Our one bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious. A short 5 minutes walk to Fort Canning MRT on the convenient Downtown Line. Restaurants and a 711 on the ground floor. Also many restaurants nearby.
Great value. Why would you just stay in a hotel room?

Travelling with a 19 month old. Spacious rooms, convenient location. Has a grocery store right next door which has everything you need which was a blessing. Grocery store is slightly expensive but you pay for convenience. Also a drug store as well.

Flight changes meant we arrived at 5 am instead of previous evening which made check-in a bit chaotic.
Room was ready and much appreciated.
Some wierd switch locations which we overcame.
Kitchenette had a washer/dryer which was a great asset.
Staff super friendly and reactive.
Location is excellent with fort canning station over the road.
Plenty of eating opportunities close by.

Lynn and the Reception staff were very friendly and efficient and helped with all our enquiries. Housekeeping was done as per the schedule. The room was per the description. The property was quiet considering there is construction (and demolition) nearby and was well maintained. There is a supermarket in the building and bars and restaurants nearby. Public transport is also closeby and efficient.

The room was very nice and clean. Very spacious and well equipped with sufficient cooking utensils. Bottled water everyday. The staffs are extremely helpful especially Vijaya, she goes extra mile to make our stay enjoyable, she deserves a thumb up. The hotel is centrally located, quiet and nice neighbourhood. Less than 5 minutes to MRT downtown line. All covered walking except crossing the street which is helpful in the hot sun.

We had a good stay at Park Ave Clemenceau. The room was clean and in good condition, renovated well. Housekeeper was friendly, the only downside was, the floors don't get cleaned thoroughly. Our check in experience was not a good one. We arrived at around 3 am, had to carry all our luggage ourselves. When we approached the front desk, the guy was asleep. We said hello a couple of times and he then realised we were trying to check in. He seemed very confused & kept telling us we do not have reservations. This was unacceptable especially when we received several confirmations prior to us arriving Singapore. We did inform front desk of the incident. The Manager sent us a fruit basket to make amends. Unfortunately, a week before check out, we also encountered noisy neighbours every morning between 6 to 10. We were disappointed with the way Management handled this issue. We tolerated and ready to move on.

Park Avenue Clemenceau was the perfect spot for our 6 night stay as a family of three in Singapore. We loved how close the hotel is to both grocery shops/cafes as well as MRT station to get to popular spots! We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and there is a fantastic park and bakery just across the road. The staff at Park Avenue were lovely and helpful. The cot that we requested was there when we arrived and the staff were helpful at meeting all our requests. The pool is beautiful and a great way to end a hot day in Singapore. We can’t wait to come back for another stay at Park Avenue!

During our stay, the family unfortunately became ill with influenza. We had to extend our stay a couple of times due to our son (under 1 year old) being admitted to hospital (we were international visitors). The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us and to keep us in the same room. This was extremely helpful for us while dealing with our sick child, we are very grateful for the assistance and understanding provided by the hotel staff at this time.
Not to mention that the hotel was in a great location and the rooms were fantastic for our needs.

Park Avenue is our choice in Singapore!

We’re so happy to be back at Park Avenue Hotel again! it has truly become our yearly go-to place! The hotel is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly, approachable, and welcoming. A special shoutout to the cleaning lady and team who was so accommodating and kind throughout our stay.

This hotel is perfect for families. It’s conveniently located with easy access to the train station and just a short walk to Boat Quay and Clarke Quay. If you’re up for a longer stroll, Marina Bay Sands is within walking distance too!

I absolutely love the area and the convenience it offers. We’ll definitely be coming back again next year!

Don’t take a room facing the river unless you also enjoyed the constant noise from 6 lanes of traffic on Clemenceau. Requested a move after the first night but staff not really bothered to help. Fairly basic room interior. There are better value choices in Singapore and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Unfortunately when we were there the gym was closed and we were not alerted to this before our arrival, and there was a bad snell in the room which took three days to remove. We weren't offered alternative arrangemeents for either which left the impression that we were just expected to put up with both of these inconviences.
An offer of the use of a nearby gym and another room would have been more appropriate. impress

Very pleased with stay. Everything in the apartment was well thought out, staff are very polite, and lots of public transport options nearby. My kids and husband enjoyed the pool. Communal area has 2 computers for use and one coffee machine for everyone to get nice coffees. Cold Storage supermarket in UE Square Mall next door great for buying cooked chicken, sushi, pasta salad, breakfast cereals, fresh milk and fruits.. 7 Eleven downstairs open 24 hrs great for any last minute or late night food purchases. Fort Canning Park very nearby and great for walks, a historic site and great for picture taking.

We had a really nice apartment for 6 nights, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was a welcome start to the day.
The location was excellent. A short walk to Robertson or Clarke Quay, or to Chinatown, and when we didn’t feel like walking, the Fort Canning MRT station is right across the road.
We had some trouble with the wifi, it was slow, not sure if it was us or actually slow but we made do because we were out exploring most of the time.

We were a family of 3. Our stay at Park Avenue was excellent. The location was great and right about a mall with a superarket. Near the MRT and all tourists attractions wear easy to get to. The pillows were uncomfortable, there were no porters to help with your luggage when arriving or leaving, cleaners only come 3 times a week and they don't wash dishes and they dont refil the shower gel without request.

Perfect accommodations for 7 nights for work, convention, and holiday. Easy access to Fort Canning MRT Station. It was great having a full kitchen. The in-room clothes washer/dryer machine helped us get through hot, wet days.

Their room cleaning service is 3x a week (for us, M, W, and F, and between 10:00 and 4:00). This includes replacing towels and removing rubbish. However, you need to place the \"please clean\" card on the door and place the \"please change sheets\" card on the bed. If you miss this window, no cleaning until the next scheduled day.

They offer self-serve coffee via a machine on the lobby floor in the mornings.

The pool is quite big for the size of the property. Surrounded by walls provided a lot of welcome shade.

The 7-Eleven on the first floor of the building provided all the essentials needed to keep comfortable - food, drinks, and toiletries. I got ice cream more than once when returning after long, hot days.

Pros: Clean room and facilities. Comes furnished with basic kitchen and bathroom amenities. Bedrooms and living room have their own AC controllers. Friendly staff. Convenient location (located above a small mall with grocery store, pharmacy, 7-Eleven and several food options; short walk to metro; medical clinic close by). Parking available for a fee.

Cons: One of the showers had a drainage issue that caused water to pool quickly. No AC in elevators. Occasional noise from adjacent building renovations. Wasn't able to get Netflix to work on the TV.

A Great Find

We liked:

Very welcoming reception staff; special thanks to Vidaya, for all her help. Maps available at check in. Spacious modern apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and furnishings. Modern equipped kitchen with utensils and an efficient washer dryer.

A reasonable sized swimming pool is on the 5th floor, again spotlessly clean.

A few minutes walk from Fort Canning MRT station and a short walk to Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay.

There is an excellent supermarket on the 1st floor of the adjacent shopping centre and a 7/11 mini market on the ground floor. For a drink/snack, we loved the Sque Bar at Clark Quay Central, outside seating which overlooks the river.

Things that could be better:

For starters, let me say that we would be more than happy to return here and because the good bits were so good. The hotel is a little difficult to find, and with the refurbishment is currently only announced by temporary signage. Take the lift to the 5th floor to the welcoming reception area.

The spotless bathroom looks great but needs a little tweaking. The shower curtain is inadequate for the bath design and the water is channelled from the back of the bath onto the bathroom floor.

Housekeeping is every 2-3 days, which is fine, it is an apartment after all and the cleaner is excellent. But the \"housekeeping rounds\" commence at 9:00am. This is very early for a self catering establishment, particularly as many guest have travelled from different time zones.

I really loved the location of this property, walking distance to so many malls, food centers, transportation and view was spectacular. I would love if the rooms were renovated as they are in dire need of an update; especially the bathrooms. The tub was very old in style and quite high to get in and out of for a petite woman. There was also no bidet to be had and that too was disappointing. The carpet in bedroom was old and so too were the bedding and robes provided. If they renovate the rooms will definitely be back, not until then!

A well managed and kept apartment type short term stay hotel. Very convenient to all types of transport - bus, MRT and taxi. The famous Clark Quay is just across the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed there many times and is a home away from home.

The manager was very welcoming. When we arrived, she came down to the street level herself to help with the luggage. Was a really spacious apartment compared to the other one we were at before this. Even then things were not as expected the staff jumped to make things right! They even replaced the TV with a new one when the one in our room had poor sound quality. Would definitely recommend this as a place for someone staying for a while in singapore!

We stayed here over 2 weeks.

The staff was professional and helpful. Their cleaning schedule 3 times a week was appropriate especially because of covid. The location was fantastic and the public transit options were great too. We enjoyed their swimming pool as well.

However my husband and I didn't like how we couldn't have guests in the apartment. It was more strict than if we stayed in other hotels where up to 5pax were allowed in the room. At time of booking, BBQ was advertised and was something we hoped to use. They found out only much later that the BBQs were closed for maintenance. This could not have been a last minute decision and the listing should have reflected upcoming renovation works.

We had a good stay despite not having guests and not using the BBQ pits. The TV was older too but that didn't bother us. Wi-Fi was extremely slow so we used own our data from our phones. We also learned that unlike other guests, we did not qualify for breakfast booking through Hotels.com.

If the points I mentioned don't bother you, this is a good place to stay while exploring Singapore.

The location, overall property condition and amenities within apartment itself were reasonably good. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of storage space.

The quality of housekeeping service has plenty of room for improvement, e.g. furniture surface areas (dining table, coffee table, bedside table, TV, TV unit and speaker set, etc.) are not wiped down, gathering dust for weeks; washing up of kitchenware is also not done, including no cleaning of cooker, worktops or kitchen sink for the entire 3 weeks we stayed there. The frequency of housekeeping service is only three times per week, but it's skipped on public holidays, so we ended up having no housekeeping for five days. The process of changing bedding and towels only at guests' requests wasn't being practiced; they changed those each time despite the \"change request\" card not being placed on pillow or towels not put on floor. In addition, the bottles of water provided are just a waste of plastic and money for the hotel, as they don't really provide much value to guests, due to size of bottles being incredibly small.

The breakfast is very basic but just about sufficient, although the proportion of healthy options Vs unhealthy bakery choices is way off. The buffet is filled mainly with bakery items & only 2-4 healthy choices. The timings of the breakfast are the shortest I've seen anywhere in the World (7-9am) and it doesn't really make sense why breakfast is not provided on weekends and public holidays.

It was a great place for us — very convenient to Metro stops, and the grocery store in the mall was great. The apartment was nice, clean, everything worked well — would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay!

One thing that would have been good would be to have a roll of paper towels or napkins in the kitchen. We ate in a couple of times (particularly breakfast on the weekends, but also some cheese and apples for a light dinner) and really needed some napkins or paper towels to use. Also, wine glasses would have been nice. :)

Mostly good here. Good location right next to Fort Canning MRT Station and a 5 minute walk to Clarke Quay with all its bars and restaurants. Chinatown is one stop on the MRT.
Our 1 bedroom flat was well equipped with everything you need, even a washer / dryer. The bedroom was rather small but the bed was good. The bathroom was a little tired but worked. The lounge and dining areas were comfortable and spacious enough.
Staff very helpful and good natured. Breakfast (only Mon-Fri for some reason) only average.

Park Avenue Clemenceau is a fantastic place for a holiday. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, dining, lounge & kitchen apartment was spacious and had great views of Clarke Quay. The location is perfect for access to Clarke Quay and Orchard Road. There's a taxi rank & public transport right outside. A shopping centre is also in the same complex. Nice walk to Suntec City & many other shopping centres nearby. Spoilt for choice of restaurants and pubs within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The staff were lovely and very helpful with every question asked. We'll be back for sure!

Great Location for Family Stay

We went for Park Avenue for its location compare with other service apartment with kitchen for young family. The building is not the newest with one swimming pool but everything else is really convenient. We rented a 2 bedrooms apartments which is really spacious.

There are shops and restaurants in UE Square which is virtually the same building. Taxi stands and short walks to DT line.

Basic breadfast but if you miss Asian breakfast like myself, there are lots of Hawkers in less than 5 minutes walk.

Will stay with them again when I go back to Singapore.

The hotel is in a great location, across the road from Fort Canning MRT and above a shopping centre with excellent coffee. The hotel rooms are spacious with seperare living room and kitchen. The rooms contain a washer/dryer which is a bonus along with breakfast weekdays containing mostly pasteries. I would recommend this hotel when staying in Singapore.

Really close to MRT station and walking distance to Clarke Quay. Stayed in 2 bedroom standard apartment. Décor very dated, room functional but not particularly comfortable. Air Con worked well but made strange buzzing noise. Rooms were ok from a cleanliness viewpoint.

decent apartment though dated, good location

Apartment looked modern and spacious in photos however on arrival did feel it didnt meet our expectations 100%. Shower and bath were combined however bath ledge was to high making it dangerous to get out. Overall was a good location (2 min walk to train station) and decent facilities available. However a serious error made by staff relating to a significant over charge caused significant stress and left a sour taste. I will acknowledge the manager did refund the amount as soon as the error was highlighted, hwever rhe stress is due to unknown fees relating to international transactions and left me hesitant to hand over my credit card at the next two hotels i stayed at during this trip.

food - Pastries were stale, and while we understand it was only a continential breakfast on offer, other hotels we have stayed which provide free continential breakfast provide much more range of fresh fruit, multiple jucies, yoghurts and also included a large number of hot dishes which changes daily. Whereas at this location the breakfast was exactly the same everyday and not available on weekends. Given we stayed 6 nights this was tiresome.

Room was spacious & well-appointed, nice pool, great location & staff were friendly on arrival but sadly thats where it stopped. Very poor communication and organisation, we advised before we arrived that our booking dates were incorrect, that we would be arriving on the 11th & leaving on the 17th instead of 10th-16th. When we arrived, we again advised of the incorrect dates, the lady serving us at reception told us that all was fine & that the dates had been fixed up & we were given our bill which we paid in full on the spot. We were advised housekeeping is completed 3 times per week.We stayed 5 of our 6 nights & did not recieve any housekeeping at all. Day 2 we asked for extra towels so to use the pool & were just given a handful of hand towels. Day 3 we finally managed to get a couple of extra towels. Breakfast was terrible, pastries & cereal were good but no fresh fruit to be seen & both the rice porridge & oat porridge were tasteless slop. Day 5 we asked about housekeeping as we hadn't had any, we were told it should have been done the day before & they would follow up to see what happened, we were told they might be able to do it that day but it would only be fresh towels & straightening the bed as it's not a housekeeping day, then were told that we needed to pay for another nights accommodation. We advised we sorted that out & paid in full on check-in but tlhere was no reasoning with them at all, no point arguing, we ended up staying elsewhere for our final night.

Shower tub is a bit tall, okay to get in, but when getting out, it is a bit steep. Should be careful. No matter what you do with the shower curtain, water drips on to the floor during shower.

Ideal if you are looking for apartment-style accommodation in a central Singapore location. Close to Fort Canning MRT (blue line) and 10 minutes walk from Clarke Quay MRT (purple line). Shopping centre downstairs with a supermarket, 7-11, cafes and restaurants. A short walk to a massive choice of restaurants at Clarke Quay or Robertson Walk.

Room was comfortable with a fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for 2 people. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Mostly quite good.

Superbly located a few steps from Fort Canning MRT station, enabling easy access from Changi airport and other districts of the country. The rooms are bland with beige walls and pale-wood doors but everything was in good working order. The swimming pool is a bit of a concrete canyon--some plants would help improve it. Had little interaction with the staff but they seemed nice. Kitchen was a bit and werdly under-equipped. The only serving bowl was a glass urn with a 20-litre capacity. Great washer/dryer that actually dries clothes rather than yielding hot, damp hot mush. Big down point: there is a breakfast included but it's not worth the trip downstairs--a few buns and a staff that seems preoccupied with closing it down as fast as possible at the stroke of 9 a.m.

Staff were courteous and professional, our apartment was cleaned every 2nd day during our stay, and the breakfast range was impressive.

Excellent location, with a short stroll along the river you find many restaurants and Clarke Quay. Being very close to the MRT station gives you quick access to the rest of Singapore.
The apartment is spacious and provides everything a traveler many need. Weekdays there is also a large complimentary breakfast spread available.

Singapore's best kept secret

My partner and I stayed 9 nights in a one bedroom apartment at Park Avenue Clemenceau. What a great place to stay on holiday in Singapore. A short 100 metre walk to Fort Canning MRT station. Generous sized apartment (for Singapore) very clean with a full kitchen, good appliances, fridge, even a coffee maker but no dishwasher. Adequate tasty continental breakfast included on weekdays until 9am. There's a 7-eleven and a Cold Storage supermarket in the same building downstairs. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. A faulty light switch was replaced within a few hours of reporting it to reception. Very comfortable king sized bed. Good airconditioning. Good cable TV (even Aussie ABC) and fast Wi-Fi. Mobile Handyphone for free internet, local and international calls plus discounted tickets. Fresh towels and linen changed every 2 or 3 days. An excellent large outside swimming pool for a cool off. Only minor negatives was the 60cm (2ft) clamber into the bath to take a shower and a bit of street noise at night we could hear from 6th floor. If you're looking for 4/5 star this is perhaps not for you but I highly recommend these apartments if you want clean, comfortable and convenient accommodation at an affordable price. Tip: buy an Ez-link card from Changi airport MRT, top up when required and travel everywhere on trains and buses, even to Sentosa on the monorail! It only cost us about S$40 each for 10 days travel to see the many attractions plus we used it for our airport transfers.

Spacious, tidy apartment in excellent location

Great location, quite roomy, a little sparse on kitchenware, no wine glasses.

Only down point was leaving my phone charger, coming back next day, to get a rather lethargic response and no luck. Not a good look for Singapore !!
