Very nice stayed & clean & beautiful room. In the New World Millennium Hotel in Hong Kong they recognized you being Expedia member & allows you to late check out to 12 noon. I wish the same for Sheraton Towers in Singapore.

Initially there was an issue that was solved in two minutes by a great night manager. The hotel staff are friendly, professional and capable of anticipating your needs before you realize what you need! Tammy in the main restaurant was an absolute pleasure to see and interact with on a daily basis and always with a smile!

Great value for money in Singapore

Hotel is well located and the property is well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good and lots of options in buffet. Bar is on site open till late. Dinner and lunch too costly and not much variety. Room service for food is very late and not much choice. Staff at breakfast are old timers and don’t pay attention to customers and would give a blank look upon eye contact. Needs a refresh I think. Reception staff are good but a little more friendly and smiles would only increase the business. Very safe neighborhood and close to Newton Sub way station with NSL and Downtown line. Overall very nice stay for us.

They have a beautiful swimming pool and waterfalls at the hotel but they should work towards increasing food option at the pool and at least one sever to check if customers at pool.

Also the kitchen exhaust fans are towards the pool side so when in pool you are over powered by the smell of food. May be the management needs to upgrade their exhaust system and drive it much up from the pool side.

Not worthy of the price paid. We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The front entrance and foyer of the hotel is grand and beautiful, but the room is a different story. There is a musky smell walking into the room everyday. The shower/tub has a slow running drain which is not pleasant. The toilet has strong water gushing out for flushing but still, for some reason, it doesn't clean the bowl well. All in all, just not what I would expect from a Sheraton line of hotels. Not likely a second time for a while.

The facility and room were wonderful. We enjoyed the stay here. There was a hitch, however, that the hotel double charged for breakfast although we bought a package with breakfast included option from Expedia. The hotel staff said only after check out that the breakfast was not included. But they did not tell us about this at the time of check in although it was on the confirmation slip. We don't know whose fault it is, Expedia or Sheraton. Expedia gave us back some credit but it was not full amount. Unfairly, we paid for their fault and mistake.

This hotel tried to cheat my money. They took deposit from me and then charged me again for my stay thinking I wouldn’t notice. Don’t trust the good reviews this place has gotten. Be careful before you book a stay at this place.

Overall is satisfied but caught by a 'SURPRISE'!

Satisfied with the room's condition and the bed was comfy enough. Was given the highest floor and the view and sunlight were awesome. But was caught in surprise during breakfast because of the unsealed fruits jams spread being served to me! Obviously a 'recycle' concept was applied here, but should not served me the unsealed and half eaten jams spread. An unopened leftover mini fruit jam spread could possibly acceptable but during the COVID-19 period, service lines should be more proactively maintain a higher standard of hygiene level. Extremely disappointed on this item.

It was good! The hotel is well maintained, toilets are clean, the facilities are great! The pool was big enough, clean, and not too crowded. The gym is adequate too (except because many equipment cannot be used due to social distancing, but understand this is to be in line with safety rules). The breakfast was not bad too, although we were not allowed to have refill of juice.

Somehow the hotel is super cold though, but better cold than stuffy!

The concierge staff was so rude, they claim that they never receive my package when I came to approach them, but a few minutes later called me in my room mentioning that they had my package. They didn't check properly which was very careless. Room service call was always busy, never have I experienced a case like so when staying at the hotel.

Also they don't serve water in their resto during breakfast, how odd is that. I think water should be pretty basic

The service staff was excellent! They were very mindful about how to protect guests from the Corona virus and yet diligently attended to our needs. They were very proactive and even anticipated our needs. I'd like to compliment the entire team esp the team from the executive lounge, specifically Grace, Kathleen, Desern, Sherlyn and Tammy. Nice they give us one mask each for the Corona virus issue over the chinese new year. Not as nice was SG$200 charge to our credit card as deposit, that is to be credited 7-14 days after our departure. Our room was prepaid and we had no additional charges, they didnt take credit card in case of incidentals but actually charged account a deposit amount, and we got no receipt of that charge. We had to call in to understand charge (with money exchange fee), and they said the credit would be within another 2 weeks. Not cool.

The Sheraton Towers is a very nice hotel, the staff were very helpful. The hotel had a lovely restaurant for breakfast there was plenty of verity with many dishes availed as well as traditional English style cooked breakfast.
The hotel restaurant, bar and lobby area is all in Marble and looks very grand.
The rooms are large and spacious with all the normal amenities such as tea / coffee, safes and bar, also room service is available.
Their is a swimming pool although we never had the time to use it as we were out sight seeing.

The check-in process was seamless and the receptionist was efficient and friendly. I had a room overlooking the swimming pool which was great. :) The bathroom is a little dated, but very clean and well maintained. Would definitely come back again!

The location is not super prime but quiet for us to rest & relax . However the toilet wasn’t excellent when we check in . The room deco is simple and clean maybe another wall painting on the back of that bed wall will add more cosy feeling . Irene at the breakfast cafe has demonstrated excellent customer service keep up the good work . The cappuccino is too mild and too milky though .

This is a great hotel that I first stayed at quite soon after it opened and when it was operated by Sheraton rather than Marriott. It has been some years since i was last there and, this time, I was very surprised to discover that there was no compendium in the room to provide details of matters such as the various dining rooms, swimming pool, etc. We may have been told about these when checking in but, after a long flight, such details did not register and there was no in-room information for checking. The only in-room information seemed to relate only to in-room dining. I will, however, stay there again because I have never forgotten the quality of service I first encountered many years ago.

Old hotel with bad cleanliness

Very disappointing stay and I will never stay again here.
upon arrival, even i am gold with sheraton, i didnt get an upgrade which i dont care really that much for. fine.
arriving in the room, 2 beds and the one i chose, was made, BUT not changed from prior guest i think. i opened the covers and found a size tag from a shirt or so.. the bed was also all wrinkle... which makes me very much think it was not changed from prior guest. so i took the other bed and complained the next morning.
next shock was breakfast price.. $50+ for breakfast buffet... ridiculous. fine..
elevator for the key-card was half of the time not working.
the hotel overall is old. everything with carpet which you can tell is only cleaned so often becuase it has this old carpet smell. outside in the hallway as well as in the rooms. which was logical then... when i was working on the desk.. that 2-3 ants came and visit me... at that point i was just.. thanks god its the last night of my stay otherwise i would change the hotel now...
coffee maker is also quite funny... hot water maker is there and then you have one of this hand-to-be-made coffee pots.
certain things dont matter, but the cleanliness overall with carpet etc was really disappointing.
i cannot recommend this hotel at all and will never stay again here..

The room is good size and very clean. The breakfast has a lot of choices of different cuisine and tasted great. The only suggestion I have is for the hotel to look at the design of shower door because you can't open the shower door after you put down the shower mat.

I mentioned I was member before check in via Expedia app, and went to Singapore to celebrate my wife's birthday and honeymoon. The staff replied that was recorded in system, didn't guaranteed anything can be offered. But when I checked in, the staff didn't know I am SPG member, and I can't use hotel wifi in first two days until I found member can enjoy free wifi. And I didn't enjoy any benefits for birthday and honeymoon. I am not sure the staff left these messages in hotel system.

Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, gave us loads of tips about Singapore & let us check-in at 9am as we had a sleeping child after a long flight. Bed was big, but air conditioning kept losing its cool at times in the night. It is a walk from the Newton hawkers centre for lunch/dinner, but breakfast options are far. Hotel breakfast is very expensive for what it is. Close to Newton metro station, but taxis are cheap too.

We went to Singapore to meet up with my niece and her husband. He had been badly hurt in a boating accident in Indonesia and was medi evac’d to Mount Elizabeth Hospital where his life was spared. We were thankful for the good accommodations and service we received at the Sheraton during our time there.

We have stayed in Singapore many times so to have been so impressed and delighted with our three days at Sheraton towers is a welcome surprise!
From check -in to check -out the service and elegance of the hotel was evident. Our room was spacious , luxurious and comfortable. We enjoyed daily breakfast buffet while watching a huge waterfall cascading into a pond filled with goldfish....nice way to start the day! The location of the hotel is fabulous a simple 15 minute walk to orchard road shops or one station from Newton to orchard in the underground MRT trains steps away from the hotel entrance! We will definitely return here again!!
