been suffice. I can’t imagine how it would be if you were sharing a room with colleagues or friends…

Overall, a nice stay and was suitable for the short stay. However, the bathroom condition needs to be sorted out.

Fantastic Manager Brandon at the hotel

Been staying at this property since launch.
Rooms are generally well maintained except for the blinds and the rugs.
Convenient location with many food and shopping options near by.
2 best reason why we kept coming back (definitely not the price) is the fantastic service and the free parking.
Shout out to the manager, Mr Brandon Lim, who really took care of our needs and request during our 4 days stay.
Will definitely return to this home away from home for the fantastic service.

The location is it's strongest point, since it's right in the center if the island. There's also a MRT metro station, plus several malls a hop skip away connected via a tunnel. Hotel room is showing some wear and tear, and quite basic outfitted. Housekeeping isn't doing a great job in the bathroom, and generally seem to be late . Service is alright , with the check in staff being the stars.
