We stayed in a studio apartment located at the end of the tower with good views of the river and surrounding areas, the apartment is spacious and clean with comfortable lounge chairs to relax in. High speed (870 Mbps) WiFi is available in the room alongside a StarHub TV box for access to streaming services.

The kitchen is large and has the basics covered, rice cooker, convection microwave, toaster and kettle and rubbish chute, there is also a washing machine and dryer located in the kitchen.

The bathroom is small but functional with a shower over the bathtub.

As noted on the website the studio apartments are all walk-ups staff will delivery your bags to the room and collect them for checkout, they will also help with regular items like shopping.

Overall we had a enjoyable stay and the Village Residence will be our first choice for future visits.

We were travelling with a baby and this was a great location and layout for us. The apartment has everything you need including microwave, stove, pots, cooking utensils, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
The staff we encountered were accommodating and friendly.

Despite occasional noise in the kitchen and laundry due to construction going on at the adjacent hotel, the Village Residence was otherwise lovely and quiet. The staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived and were very apologetic when the lift unfortunately broke down during our stay. These things happen, but they went the extra mile by leaving a lovely fruit bowl and gift for my children as a token of their apologies. I stayed in a slightly different location on my last visit to Singapore, but the Village Residence was by far in a better spot. I had a beautiful view of the river from my balcony, and would definitely return should I visit Singapore again.

Loved this service apartment. We had a studio which was shockingly large even by U.S. standards for 8 comfortable days. Location was great right in the middle of Robertson Quay and River Valley as well as Clarke Quay and Fort Canning park. Dining choices were great, with numerous restaurants just downstairs in the square as well as the river walk along Robertson Quay. Also it's not too close to Clarke Quay which I find to be a blessing given how touristy and noisy it is. 5 min walk to the MRT station as well as walkable distance to Orchard road and Raffles city. I would definitely stay here again when we're here for an extended time.

Great location to explore Singapore. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Marina Bay, Boat Quay and Clarke Quay along the river. Supermarket and MRT stations were close by and having the kitchen was great. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you to the staff.

It was also right near the Fort Canning Metro Stop and only a short GRAB or taxi ride from everything. I stayed for 10 days and it was phenomenal and as I travel the world people are not always kind to people of color but they were brilliant.

We had a great family vacation (2 adults and 3 teenagers) staying at Village Residence Robertson Quay for one week. Everything very clean and comfortable and very close to metro (MRT) stations. Kitchenette with pots/appliances and also had washer/dryer. Pool great and breakfast very reliable. Five stars.

The hot water didn’t last very long and the exterior really needs renovation. Inside was good but one of the bathrooms could use a renovation. The service was great and so was the location. Pool was fine but the surround could be so much nicer with some more space, garden and just general maintenance. In short, good value for money if you don’t mind a rundown exterior.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 teenagers. The kitchen and laundry facilities allowed us to be self sufficient when we needed to be and we all had plenty of space. The apartment was very clean and serviced regularly. The views from the balcony and windows are sensational and the super friendly staff immediately available 24/7. The complimentary breakfasts on weekdays were also great for ensuring everyone started their day with a full fuel tank.

The location is perfect for walking into the centre of the city along the river, or catching a train or bus to wherever you want to visit. Plus there is a decent supermarket really close by, several 7-11s even closer, and all tiers of dining from hawker stalls to swanky restaurants within a 5min walk.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a family of 5. The unit was clean and spacious and we appreciated the washer/dryer and kitchen facilities.
It was easy walking distances to public transport and restaurants, cafes and a grocery store.
The pool was excellent and a lot of the time we were the only ones in it.
The brekky was great - cereal, bread, cold meats & cheeses, salads, yoghurt and cakes. Enough to start your day and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Front of house staff were excellent and ready to assist with any requests.
The property is slightly dated but clean and comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This property was fantastic to explore central Singapore and have space for my family. The Robertson Quay area has plenty going on, and is central for both walking and MRT transport. The 3 bedroom apartment had lovely views of the river and worked well when juggling nap times and some self catering. The staff were very helpful and so very friendly on all matters. Brrkafast during the week is basic, but has what you need to start the day. The property is a bit dated, but well maintained as suited our needs

Firstly I have to say this is not a glitzy new property. Having said that, this property is clean, comfortable, and spacious. It is right on the riverfront with restaurants right at the door. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and will do their best to help with anything you request. Clark Quay is just minutes walk away. So is Fort Canning station (RMT). The trains run every few minutes and you can easily get to many iconic tourist sights. (By the way, one of the best sights to see is \"The Battle Box\" at Fort Canning Park. Also (might be useful to know) half way between the Residence and Fort Canning Station is a smallish shopping Plaza. On the first floor is a very good supermarket with a bottle shop and also a chemist / pharmacy. The Village Residence may be a little dated but it has so much going for it, I would gladly stay again.

Had a terrific time at Village Residences Robertson Quay.

The apartment was terrific, perfect space for a larger family group, well looked after and very clean. The location was unbeatable with views of the Singapore river from the balcony, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise as well.

Most importantly the service provided by the team lead by Keith was fantastic. They made our stay very comfortable and were especially helpful with all of our queries.

Would highly recommend a stay at the Residences, if you’re interested in great service, quality accommodation and a great location.

Excellent Serviced Apartments Convenient Location

Well equipped and maintained serviced apartments with everything you need including balcony, dining area, kitchen and seperate laundry area. Spotlessly clean. Good WiFi. Convenient location next to river with bars and restaurants on the doorstop (but didn't notice any noise). 5 minutes walk from 2 MRT stations and about 20 minutes walk down to the bay if you are up to it in the heat. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Maybe design a bit dated but everything works and it is comfortable. Breakfast limited but still has what you need and this is Singapore so you will not starve. Good value for money bearing in mind Singapore accommodation is expensive, would stay again thank you and well done.

Excellent service in a very neat and tidy three bedroom serviced apartment with plenty of room for the four of us. Regularly cleaned and a very nice welcome pack provided. Pool was nice and refreshing kitchen was also well equipped even though it was not used by us. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic choice for families!

Great choice for families - we stayed here for 8 nights with our 3 month old and 2 1/2 year old. A cot was provided complimentary, and there were thoughtful touches such as a high chair in the room and corner protectors on the glass dining table. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and you can really make yourself at home. There is a full kitchen, as well as washing machine, dryer, and clothes airer which were all very handy. The free breakfast was also fantastic, and there is a coffee machine available in the lobby as well if you need some caffeine throughout the day! The location is great - lots of restaurants in Robertson Quay, and Clarke Quay was also a very short walk.

Everything you need in a great location

We had a family holiday in Singapore for 10 days and spent the whole time at this property. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The pool is fantastic, very large and the area nice and clean. There is a playground for children and a large BBQ area. The kitchen in the apartment is very well equipped and the complex was nice and quiet. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and assisted us with our requests (booking shuttles, late check-out and providing us with plug adapters they had on hand). We had three small children with us and they were very helpful to us getting the kids in and out of taxis, giving them water and cookies while we waited. The location is very hand, close to Fort Canning train station (about a 5 minute walk), close to supermarket (UE Square, about 3 minutes), and there are lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel. We will certainly be back here next time we are in Singapore.

A fantastic hotel-recommend river balcony view.

This hotel/apartment has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in.we had a amazing view of the river from the balcony and you can even smoke on the balcony if you wish.we were very close to bars,restaurants and it was only a 5 to 10 minuet walk to the train station which is easy to use and to get about on.you can have free continental breakfast Monday to Friday,there’s lots to choose from and they even have some cooked food including eggs and beans.its a added bonus having a kitchen,so you can also cook your own food too.they have a lovely outside swimming pool which stays open till 10pm.it was nice having a quiet evening swim.the staff here are very kind and helpful too,they couldn’t do enough for us.they helped us with directions,information and they even let us keep the room longer for nothing as we had a late flight.we would 100% stay here again,we had a great time in Singapore and staying in this hotel made our experience here even more fantastic.

Loved the location... short walk to the newly opened Fort Canning MRT as well as bus stops, close to Cold Storage grocery store, restaurants, museums, parks, and attractions.
Loved the amenities... pool and spa, washer/dryer, Handy android smartphone, balcony, SAECO coffeemaker in the lobby with daily newspapers, HBO TV, landline phone... everything one might need
Loved the helpful staff... friendly concierge service, accommodating housekeeping staff, and delightful \"Breakfast Ladies\" (Monday through Friday buffet breakfast)

Close to shops and a great choice of eateries within an easy walk..Transport was close by,,taxies,buses and mrt ...excellent place for exploring Singapore
