Stayed with family at the property for 9 days. Had a great stay, rooms were spacious and had all facilities needed including washing machine, fridge, toaster and stove top. We opted not to have breakfast daily due to the facilities which we found to be a good option. Gym was well equipped and the pool nice - not as big as originally thought but a good pool to enjoy. Property is a bit dated but that didn’t phase us. Staff were super helpful and all really lovely. Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel, but super quiet at night (we were on the eight floor), easy to walk to different locations or catch the train to more further destinations like Sentosa island. Would recommend!

I would highly recommend Fraser Place Robertson Walk. Check in was quick and although we were early for check in and our room was being serviced, the staff were very accommodating in getting us access to the changing rooms at the pool to shower and freshen up.
The MRT is 5 minutes away to access Singapore and underneath the hotel you have a multitude of bars and restaurants for you to choose from. The staff were exceptional, their friendliness shone through in every interaction. I would like to single out our housekeeper Li Jun who kept our room spotless during our stay.

This is a fantastic find particularly for an extended stay (more than 2 or 3 days). With a small kitchen, washer/dryer and sitting area in our unit, we were very self-sufficient and able to accommodate different sleep schedules (critical when you are coming from the States).

First impressions are important and I was very impressed with what I saw. The hotel is an older building but with all Fraser's properties its their attention to detail that was most evident. From check-in to check-out I could not fault anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and genuinely enjoyed having you as a guest.

The location is fantastic, but the facility itself is just above average. I have stayed at many Fraser Residences in Singapore and elsewhere, and this was the least impressive. The unit I stayed in was dated, the bedroom small although the living area was big enough. The sink and the shower drains were partially blocked, and so the water would pool when you use them. Staff I interacted with were friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again but mainly because of the location.

Had an enjoyable week at Fraser Place. The staff were lovely and welcoming, even letting us borrow a power adaptor. The room was spacious and well presented. I was concerned when I discovered our room was directly opposite the lifts, but I didn't hear a peep the entire stay! The courtyard downstairs was kind of a night life area and we did get a bit of background noise from that on the 5th floor. Breakfast was ok, with slightly different items available each day. Some days were busier than others but we always managed to find a table. There were plenty of restaurants around, but all were pretty westernised (mainly Italian) and kind of expensive. It was only a 5 minute walk to Fort Canning MRT, or a nice 15 minute walk along the river to Clarke Quay MRT on the other line. Between the 2 lines the trains pretty much took us wherever we wanted to go - was a great location for getting around! Unfortunately we never did get time to try out the pool, but it looked welcoming and was never too crowded.

This property is close to many restaurants and Robertson Walk has a very nice ambience at night. Clarke Quay is within a short walking distance. The metro station is within 8 minutes walking distance of the apartment. The property is very clean. The breakfast wasn’t very good though.

The shower head very thin and scarce water flow.Also it’s bath shower and fairly high bath to step in and out and have to be cautious not very friendly uses for kids and old people.Would be good if bathroom has a electrical plugs for us ladies ,had to do my hair in the dining area.
Apart from this ,very nice and clean Apartment,locations perfect close to pubic Transport and food places.

The location to cafes/restaurants at both Robertson and Clark Quay was easy walking distant. Right beneath Fraser Place also. MRT Fort Canning 5 min walk or a little further walk to Clark Quay. Stayed at Fraser Place for 2 weeks whilst on a business trip. Great location, courtesy shuttle bus to MBFC was great and used it every day. Staff very pleasant, always willing to help or answer any queries. Room was very spacious, and amenities in the room were first class. Would recommend.

Great 2 bed apartment close to the river and very short walk from Fort Canning MRT. Good location for Chinatown, orchard Rd, Harbourfront and Marina Bay. Turned out we were around the corner from where my cousin lives which meant meeting up super easy! Kids loved the pool. Room had everything we needed. Including a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine - not that we cooked. Breakfast was really good. My 11 yr old loved having steamed buns whilst our 8 yr old stuck to the more familiar eggs and toast! Stayed a week so glad we had the space. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a three bedroom apartment, this was perfect for our family of 5. The staff were really helpful and friendly, we had great service. It only took 5-7 min to walk to Clarke Quay and the MRT (train station) in Fort Canning or Clarke Quay. It was quite central and easy enough to get around. The shuttle bus takes you to Orchard Rd as well as other locations around town. The breakfast was pretty good in general, but we found if we got there after 8:30 some things would have run out already and not replenished so I would suggest getting in by 8am. The pool was a bit on the cold side for us, we only used it once because of that and I noticed others also reluctant to get in because of the cold. A few people were using it though so it was fine for some. The area around the pool is a little limited in terms of seated space. There are a range of cafes and bars at the bottom of the complex, with a grocery store and pharmacy across the road. There are plenty of things to do in Singapore, touristy things are expensive but we did find activities that were not too bad too. We had great food at Newton Circus Hawkers Centre, it was clean and very reasonably priced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommended it.

Fraser Place was very central to everything. the rail station was only about 250mtr away it had a abundance of restaurants of any food you could wish for below and around the apartments. The pool was a great pleasure after a day out exploring. The full breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The towels were changed daily and nothing extra needed was a problem. I would thoroughly recommend this great property to anyone and if again I find myself in Singapore this is where I will stay.

Great convenient location to Clarke Quay and to train stations to get around. Spacious accomodation whete kids have their own space . Loved the washer / dryer as we completed our washing before we left Singapore and didnt have to worry about washing when we got home. Breakfast was simple but yummy . The kids loved the sun warmed pool. All staff friendly and willing to provide advice on how to get to destinations etc. Was even able to use pool area after we checked out due to late flight. Would come back 2morrow if I could. Great place for families.

It’s very close to Fort Canning MRT station & bus stops to major attractions are just round the corner. Staff were incredibly helpful when we had issues with tour tickets we’d bought from home. Very clean, great pool. Full breakfast each day, with something different each day. Heaps of restaurant options downstairs, or a short walk gets you to Clarke Quay. Very well located with grocery store across the road and a 7 Eleven for essentials. Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived early after a very long flight and left our cases in the hotel whilst we explored. We were back by 12 noon as all of our party felt so tiered.
We knew we had a bit of a wait.
To our delight the hotel staff did their utmost to get our room ready early and we were delighted with our room and early check in.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights in January 2018, together with our two 14 years grandsons. We had no complaints whatsoever and would gladly stay here again in the future. Great location, with plenty of of restaurants nearby. Also several convenience stores and at least one supermarket within 100 metres. Closest railway station is about 200 metres away and a taxi rank about 100 metres (although very easy to hail in the street).,

Very nice hotel, two free shuttle bus line, One can access the sundae shopping centre, which can easily buy discount pass and travel tours from the duck & hippo. The other one goes to orchard road which is the busies shopping place.
Kids like the hotel very much, have a swimming pool and provide animal shape swim rings, also indoor and outdoor playground for kids to enjoy.

We spent 10 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our room was great, we had a two bedroom apartment which gave us plenty of space. Having a 4yr old the kids splash pool and playground area was just prefect. Breakfast was included, this was just average. The location is great with plenty of places near by to eat and shop. There are many easy sight seeing walks in either direction, be it to Chinatown, Fort Canning, Clarke Quay or following the river all the way to the marina. There is a train station located within a 5 min walk and cabs go by regularly. Would defiantly consider staying here again.

The location was fantastic so close to Clarke quay, the Expedia map makes it look much further than it actually is. It took us approximately 8-10 minutes to walk along the river to get there.
With a myriad of restaurants located in Robinson Walk made it easy to not leave the area and enjoy the many cuisines that were on offer or just have a drink at one of the bars.
Though this is not a 5 star property if your looking for location, facilities and a sensation hotel then this is perfect.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We came here at the end of 5 weeks in Europe. The accommodation, breakfast & pool were all great. We were given a free upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment so the kids had a room each, which was an added bonus. Room service was good food and very reasonable, although it does stop at 9:30pm.

An old building and area but close to everything and the shuttle a bonus. the area comes alive after dark and Singapore although expensive in most things has a clean and safe environment and the taxis are of a good standard and price.

The apartment was very clean, adequately furnished, and perfect for a family on the road. The location was good, but a little time consuming to get to/from with the public transit system as it stands today. The MRT stop opening around the corner this weekend (right after our stay) should help significantly! There is a Starbucks, 7/11, and Cold Storage grocery store with most things you could need right across the street with convenient hours. While it's not a huge hotel with a line of taxis waiting, there was a taxi at the stand across the street whenever we needed one. WiFi was strong and consistent -- much better than many hotels I've seen. My kids loved the pool -- especially the kids pool, and I liked that it was small and shallow enough that I could watch them without being in the pool with them, yet it still had a little slide they enjoyed at least 100 times each. The adult pool was much nicer and larger.
If you're looking for a five star hotel and require your every whim to be catered to, you should probably keep looking. If you're fairly self-sufficient, and need a little more space; you'd like a clean place, but don't need a gold-plated place, this could be for you. There is a front desk (on the other side of the building) who can help with questions or ordering taxis et. al.
