Its old, sofa is chewed up. 2 bedroom spacious the beds and aircon are good.
Walking to shopping and foot massage is close. Traffic can be noisy for light sleepers.
I heard they were going to renovate look forward to the new place. Hope the post on website if they are indeed going to renovate it can be noisy.

Convenient and clean.

It is in a very convenient location with many shopping malls and supermarkets nearby.

We have a three bedroom apartment, which is quite large and comfortable. Enough space for our two little kids to play around.

Being in a central location, the price is reasonable.

Nice option for a long time stay. Perfect location. Friendly staff. It needs renovation and proper cleaning though.. like bathtub or floors.. furniture and gym look a bit tired..otherwise all good.

You guys need to see to the smart tv and doorbell.

I always need to sign in again each time i switch off the tv or after some time, it will auto logout. Should not be the case.

Doorbell is always not working too. Each time repairman fix, after a few days, doorbell conks out .

Other than that, good stay.

The property was definitely dated , not new but apartment was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Was especially nice to have the washer / dryer for long term stay. Bedding and pillows were excellent . Pool and gym clean and enjoyable. Location and staff 5 star .

Liked the convenient location, that laundry detergent was supplied and the friendly staff. The TV wasn’t working well. Picture and sound will stop intermittently after the first 5 minutes. So we couldn’t watch anything. Lack of air conditioning the lift.

Location - central on Orchard Road, close to MRT stations and hundreds of shops and restaurants.

Service - fast and friendly check-in

Accommodation - clean, spacious apartment, large fridge, basic equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, drying rack. Laundry basket in the bathroom is a nice touch.

Wi-fi - included, very fast

This property was in an excellent location, just by Orchard Road, but away from the hustle and bustle, so easy to get to. Just through the adjacent shopping centre was Somerset MRT station, so it made getting around easy. Also a few meters down the road was the Sinapore Information Center, so, very handy.
The property itself was clean and tidy, starting to show a bit of wear and tear, but expected. I thought that this was extremely good value for money and the 2 bedroom unit gave us all privacy when needed.
The Reception staff were helpful and handled any queries very well and immediately.
I recommend staying here if you are looking for an option that is middle budget, wanting something for a family and are staying a few days.

Good location, clean and spacious.

Very easy to get around the city, conveniently located.
The food stalls at the shopping malls are within walking distance. Somerset MRT station is just
5-minute walk from the Apartment.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Good amenities.
Needs to request to replenish the tea, coffee and other herbal teabags daily.

It will be helpful to give clear instructions on the website where to check in on arrival. The check-in desk is at Level 6.

Overall, we are happy with the two- rooms serviced apartment during our 8 days stay.

The apartment s are very spacious for Singapore. There was more than enough room for our family of 4. In fact if they included a sofa bed it could have happily accommodated 6 people. The apartment is also incredibly centrally located to orchard road, loads of amenities and even a good roti paratha stall across the road.

The staff were helpful. I initially requested an apartment where the second bedroom had 2 single beds but they didn't have one available when we checked in. However when we checked with them a couple of days later the had one set up for us an we were able to move apartments.

The only disappointment really was the condition of the place overall. Although they have updated appliances, the property is run-down and the maintenance of poor workmanship. This place has so much potential. However in saying that the condition is reflected in the price so I would say Orchard Point Serviced apartments are value for money for the location and the space.

Very good place in the middle of the city and close to all the Orchard shopping. Very close to MRT as well. Great location and service was great. Rooftop pool is very handy and gym is bigger than most places.

There are obviously different styles & quality apartments in this complex. Our 3 brm was older style but I could not fault the cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness and amenities in the apartment. It was very convenient to MRT, lots of shopping centres, variety of food outlets (reasonably priced and expensive), food courts and also high end shopping outlets. Swimming pool and gym were very small but adequate. Staff always friendly and helpful (particularly Kathleen) .
Look for the specials on this apartment and then its well worthwhile.

A bit disappointing.

Booked the 2-bed aparthotel for my wife and two boys 10 days trip to Singapore. My review is based on my wife experience, as she finds the place dated and a number of facilities not working well e.g. the washing machine. Utensils were old and weathered. She complained about the noisy environment. The good report is that the aparthotel is in the heart of the city.

My family and I loved that the apartment was near everything - shops, transportation, and restaurants/cafés.
The 2bd apartment presented well and was very clean. However it could do with some renovations as there is a lot of wear and tear both in the fixtures, fittings and furnishings. But for what we needed, it had everything and the facilities they had were adequate.
Pricing and for what we paid for our stay was comparatively cheaper as it was on a discount, but normal pricing may be expensive compared to other serviced apartments.
Communication with the reservation/reception staff was excellent, helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Overall our stay was very pleasing and would recommend this serviced apartment.

Good location and spacious for a long stay

The hotel is centrally located in neat MRT station Somerset and a number of bus stops which serve a wide areas of Singapore. Extremely good as a base for travelling around Singapore. Many shopping malls with foot court and restaurants within. Hardly need to cook. Also handy for shopping as it is just round the corner from Orchard Road. Friendly staffs also go that extra miles to help.

This is my second time staying at the property. Compared to my first time, the price per night has gone up significantly, while the room they gave me was smaller and somewhat less well-kept. The phone was not working, and my external callers' calls to me were cut off when the receptionist put them through. The front desk failed to deliver a crucial message from one of my callers. Other than the above, the stay was good and peaceful; and the staff generally competent.

A great apartment with full service stay

This apartment was amazing! It was bigger and laid out way better than the pictures indicated. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and on the ball with everything we needed or requested. The location was right on the famous Orchard road with a great restaurant area and shopping and was right outside a subway to get around the city. We had a lovely stay for 10 days with fast internet I could work from and a comfortable desk. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel , nice location right next to OG shopping and close to everything . We can enjoy shopping in different shopping centres and various eating outlets.
We stay in a studio, quite large, clean. Bed is comfy. Only take note about the picture hanging on the wall above the bed, there is dust dropping from behind the picture.
All staff are friendly and helpful.
Would recommend to friends .

It was pleasant, despite the glare and sound coming from a huge advertisement TV screen opposite our apartment facing Orchard Road, Singapore. The Ground Floor Reception and Room Service personnel were all very polite and friendly. Will stay there again, but need to be in an apartment not facing the main road. Many thanks.

The apartment was located so well. Short walk to Somerset station. Plenty of shopping. Great self service store for goods. The staff were excellent. We arrived early after overnight flight. Our room was ready & they allowed us in Everso grateful. The room was large. Roster,kettle,hot plates,washing machine. Pots pans etc. a bit on the older side but kept well. Mattress was hard, I thought I would have a problem, but slept so well. Overall we loved it.

Not Very Good Experience This Time

The air was very stale and quite offensive on checking in. The air conditioners weren't working well, but fixed on first complaint. The washing machine/dryer also did not work and a replacement was put in immediately.

The floor in the room looks very old and has a lot of marks, but was kept very clean.

The bathroom was in poor condition, with a leak at the base of the toilet bowl. The bathtub appeared to be dirty, probably because of scratched marks. The corners in the bathroom were moldy.

My family stayed here last year in a different room, which was good. That's was why we chose to stay here this time. I was very disappointed this time.

Great place to stay. Esp with a family.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment at a fabulous location with great service. And at a price that's a steal for Singapore.
The housekeeping staff do a superb job. Better than luxury hotels I've stayed at.
If you're looking for design flair, modern interiors or a great view, look elsewhere. But those are just details and excuses. The pros far outweigh the few cons.

In the heart of Orchard area.

Lovely friendly staff. We arrived after a very tiring nite flight. The staff so kindly let us check in hours earlier so we could rest. Very grateful for their thoughtfulness, they didnt have to do it but being human they did. Security staff is also very helpful as are the cleaning staff. Only fault i can find is a more powerful bedside reading lamp would have been helpful.

Apartment size was fantastic for our family of 4 . It was a great location , close to get the MRT as well as shops and food.
Does have a washing machine and dryer , these were not in great working order and we could not rely on machine to dry clothes .

We considered the apartment to be very good vale. Excellent location, with easy walk to most sightseeing & short walk to 2 subway stations for easy access to other areas. Being central location was easy to return & relax between morning / afternoon / evening outings. Extra space & facilities in the apartment was appreciated over standard hotel room. Rooftop pool area was good to relax & cool down in walm afternoons & at night. Excellent assistance from staff at all times, with later check out & use of pool area / bathroom area before leaving for late evening flight. Overall, although perhaps a little \"tired\" (compared to a new hotel), the apartment was very comfortable & excellent location, facilities & value.

Good price for a central, serviced appartment

The room was great - clean, comfortable, had a fridge, clothes washer, stove-top, microwave, TV etc. The staff were also lovely - helpful and attentive. The rooftop pool was a welcome relief on hot afternoons, and the gym facilities were very good. Only down side was that our room faced onto Orchard Road and on the building across from us was a huge, bright advertising billboard that shone directly into our bedroom. The curtains were not heavy enough to block it out, so there were lights flashing into the room until about midnight. Probably not an issue if you are planning on seeing the Singapore nightlife, but with a toddler, it was like trying to get them to sleep in a disco. Not all rooms had this aspect, and the ones on the other side of the building were fine.
