Noah and Miriam (the front desk staff) were really helpful. Both spoke great English so communication was easy and both went out of their way to advise and guide a first time visitor to Isreal. Hopefully they are paid at the top of the pay range!!

Nice Hotel, some people at the desk Luba and Yura was very nice and helpful. But Shani , who checked us in was terrible, people like her should not work there. When she looked at our American passports, she told us that we are Israelis and we should pay Israeli tax. And it’s was for about 30 min. After we took picture of blue card in our passport and expanded photo, she finally noticed b-2 visa, that shows, that we are not Israelis. Didn’t even apologize. Besides we were told that they had room available in the morning, but she told us to comeback after 2 pm. The rest of the stay was good.

Fine for a night's rest

The stay was very inexpensive, so the juice was fine for the squeeze. Small room, very clean and in very good condition. Working coffee, wifi, fridge, blackout curtains, and safe. So a fine night's rest.

Weird that the sink was in the bedroom, not the bathroom. Weird that some of the outlets in the room turned off when we turned off the lights; had to move my charger. Weird that we could not leave a light on in the bathroom at night, since the walls were translucent. And there was no nice view out the window.

The gym was also new and clean. But there is no normal food service, like breakfast. You can buy some things, but they were all closed when we visited (independence day and the following night). Doesn't matter for adults since you are close to many cafes.

Parking costs nearly $20. Staff were nice.

This is the only non-kosher Dan hotel, I believe.

Very clean but I was not into the artwork it was very demonic. If your a christian you would understand what I am talking about. BUT it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, if it was not for the new age feel that it had I would stay there again if I was in that city but because of the demonic atmosphere that it had I wont. The only other issue we had was if your coming from another country and need to park in the parking garage you may run into issues taking it out to go places if your phone will not call out to another country because you have to call for them to open the gate.

Staff was ok not real friendly but I am from USA and it was a different country so people are different but they could be more friendly that be nice.

The area we were out was safe but it was trashy. Wo much trash on the ground outside the area around the motel.

This experience was quite disappointing. The hotel does not accept cash. I was asked to leave a deposit of 300 shekels and informed it would be refunded back onto my card when i checked out. Multiple bus stops with links to everywhere we wanted to go in the city, and 2 minute walk to Art Museum which also highly recommend.

Amazing and artistic hotel close to business district. Walking distance to bus stations and beach. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Coffee is tasty. Staff are very kind and helpful. Located at a safe and neat area right across IDF base and next to an art center. Highly recommended!

I throughly enjoyed my weeklong stay. Great and safe location, friendly and super helpful staff (early check in, helped with organizing cabs, etc), bright and spotless room/bathroom, strong wifi. Walking distance to museum, Sarona market, restaurants and coffee shops. Warmly recommend it.

There is nothing attractive in this property!! No closets, no mirror, no night stands, no phone to the front desk, no stationary. The hotel door was closed when I arrived after midnight despite telling my arrival time. They refused to call a taxi for me. This place is worse than a poor run Youthhostel. They also charged me more than 500$ taxes totally unexpectedly. Horrible doesn’t even start to describe this property.

The staff was very helpful the overnight staff manager they just made it very smooth during a very hectic stay ahead for a 2 day arrival for a wedding from the United States so thanks to them and you pay half the price of a hotel on the beach and it's exactly 7 stops for a $2 or 6 shekels an u save half the hotel cost and its right next to the tel aviv museum.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I think it’s a great location near the Tel Aviv Museum, a young sweet helpful amazing staff. Everyone the front desk the cafe the cleaners maintenance everyone is sweet helpful amazing. I love the design the best bed and duvet and pillows ever! I am trying to find the same at home …the best shower the best towels. A great caffe downstairs with amazing sandwiches and salads. I was thrilled and happy to spend my 6 days in that hotel I hope it will remain like this until I manage to go back to Tel Aviv again !

This is a cool Tel Aviv business hotel, a bit artsy in design and also conveniently located in relation to transportation, art, dining, clubs – everything you'd want from Tel Aviv. I recommend this place for road warriors traveling independently. The cafe and workspace downstairs was great. The rooms were small but had everything I needed to stay sane and comfortable. I LOVED it!

To be forgotten

I couldn’t understand that stupid design of the room, a very small room, bathroom with toilet, the sink in the bedroom, if you getting out the toilet you have to make decision take a shower or sash your hands, I would like to forget this hotel, it’s a shame for to believe that this under the Dan’s Hotel,

Staff at the front desk are super nice!

They are still getting up and running after Covid. Front desk staff are all lovely. Fridges in the room are coolers so you can't even keep milk cold for a tea or coffee in the room which is very inconvenient.

Not suitable for the overseas business traveller

For business stay I wouldn’t stay here again. It was more of a hostel vibe. For $120 night stay was pretty surprised on what was offered.

Didn’t have any room cleaning during entire stay, one iron in a service room/staff kitchen.

If they was charging $80 a night wouldn’t be a concern but for the rate it was justified.

Nice staff, location, rooms were awesome and your WiFi is fabulous. Everything was clean and the artwork was totally cool. They also respect your DO NOT DISTURB sign. Loved everything about this hotel. This is my new “go to” hotel when in Tel Aviv from now on! Oh, and they make a mean Greek Salad downstairs!

Our stay was very nice. The service was very good. All the stuff is English speakers. The room was clean, comfort bed. Although the room is small for 4 friends. It seems like an hotel for business man, very comfort with work zone, nice lobby and cafeteria with art objects. I recommend 😊
