Although I didnt take advantage of all the amenities, I walked around the Hotel and noticed the cleanliness and maintenance of every area.

The room was clean and spacious. Coffee and water kettle available for morning coffee in the morning. Staff was very courteous and helpful during check-in and check-out.

I and my wife used to stay in Furama Riverfront Hotel 2 to 3 times every year. The hotel staff was genuinely warm and made us feel welcome each day. The cleaner by the name Joy is very helpful and she still can remember us when she sees us. She will greed us every morning with a smiling face. We like the environment and the food there. We enjoyed drinking and eating every evening at the Waterfall Lounge. The staff who served us was Kelvin and his team Virginia, Sara, Frizal and Benny. Their service is good and friendly. Every morning we have our breakfast at the Apollo Cafe, Crisna and her BF team was Yong, Michella, Mugi, Amir, Hua also served us well too. We also met Iskander this morning and happy that he still can remember us although we did not see him during our last stay few months ago. The food there are very nice and delicious. We were also glad to meet the chef Dexter this morning. All the staff there were really courteous and showed they cared.
Thank you so much everyone and we shall be back in August again.

Our room was dated and the carpet was extremely dirty. We had to get our own towels as none were in the room when we arrived. No closet. No hooks to hang up towels or clothes. Lots of wear and tear in our room.

My choice of hotel revolves around finding a comfortable room at a reasonable price. This hotel ticked all the boxes. Only complaint is that it is a fair 10 minute walk in humidity to the nearest MRT Station with a bus stop a little closer. Taxis are reliable and not too expensive.

Room in poor condition particularly the bathroom. Toilet dirty around lid hinges. Ordered meal by scanning QR code on table. After half an hour checked on progress to be told the order had not gone through. Reordered from the bar. Arrived after 40 minutes but both meals cold. Sent the meals back and asked for refund which was processed but will take about two weeks to arrive in my account. All staff pleasant and helpful

When we first arrived, we were given an upgrade to an Executive Suite over the Courtyard Club room we ordered. After arriving at our suite, and noting how nice the floor and room smelt, we decided it wasn't right for us, and the originally booked Courtyard Club room was more appropriate to our liking, so we asked to swap back to our booked room.
Upon arriving on floor 5 for our courtyard room, we noticed a heavy musty stench, possibly even moldy throughout the entire floor. The room itself was not much better in regards to smell.
Partway through our stay, maintenance attempted to gain access to our room. This was worrisome, as I did not hear them knock at all, and with the lack flicked, you can still see directly into the shower, which was in use at the time, which you can clearly hear from outside the room. I presumed this was because they thought the room was unoccupied at the time, due to the room switch from earlier.
We attempted to use the pool facilities, which is when we realized there was no way to use the direct pool access feature of our room without leaving our room entirely unlocked. The pool itself was quite filthy, with what appeared to be mold floating around.

The staff were amazing. The club benefits of refreshments and nibbles were very nice. The included breakfast was good, but nothing special.
The pool needs a good, regular clean.
Floor 5 needs to be inspected for mold, and heavily sanitized.
The Direct Poolside Access Rooms need a carded security lock.

Loved our stay here for 9 nights in February. The hotel is clean, welcoming, well equipped and staff are friendly and helpful. Only 7 min walk to Havelock MRT on the TE Line which is super convenient for attractions, a 10min walk to the scenic riverfront or Tiong Bahru Hawker (and bakery!) and an easy 20 min walk to Chinatown. The 7-11 downstairs is so handy, huge pool with plenty of lounges, beautiful waterfall lounge and spacious lobby with fast lifts. We stayed in a Deluxe Room which was really spacious with big windows and good blackout shutters, and excellent value when we booked a non-refundable deal at half price. A decent breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are well presented and good value when booked through the hotel directly (only $15 and $30). Would definately stay here and again and recommend to others.

2-bed bedroom was spacious. However, it needs updating and fixing: sink drainstop doesn't work, pillows are smelly, shampoo/ body wash combo is undesirable and smelled old, carpet is old and dirty-looking.
On the positive side, customer service is good and although the breakfast buffet is varied and flavorful, due to the conditionof the bedroom, I have some doubts about the cleanliness and sanitary practices in the kitchen.

We had a fantastic time at Furana RiverFront. Our room and bed were massive, clean and the room overlooked the city.
The hotel reception had so much to do including a children’s play area. The swimming pool was clean with loads of sun beds, clean towels provided and lots of space around it.
The breakfast choices were fantastic, catering for many cultures. All the food was freshly prepared and buffet style. It was a real treat to look forward to each morning.
The staff were all very friendly and efficient in their different job roles.
The closest Havelock Underground railway station TEL and MRT was literally 5 minutes walk away from the hotel with very easy access to all the key landmarks which are only a few stops and changes away. All the stations and trains are exceptionally clean and very easy to get around with clear signs everywhere.

The family rooms are tiny, with peeling paint and wallpaper. There’s nowhere to put 4 people’s suitcases, because they’ve filled the room with two unnecessarily large chairs. The staff were generally unpleasant and the reception area is unwelcoming and poorly signed. Guests should be made aware when the swimming pool gets overtaken by large groups of young children attending swimming lessons.

My overall impression of the hotel was average. While the property has potential, room cleaning being done only once every three days is not acceptable for a hotel of this category and was disappointing.

On a positive note, the buffet breakfast was good, with a decent variety and quality, which was the highlight of the stay.

With improved housekeeping services, the overall experience could be much better.

We were assigned to a 1 star room with a four feet high palatiform bed, the bed is next to a Hugh window (zero inch clearance) without any privacy, if you are afraid of height, you will not able go to sleep at all, plus it is difficult for senior to climb up four feet high palatiform bed like a money.

Do not stay in thia one star hotel.
