For date feb 20-25 booked the premiere room for my dad who is 78 yrs old. He asked for a late check out at 3pm because his flight for Qatar is at nightime. He was not granted this request and they asked for extra payment.

We have stayed at the Concorde three times and have been made to feel very welcome and found the standard of service exceptional by every member of staff. It is a very clean hotel hotel in an ideal location. The only small criticism I would make is that there is no mirror available with suitable lighting to apply make up.

Great location with friendly service. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide and varied selection. The lobby felt modern and inviting, and the pool area was spacious and well-maintained. The only downside was that our room felt quite outdated and had a noticeable damp, musty smell, which gave the impression of possible moistureissues.\"

Excellent location and good service. Slightly dated facilities but would recommend. Cleaned to reasonable standard but no in depth cleaning (we had to retrieve a toy from under the bunk bed which was gross!) Pool was great option. Breakfast nothing to rave about; the food court in neighboring shopping centre much better choices.

Good location

Overrated and overpriced for the hotel itself. Dirty, rundown, hard to get in/out of the hotel if you have stroller or wheelchair. Housekeeping team are helpful but you can tell they have bad management. The only positive point is the location. Right on Orchard Street.

The furnishings were dated but was clean. My only thing I disliked alot, was that there was a smoking room right across fro our room, and every time we left our room into the hall it stunk of cigarettes. I still don't know how in this day and age, smoking hotel rooms are still accepted. If so create an entire floor so the rest of us don't need to smell it!

Concorde is a Nice property Conveniently located on orchard Road. But the high light of the Hotel is its staff specially in the Business longe. Courteous & attentive. So is the checkin counter , Bell desk, and the restaurant staff. It was an enjoyable stay for me and my wife . We will stay again

The location was ideal for first time visitors. Shopping, transportation and places to eat was perfect. The staff at the concierge and restaurant staff was hospitable and made us feel welcomed.
The housekeeping service could be more detailed. We found a cup on the ground by the nightstand that was there before we got there, and there were pieces of chips or noodles at the foot of the bed that needed to be vacuum up. Housekeeping could have vacuumed at least once during our stay.

The first room they put us in on the 4th floor was moldy and musty and we ended up insisting on a change of room. The bathroom did not have ventilation so after a shower the whole room would feel damp. We were then shifted to room 555 which was better. However overall the hotel is old, tired and very basic for the star rating. But the shower and water pressure is very good and so is the bed and pillows which were comfortable. Housekeeping only comes every alternate days. The front desk staff was very polite, efficient and helpful. The location of the hotel is in the quiet end of orchard street so handy to get to any part of Singapore if using public transportation (bus stops and MRT just a few minutes walk).

I stayed at deluxe room. I didn’t use their services so can’t comment of it. Room was very specious, towels all clean and fresh. Didn’t have coffee machine but cattle with tea bags and instant powder coffee.
Next day i stayed at premium room which was much bigger and nicer bathroom with coffee machine. What I like this hotel is the location.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The only issue we had was the fire alarm would go off in our rooms and throughout the facility everyday multiple times a day. There was something wrong with the elevators one of the days, and we were on the 6th and 8th floor, and had to walk up multiple flights of stairs with a toddler. The breakfast buffet was worth it atleast once to go try out, especially when you are still jetlagged and are up early when everythjng other than 711 or a coffee shop in the mall js open.

would have liked a room with a pool view not the wall leading to it, Staff offered new room but that was three days later, I have stayed at this hotel 6 times it just needs to clean up the rooms and offer the some of the old bits, food was good,staff did everything for you,Just the hotel a bit tired

Enjoyable stay at the Concorde Hotel Singapore

Staff at the Premier Lounge are very friendly and attentive. We appreciate the complimentary laundry and minibar for Premier Club Rooms. The coffee machine is also a nice touch.

Room is clean, updated, functional. Bed and pillows are excellent. The dispenser for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash is very hard to use.

Location is very good. The bus stop in front of the hotel is very convenient.

Disappointed on their housekeeping mgt. They make up the room alternatingly, and you have to ff up your housekeeping request despite asking it at the lobby. This happened twice. I requested at the lobby to change our towels and clear our bins, sadly, when we return late afternoon, bothing was changed! I have to make a ff up call before being attended to. This happened twice! And they mopped the floor from bathroom to your doorway LEAVING IT SOAKING WET- very dangerous if you have kids with you- husband had to dry the floor.

Hotel service is poor. They only clean up the room alternative day, the excuse was hotel practice eco. When ask for parking ticket the staff was reluctant to give even though we have booked 4 rooms for total 14 nights and cost us S$4000.00+.
Late checkout at 4pm will be charged for half a day.

This is a great place to stay. Lobby staffs are very helpful & friendly. We stayed 4 night for this time, and felt like home. We can earlier few ours to check in. We can ask staffs to get some things we need them. It's wonderful hotel, if they can keep room clean for each day. We will return to here next holiday.

The hotel staffs are nice.
Location is nice but it is hard to find way to the lift lobby (lobby is at lv3), ypu need enter the mall to take the lift up or take the escalator from the road side (behind bus stop).
They dont automatically clean the Room & top up all the stuffs, i always need to ask for it.
Aircon is old and noisy, they should have revamp it. I book a premium room so it was pretty huge (it can for 2 kind beds) but it has got the damp carpet smell.

The breakfast buffet is bad :( i rather go to 313 somerset link for breakfast (Paris Baguette, Marche,etc.).

Overall, it is okay if you are looking for cheap price hotel in Orchard road.

The hotel is well located at the top of Orchard Road and hence close to shops, restaurants and the train. it is a bit awkward to access the lobby as on third floor.

Great service from all staff - rooms comfortable and we had aces to the Executive Lounge which was very good.

Overall great and we would stay again.

Hotel bathroom is all glass. I was alone, so no problem if I was on the toilet!! Or in the shower and wanted privacy. Also basin faucet is badly positioned, almost not over the basin.

Quiet end of the strip

The hotel is a bit confusing to get to with the taxis. But Great location as There was a mall right across the street. This hotel is at one end of shopping strip which was nice as it quieter and felt safe but the entire felt safe as as couple we walked around till 2:00am in the morning looking at the nice lights. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again if I go back to Singapore.

This hotel is very good because it is very near Dhoby Ghaut Station. The reception staff are very good and the rooms are clean and tidy. However at night we did hear loud noises from the room below therefore it disturbed our nights sleep. However apart from that the stay was pleasant.

Only disappointment is that I have to call up housekeeping on two days of my four day stay to have my room cleaned after returning to the room late in the day (after 2.30pm). Despite this, we will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to others.

Overrated Hotel, Will Not Recommend.

The lobby is big and modern. However, the elevators are small. The room is dated with dirty carpets. There is no bath tub, that is ok, but the shower area is beyond our imagination. There is no higher step to block the water for the shower area. After completing the shower, the whole bathroom floor is completely wet. I have never encounter that condition in any other hotel room before. The toilet is ok but the toilet seat is off to one side. It does not look like the seat screws are broken or misaligned, but it looks like it is just like that from when it was bought. I do not see ant ventilation in the bathroom. It is not a 4 star hotel. The guest room condition can only be rated as a 2 star hote

Noisy room

My room was just a floor above the lobby. The sound of the piano was very noisy. I was able to hear it clearly while I was working at the table. I was not able to concentrate on my work when someone was playing the piano. My room had a door which connect to the room next to it. I heard nearly every single word that was spoken by the guest in that room. I wasn't able to sleep due to the noise made by those guy.

The desk and chair were a bit old. The chair was a wooden chair which definitely not good if you need to work in the hotel room. Previously while I stayed in this hotel, the chair was a computer chair, but only a wooden chair this time.
