Service is up and down. Restaurant not great - had an event so had to push back to even had dinner and very small niche menu.
Check-in in and out had issues. Had a Wait even after normal check in time. Incorrect deposit taking. Manager tried to make up for it which was nice. Great location and good size, comfortable bright rooms. Nice Co working spaces. Just the service from those working there seemed a bit chaoitic, not efficient creating mistakes, and misses.

We only stay for 1 night at The Clan in January 2026. Our flight was not until late the following day so we took up the option for a late checkout (6pm) at additional cost - this was perfect for our needs and was better than otherwise booking another full night. The Deluxe Room was smaller than anticipated but had everything we needed and the bed was luxurious. The hotel is in an excellent location near Chinatown and within easy walking distance of Marina Bay and Boat Quay. I would recommend and return to this hotel in future.

The Clan is a great hotel in a very convenient location for several hawker centres, the financial district and Chinatown. There is a MRT station outside for exploring other areas. The roof top pool is fantastic. The room was comfortable and well equipped.

Room feels new and clean. Walking distance to Chinatown and the City Hall area. Location is excellent. Elevator to the MRT station is located right outside the accessibility ramp from the hotel. Concierge staff at the front door are very friendly and helpful! Would love to stay here again.

This is our third time here, however we felt that the maintenance of the rooms are not the best, as the toilet showers smelt like urine and was not very pleasant. Some staff were very accomodating however some were not.

Lovely hotel! Great location, walkable to all spots and with a subway station right beside it. The rooms are on the smaller side but so well designed that there is a place for everything. We had two carry-on and one medium suitcase, and they were not in our way. Outstanding pool and hot tub.

Excellent central location with many attractions walkable from hotel. Very convenient to MRT (Far East Square entrance to the Telok Ayer MRT Station is literally just steps from the front door). No need for a taxi from/to the airport. Standard room was small but very functional, clean, and neat. Great staff! We definitely recommend this hotel, and we will stay here again next visit to Singapore.

Amazing location and service! Ivan was so nice and remembered our names during our stay and did a great tea ceremony for us. Location of the hotel was great, close to MRT and walking distance to great areas. Pool was beautiful. Only slightly not great things were the hot tub felt dirty and had a bad smell to it on the second night, and in the room our bathroom sink did not drain even after housekeeping came in, but these were minor. Overall amazing stay and would recommend again!

This is a lovely hotel. The main issue was the closure of the pool during our stay. This wasn’t made clear when we initially checked in. The alternative pool was nice but getting there was difficult and time consuming. I appreciate that facilities need to be updated but there was limited acknowledgement about the inconvenience.

I stayed at The Clan Hotel for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The service was consistently attentive and warm, and the location is truly prime—perfectly situated for exploring the city. The design of the hotel is modern yet welcoming, with thoughtful little touches that make the stay feel special. My room, gym, and the rooftop had a beautiful view, which made it even more enjoyable.

The only downside was a faint smell in the room washroom, which I suspect may have been due to a drainage issue.

Overall, I would highly recommend The Clan Hotel for its outstanding service, design, and location. I would definitely stay again.

I was a bit disappointed by the swimming pool. Since I knew there was a lot people during the day, I went at 6am which is when they open, there was no one but it seemed that they didn’t clean up from the previous night. Towels everywhere, dirty sunbeds.

Location is excellent--Entrance to MRT is right beside the hotel (don't even need to cross the street or get rained on). It's close to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre, and walkable to the waterfront. Also next to Far East Square with lots of interesting little shops/restaurants. It's 2 MRT stations away from Marina Bay Sands or Garden of the Bay. Walkable to Chinatown and little India. Staff is courteous and helpful.

The view from the pool and the room was incredible and the food at Qin was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

I had a good stay at this hotel— the room itself was very comfortable with great views of the city/chinatown. Breakfast was okay but not too many options. My check-in experience felt a bit rushed but i understand the hotel was very busy on a weekend. I think the locations is quite great for someone visiting Singapore, I didn’t interact too much with staff but they were friendly. The amenities in the room were nice (Dyson hairdryer!) and will say the bathroom was such a highlight because you can tell it’s quite modern and updated. I will say I had some of the best sleep of my life on their beds; truly the only reason I’m knocking it down a star is just because of my check-in experience.

The Clan is right above MRT station. Making it easy to get to any destination. Easy stroll into Chinatown markets.The room was clean and spacious. And all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and we had a lazy night at the Qin bar, which has choice of sitting in or outside. Found a row of eateries and bars hidden behind the hotel which were great. We found the Clan a great place to stay and explore Singapore

Close to everything, comfortable and modern

Excellent hotel, very central to everything. We loved the design notes, and the eco friendly touches. The room was not large, but very well designed. We loved the heated toilet seat, premium tea and coffee in the room, the gym and pool upstairs, and the breakfast buffet which we felt was a good deal.
