The room was so damp on our arrival that the floors were soaking, the bedding was soaking, the air con wasn’t working and it was so smelly it was just gross. We left for an appointment and told them that we did not want to stay in such a wet room and we hoped they had a new room for us when we got back, they said the air con was a known issue (so they knew it was not being aired). When we returned they fixed the air con, changed the sheets and gave us two fans and a man air purifier but would not give us a different room. It was an awful scary, our stuff was wet and it just stank the whole time. They just shrugged when we raised it again.
In general the room was as described but the cooking set up was very poor and they said that only light cooking was permitted (whatever that meant).
The noise deadening/ insulation is non-existent -
The positioning of the pool meant that you have to listen to the pool sounds in a closed space as the apartments all surround it/ creates an echo chamber. People are entitled to enjoy the pool but it is difficult to be in your apartment during the day as it was deafening. Ditto if you happen to be situated near the lift or if there are crying children near you (although I’m sure it was worse for them). We never got a decent sleep the entire time and we had to be careful not to slip on the constantly wet floors. Definitely do not recommend this place.

The property was an excellent no fuss serviced apartment. Located close to Robertson Quay and walking distance to Fort Canning MRT. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

A bit out of the way for food, shopping and transport (compared to a lot of Singaporean hotels) but pleasant, clean and quiet. Facilities are a bit old and basic (the gym is just a few treadmills and single multigym) but functional. Room size is excellent (for Singapore), but bear in mind that the single bathroom (with shower only) is accessed through the bedroom for the \"Deluxe\" room type.

The venue was clean and well kempt, with bi-weekly room cleaning and refreshing of towels, bottled water, toilet paper, and beddings. Clarke Quay and Plaza Singapura are both within easy walking distance which makes it a nice location as well. I also enjoyed the welcome gift and the staff were always friendly. Overall a good stay.

The liner and bath sheets are worn out. Very cheap stuff. They don't keep any coffee tea items in the room. Electric kettle had Australian plug and we had to buy a plug to use it. The manager is a grumpy guy. Staff are not bad

Good value serviced apartment in River Valley
Stayed here for ten nights in January with my wife and toddler. It was just about big enough for us to eat and watch TV etc while our son slept in the evenings. A large cot was provided. Considering the competitive price, if there were a few improvements I would give this property five stars:
- The kitchenette was not fully equipped e.g. there were no tea towels to dry dishes with; there was only one cooking pot and it was huge so not ideal for cooking small meals for my son; there was no frying pan or wok
- The paintwork is in need of a touch up e.g. bathroom ceiling, ceilings in the common areas
- No phone in the room so we had to walk down to reception to speak to anyone
- The TV was very old and in need of replacing
Otherwise this is a good value option in a very good location.

Good location - walk to Somerset and Roberston Quay. Spacious rooms and lots of natural light and greenery through the windows. Excellent showers! Comfortable beds and soft, clean linens. A lovely rooftop garden with great views.
However - it could have been better equipped. No toaster, for example (we bought our own). The lounge was old and very uncomfortable- springs poking into the back - and can barely fit three people on it. The tv had basic cable and no connectivity options. No real hot water in the kitchen. And it would benefit from double glazed windows to keep traffic noise out at night.

Transitional 'home away from home'
I stayed in a studio room at Thanksgiving for 2 weeks in January 2021 during a relocation from Singapore. I had my pet cat with me. The room was nothing fancy but was clean, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen appliances, crockery, glassware, cutlery etc. The washer/dryer was a bonus and there was even a fold-out clothes rack provided. The large windows that open to allow plenty of fresh air are wonderful. There was loads of storage space in the room and if a fabulous shower is important to you, look no further! Housekeeping (2x per week) was included in the room tariff and the efficient cleaning staff responded well to requests. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and were available at all hours. Due to flight cancellations my accommodation dates changed and there was no problems with fee adjustments even though I had booked at the lower, non cancellation rates. The property is conveniently located near bus stops and a shuttle bus to MRTs is provided each weekday morning. My room was towards the side of the property that overlooked Oxley Rd and could get a little noisy during busy traffic times. My room was larger than others that I had been shown on a previous visit so to me, the trade off was worth it and I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others that are seeking a spacious room with a kitchenette which will feel like a home away from home.

All staff were very nice and welcoming to us on our stay. Close to everything thing. MRT service and busses were very close and easy to catch and cheap. I would recommend using them on your stay. Property was clean, bed was good, but new pillows would be nice and they weren’t comfortable to us. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay again.

Booked for a business trip in Singapore. Thanksgiving Serviced Residence met expectation and was a very pleasant place to stay. The service was decent and the accommodation was self catering, but we ate out most days. The location is fairly central so nowhere was more than a short cab away.
