The location of this property was perfect for my first visit to Singapore.
MRT station and HOHO stops were easy to use. Proximity to Clarke Quay and Clarke Central were perfect for me.
My experience started with the utmost attention from Raj, the concierge at the door. My luggage was expertly whisked out of the cab and handled with care; tagged to be delivered to my room after I registered. A most reassuring welcome!
Throughout my stay, all of the concierge staff, continued to help me to make the most of my visit.
Park Regis exceeded my expectations for the personal attention I received. I can't wait to go back- to Singapore AND Park Regis Hotel

We didn’t feel so comfortable here and the room configuration was terrible. The bathroom was exposed to the sleeping area not to mention if you don’t have someone shut the toilet door after you were in the shower area the whole floor flooded. Maybe a quick overnight stay would be ok but not a few days in the room with no where for your luggage. We did not enjoy this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Regis. You get a lot for your dollar here. Though expensive by U.S. standards, this hotel is moderately priced for a Singapore hotel. Very nice rooms, immaculately clean, exceptionally nice staff, and outstanding breakfast buffet. Located nearby Clark Quay with lots of dining and shopping options. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when visiting Singapore.

Way way way overpriced for what you get. It was nice, clean and comfortable but so would have been 100 other hotels in the area for half or less than half the price. Location was good. 7 minute walk to Chinapoint mall and 10 minute walk to MRT. We asked staff for suggestions on shipping a box to Canada. We told them we wanted the cheapest way and not DHL or Fedex. We even said by freight was ok and were not in a rush. It took them over 3 days and a number of times us asking for an update to get us information. In the end they said DHL and then tried charging us almost $300 Singapore dollars for \"assisting\" us. The total was going to be almost $900!!! The rooms are super small, and only glass partitions separating bedroom area and bathroom. No sitting areas besides the bed and a super small corner desk with a chair. No balconies. No onsite affordable food options besides costly restaurant. They have a starbucks on site on 3rd floor (starbucks machine) that you make your own and they charge you $5-6 for a small coffee. Way over priced. $200 per night is maximum I would pay for this hotel. And, yes we understand that this is Singapore where things are more. But there are other places way cheaper around, especially if you book in advance.

Great location next to Clark Quay for a large choice of restaurants. About a 40 minute walk along the river to the Gardens by the Bay but near to the MRT for Singapore Zoo etc. Rooms are compact but have everything that you need and the outside pool is large for a decent swim.

This precious little hotel is small, as are its rooms, but we didn't mind since we spent so little time there. At night, it was utter comfort with a great shower etc. The location (near food, shopping, and MRT public transport) was awesome. Loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Do not hesitate. Nothing bad to say.

The room was very small, but the terrible thing was that it didn’t have a bathroom! It had a vanity about 2 feet from the bed and a glass enclosed toilet and shower about 2 feet from the vanity. There was NO PRIVACY whatsoever!

The location was great. Easy to walk to places. The room was clean and our first room was noisy due to a street view but the staff was accommodating and kind they gave us a new room that was so much quieter. The hotel was in a great location for touring the sites as well as dining out. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The rooms are small, but well laid out. The bed was comfy and the shower was perfect. Lots of water pressure.

I have stayed at the Park Regis multiple times through the years while on business trips and generally recommend it. Good location in Clark Quay, clean hotel, small but nice rooms and a great pool. During this trip I stayed at a room on the top floor, facing the main road and far from the elevators and I had two issues: (1) noise from the road was loud (2) I had no hot water or had to wait for a long time for hot water in the shower (morning and late at night). I recommend a room facing the back and the hot water issue seemed to be specific to my room, as my colleague’s room was just fine. Overall I do recommend the hotel.

We stayed for the F1 weekend and they even gave us nice chocolate f1 cars and a range of other snacks.
Close to MRT, Clarke Quay restaurants and Chinatown hawkers.

Highly recommended.
Would last minute book flights and accommodation for f1 weekend again and stay here.

Hotel and room were good, but the shower temperature wouldn't maintain. It kept switching between too hot and cold every 30 seconds. Made for a very uncomfortable shower. Spoke with another guest on a different floor, and their shower was the same.

We were in room 410 for an overnight stay, we booked a queen bed room but were allocated a twin room. Location of hotel is convenient, facilities are clean, staff are helpful. Due to late flight, the hotel extended our checkout to midday & allowed us to use the facilities later in the day (including showers if we wanted). We did not have breakfast at this hotel.
This is the 2nd stay at this hotel and would stay here again based on price, location and cleanliness.

Almost brand new property. I had a pool access, King room. It would have been tiny for two people. Equipped with laptop safe and most things but no milk to support the coffee and tea making facilities. Mini bar but not stocked so you can bring your own stuff in for the fridge. Staff super efficient, professional and friendly. Top notch restaurant in the building + concierge for taxis. Proximity to Clarke Quay is brilliant without the direct noise if you were directly on the quay. Walk across the road (or sky bridge) from the hotel and the Clarke Quay MTR is right there. Walk a few steps more and everything that Clarke Quay has to offer is there. 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction is China Town. 15 minutes walk straight ahead is the CBD. Great location. Id stay here again. Enjoy !

This was a return trip after staying here in July 2023. The location and staff are great but I must single out two staff members:
Debbie allowed me to check in really early after a gruelling flight from Paris. She was warm, friendly, empathetic and efficient. Frontline superstars are the lifeblood of any good hotel.
Raj, the Concierge, was welcoming, friendly and fun as well as being really helpful with directions and suggestions. He assisted with my luggage at check in and check out and even doublechecked my room to ensure I hadn’t left anything. He is a real asset to the hotel at the front door and is obviously thriving in his role. Many thanks and great work, Raj!

We found this hotel via an Expedia package for Singapore and were so glad we did. Situated between Clarke Quay and Chinatown makes this hotel the perfect location. Along with friendly and accomodating staff, we really enjoyed our stay!! The hotel had a lovely pool, 24/7 gym, nice rooms and the staff were extra nice with their gestures in celebrating our anniversary and making our stay comfortable with a later check out. The stay was enjoyable, the room has an interesting layout and the pictures as advertised are true to scale. Comfortable for a short stay and the staff is very friendly. A great restaurant in the lobby and the reception are had a currency conversion machine. The top appeal is the location of this hotel, its central to all top attractions. The Clarke train station is a minutes walk and the river is just across making it a fabulous destination for a short trip.

I booked a deluxe room, but noticed that the renovations recently completed lacked a detailed clean up by the painters. Just a detail, but I noticed.

The room set up was quite interesting. The sink had no backsplash so water would splash near the bed. However we did love the separate water filter available at the sink for drinking/brushing teeth.
