Unfortunately though that was the only positive I could speak of. The hot shower lasted about a minute and our experience was negatively impacted even more so by drunk guests screaming in the hallways until 4am.

The staff would only ask them to keep the noise down but even after multiple more incidents & complaints the hotel did not act in anyway to resolve the matter.

We were left exhausted as a family & couldn’t wait to get out of that hotel. This put a damper on our family holiday and made for difficult days ahead, struggling to stay awake.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel for families. Might be fine for individuals who are able to sleep through anything or plan to do very little sleeping as the location is good & in terms of street noise it was minimal excluding the busy night periods such as Thur/Fri/Sat night.

I stayed one night at Bliss Hotel Singapore and it was a very disappointing experience.
Our room was on level 5, but there is no elevator access to that floor. We had to take the lift to level 4 and then carry three large suitcases up a dark emergency stairwell to reach the room. This was never disclosed during booking.
When we finally arrived, the key card didn’t work, so I had to go back down the stairs, take the lift to reception, and ask for help. The staff member appeared more focused on her phone than assisting.
The room itself was acceptable, but the bathroom design is poor, there is no shower door, so water floods the entire toilet floor, creating a mess.
For offering rooms that are not elevator-accessible without clearly informing guests in advance, especially with luggage, this hotel deserves 1 star

It was clean and modern. We had two rooms of king size bed with windows. Two bottles of water free and you get 2 again when they clean your room. Very convenient to the train station and the China Point mall (just across the street) has so many fast food and sit down restaurants. Back of the hotel is the Chinatown area with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. Only one negative is the bathroom gets flooded a little bit when you shower. Otherwise all is well. Thank you.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights after our cruise. We loved it here. Our room had all we needed for a short stay. It was small but quiet and clean. The hotel is in a vibrant area close to Chinatown, the MRT, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, excellent value for the price. We had a blissful stay.

Didn’t really felt welcome when checking in our hotel on the first night, was a little noisy in the morning, shower hot water was not hot on some occasions, aircon making noises hard to fall asleep, fridge wasn’t cold enough, pillows a-bit to high, toilet and shower are together so while showering toilet seats get all wet, hotel wasn’t even 10/10 was very pricey….. to be honest I don’t think I’ll stay there again! On the other hand accommodation location was perfect it was close to everything bus stop, Chinatown Station and many restaurants and cafes.

The hotel has five floors but the elevator only goes up to the forth floor. Accessing the fifth floor where our rooms were requires navigating a winding, metal stair case. Totally unacceptable.

Lightning in the rooms was insufficient particularly given the the rooms has no windows.

hot water was lillmite due to fact there were was no central hot water supply to the entire faciity. Rahter each room has a water hearing system with very limited capablity.

Always stay here, we spend little time in our hotel and only go to sleep and freshen up. Staff are always friendly and room clean.
Only issue would be that we often cannot book in straight away (we are aware they are often fully booked) and often have to sit in the lobby after a 24 hour day not being able to sleep. Check-out should be earlier so tired incoming visitors can get somewhere to rest earlier than 3pm.

This hotel was great. It's centrally located near the Chinatown MRT station so it's easy to get around the city, with lots of restaurants, bars, and Hawker centers all within walking distance as well. The staff was friendly and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again if in Singapore.

I had a room with no window but I chose that room as I knew I was just using it for the bathroom and bed. It was a little tight though.

Ideal place to stay for a short tourist visit, albeit space is at a premium in this part of the world, so the family room was cosy with some privacy. Staff were super helpful, especially with the courtesy room for a shower before taking a late flight home.

Shopping centre across the road with lots of restaurants, short 7-8 minute walk to the local food court, which is busy every night, and 20-25 minute walk to Marina Bay. Equally, you can jump the tube and be in any of the main tourist spots within 2 or 3 stops.

On arrival met by a lovely lady who sorted our rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious and the communal areas were clean and well maintain.
Location is perfect for the MRT but you can also walk to the marina bay area.
They have a large toilet room with a sink they ket you ise to freshen up if you have to check out way before your flight anf also store your bags for you.
My only complaint it that the aircon is quite weak, once its been on an hour or so its fine but when youre boiling and sweaty you want a quicker cool down.

Nice little hotel right in Chinatown. Close to the MRT station and we used it to get to the airport when we left. Easily walkable to many restaurants. We were there at Chinese new year so the area was a little crowded. It was about a 25 - 30 minute walk to the Gardens by the Bay park and about 15 minutes to Clark Quay.
Reasonably priced for Singapore.

All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Since there were no wardrobe cupboard to hang clothes, there should be wall hooks around the room and bathroom to hang clothes, i.e. have at least 2 more hooks on the wall behind the entrance door!. the clothes rack & hangers should not be on top of the small counter where you house the kettle & cups.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and found we had a king size bed. We were told we could have an extra bed for $50 a night. The water from the shower leaked into the bathroom, due to poor design and the bath had a leak. Further, our room was on the 5th floor. We needed to catch a lift to the 4th floor then take the stairs with our heavy luggage to get to the 5th floor. Never again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Right opposite train interchange so easy to got around the whole of Singapore. My king room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. A bit of noise from the road outside but that didn’t affect my stay. Central Chinatown was a fantastic place to stay for solo travel. Would definitely stay again.

The house keepers did such amazing job in cleaning our room, we stayed here for about a week. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was extremely disappointing that the front desk didn’t bother moving us elsewhere or any sort of compensation.
