Terrible communication and costumer services?
Had to struggle with their communication on an issue for days with different department instead of them communicating internally among each others.. clients aren’t supposed to be involved with their mess and no responds to emails for weeks.. zero hospitality for a person spending 10 days at their hotel facilities. Disaster and not recommended at all.. they don’t

Our stay was good with great cleanliness throughout. Excellent check in desk and concierge. Service in the bar was a little slow but very attentive. The meals in the level 1 restaurant were of very good quality and good sized portions. Having had two meals during our stay, service was excellent the first time but slow the second. We had to ask for our drinks then the sweet menu. Our meals didn't come out at the same time, but that could be because of being cooked to order. If you've never tried durian fruit, do give it a go!!!!!

The king room we stayed in this hotel was very small for 2 people to stay in for longer than 1 or 2 days. There is no where to put luggage for more than 1 person. There is no where to relax in the room due to it being too small.

Perfect Location

You can’t beat the location. It’s right on the river where you can conveniently walk to restaurants and the downtown area. Also, it’s right by the metro stop so you can easily travel to points further out. And, the hop on hop off bus stop is just across the street. Highly recommend this hotel!

On the last night there was some unpleasant smells from the drains in the bathroom, altoigh this could be due to a number of reasons.

This Sheraton on the river was perfect for our ten day visit. Very close to fabulous restaurants and all the city highlights.
Everything you could wish for in a hotel- generous free mini bar, washing facilities great pool and wonderful river view. Highly recommend.

Family of five adults with different needs were all very happy with their stay at Four Points Sheraton Riverview Singapore. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious and clean despite the smell of humidity occasionally infiltrating our rooms. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Beds were fine, reasonably comfortable but quite firm. Food in the restaurant was good and the staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly with good service. Definitely will be a favourite for a return visit.

would have liked a little cafe or restaurant on premises to be open to purchase milk when arriving late at night from a flight. no one wants to have to walk around the block looking for somewhere to purchase food etc when wanting a small snack.
It would also be nice to offer a slightly later check out than 1 hour especially for people with late flights out of Singapore . Even if you charged a fee, and not a half day rate for a few hours

Favourite Hotel in Favourite Locality

The Riverview has been a favourite for over a decade. Well located on the river, with the relative quietness of Robertson's Quay and its wide choice of restaurants. Now there's an MRT station only 5 mins walk away - so there's no longer the snag of having to use buses or taxis or walk for miles

Fantastic location.

Overall the hotel was very good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a evening meal in the hotel and despite it not being busy( only 6 customers) the service was painfully slow and the food when it did turn up was not that hot. Also housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, some days no toilet paper left and twice no towels left. Apart from those minor irritations our stay was great, fantastic location and exceptional staff.

Great location and connected to subway and busses takes you to all the attractions (avoid uber/taxi). Singapore is an expesive city but great views and food options. Walkable brunch places to start your day. We had a river view room and could see fireworks by marina sands bay from our room.

Old Hotel Renewed!

Short visit to SG. Hotel was the old River View Hotel. Slight renovations done to the rooms. Good about old hotel rooms is that they are bigger and brighter. Location by the river was OK with a few cafes and eateries across the bridge. Felt it was a little over priced for a old property.

For the $$ spent on accommodation, nothing was earned towards BONVOY, what then is the use of booking through Expedia ? The rate was the same. The hotel receptionist was excellent. Efficient check-in process with a smile. Room was larger than expected, minimalist, practical & clean. Unfortunately service on the external terrace & within the Eatery was not to the expected level, staff try but in most cases were not proactive & appeared to be in-experienced. Quality of food & beverages was very good.

Aircon not working and musky smell for the 1st room. Even with the 2nd room exchange Aircon is weak that result in a uncomfortable sleep as Singapore is hot and humid. A working AC is a must. No porter to help to luggages upon arrival and checking out. I need to pull 3 big luggages and cabin luggage all by myself from 15 floors to level 1 to check out.

Rooms are clean and comfy, F&B a huge letdown

Stayed for one night for the period of 19 - 20 March, the room was clean and bright, bed and pillow were comfortable. check-in process was also smooth. however, had mookata set at four points eatery on night of 19 March and was disappointed by the service:

We wanted to order a drink while eating our mookata set midway, so we ordered a thai iced milk tea and lemongrass tea. the preparation countertop at the outdoor seating was visible from our seats. to our horror, we observed another staff (quite skinny, tall, Chinese guy) preparing our drinks unmasked. he took down his mask while he was stirring the drinks (he did that for the drinks order for other tables as well), which we felt was VERY unhygenic especially during COVID. unmasked, he was also talking to another staff while preparing our drinks. what's more shocking was that he used his bare hands (NO GLOVES) to squeeze the lemon into my lemongrass tea, after which he put the squeezed lemon into my drink. upon seeing that, I only took a sip of my drink and decided to throw the rest away. the drink also tasted like ICED LEMON TEA, instead of lemongrass. would really appreciate if the hotel could counsel the staff involved.

Overall, the accommodation portion of our stay was a 4/5. it is definitely a 2/5 for our dinner.

2D1N Stay at Four Points by Sheraton

Check-in was quick and seamless as the hotel was already paid via hotels.com application. Hence, there is no need for deposits or any other form of payment.

The room is bigger than as seen in the pictures and the layout is strategically placed such that the room looks big. The cleanliness and aesthetics are 10/10. The room is not very sound-proof so not recommended for big families or bigger group.

The service is also efficient. Called the reception for extra toothbrushes, towels & water and they came within minutes! Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the stay was amazing and comfortable.
