The location was great and easy to walk to two different MRT stations. The accommodation was clean and provided everything if you wanted to cook etc. The shower grouting could do with a facelift but it didn't matter to us. The staff were amazing, friendly and provided excellent customer service. Would stay here again.

Adina Service Apartment was a great place to stay for a 1 week visit to Singapore. No noise and crowds as in even high end hotels in Singapore. Welcomed warmly by the front desk assistant who brought us to our room and showed us all the features and how to use the in room washer/dryer.

Close enough (10 min walk to Paragon/Takashimaya) to get to restaurants/shops on Orchard Roach, 2 MRT stations < 5 min walk and easy pick up / drop off for taxi /grab to go everywhere else. Far enough away that you’re not in the middle of the crowds and noise.

Only “shortcomings” were continental breakfast on weekdays only and a small gym (treadmill, stationary bike, free weights). Not a big deal for us, but may be for others.

Overall, after my first stay was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.

So pleased we opted to stay at Regency House. My partner and I appreciated having our child in a seperate room and spacious living conditions after hectic days out sightseeing. The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly and our room was kept spotless.
We swam daily but I would say the pool needs a little bit of TLC as the odd tile was missing here and there. The atmosphere was still inviting and comfortable and well maintained though.
Breakfast each day was plenty and the variety enough although it was limited compared to larger establishments. Personally, I think it just added to the intimacy of a smaller complex.
All in all, we loved our choice of accomodation and I would have no issues recommending it to anyone who is looking for a home away from home. We will certainly be returning 😊

Lovely, self-contained apartment. We have two small children, so having 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living space made our holiday much easier. The rooftop pool was really nice too. Great location near shops, food, Orchard Road and public transport. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The only improvement I would suggest is to have more variety of cereal and toast toppings at breakfast. But really that is just a minor thing as there was plenty of other food options at breakfast.

Very welcoming hotel with it's staff, we did rent appartment for two adults and two children. Nice livingroom, sleepingroom and bathroom, a very nice poolarea on the roof. Breakfast ok but the gym can give some more to wish, definitely I come here again.

The staff were great at answering any queries we had. There is a good outdoor pool on the roof. The only disappointment was the hot tubs weren't, they were cool. They were the same temp as the pool which was at a good temp to relax in at the end of the day. The staff were able to give good advice to activities we could do. We were able to organise all the tours we wanted to attempt as we found them all fairly close to each other.

We have stayed here twice and we came back the second time for the superb customer service. The staff are wonderful and happy to help with any inquiries. The location is excellent (walking distance to Orchard Road area and between 2 Metro stations) and the rooms are bright and spacious.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on level 2. It was a spacious apartment with a functional kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The location was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The weekday morning brekkie was light but certainly quite adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a short walk to Orchard Rd shopping, two MRT stations. Good size units - we had a two bed & two bath with nice size lounge/dining and separate kitchen and it was quite even though on a busy road. Customer service is excellent from all areas (House keeping, Front Desk & security), rooftop pool is wonderful and it all combines for a great stay in the heart of Orchard Rd.

The location can't be beat, of course, but what makes Regency House really stand out is the excellent service. We have always had good service in Singapore, but Regency House staff really went the extra mile and did everything they could to ensure that my elderly and infirm mother had a safe and enjoyable visit. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service, from the time we arrived to the time we left. Whenever we went by the foyer we were greeted by both the security/valet and the front desk staff.
We had a 3 bedroom apartment and was extremely clean and had all the facilities we required. It was also extremely spacious. Plenty of room for the family.
It was also centrally located to transport and Orchard road food and shopping precinct.

I stayed here with my family and we were really happy with everything. The Regency House is in a very good location, in between two underground stations and there is a bus stop close by. It is also very close to the shops in Orchard Road. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The complimentary welcome box of snacks and drinks was a lovely gesture and was very much appreciated when we arrived. The decoration in the apartments is contemporary and everything is very well maintained and clean. Breakfast is excellent with two choices of hot food daily (these were different every day) and a good selection of cereals, pastries, cakes, bread and fruit. The staff working in the Breakfast Room were really friendly and were constantly replenishing the breakfast items. Housekeeping did a brilliant job of keeping our apartment spotless. The level of service here is extremely high, nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The pool area is lovely and there are plenty of comfortable sunloungers and fresh towels. It was really nice to spend time there relaxing after a long day sightseeing. All in all we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when we next visit Singapore. Would highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay. Location is perfect - close to MRT and Orchard Rd - so heaps of eating places within easy walking distance. We mainly took taxi - and was only $12-13 to Sentosa and $20ish to the zoo. Kids loved playing in the huge pool. The pool is 1.2m deep so I took floaties for my 4yo. Inc breakfast which had a range of things inc cereal, lots of pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit as well as cooked foods which varied daily - plenty to choose from. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was newly refurbished and really nice. Very clean and well serviced 6 days per week. Was handy to have a washer/dryer and they supplied washing powder which was awesome. Can hear road noise but it didn't bother us at all. Would definately stay again and recommend.

Excellent accommodation in a perfect location near Orchard Road and between 2 stations. Rooms are large and fully equipped - washing machine, cooker, etc. Staff where great especially the maid, receptionists and door staff and the lady running the breakfasts. Pool is great on the roof and lovely in the heat. Singapore is a fantastic place with lots to do, excellent shopping and not one bad meal in two weeks - no matter where we ate.

We recently stayed at Regency House. We had a two bedroom apartment that provided space for the family (including teenagers). The apartment was ready early and included a welcome pack.

Kids enjoyed the large pool which we had mainly to ourselves and the included breakfast room was adequate for a big breakfast before heading out for the day.

Located one street back from Orchard Road, the location was perfect with two MRT stations close by that provided access to three different MRT lines. Supermarkets close by.

The staff is all so warm and welcoming and is always there to assist us. They give us the feeling like we are part of their little family. We have never felt such warmth in anywhere else we had stayed before in our list of hotels for the last 12 years. Top notch customer service, and so genuine in their ways, and actions. Not just talk only. It makes our 4th leg of our whole trip the MOST MEMORABLE - From SIN to TAIPEI (Yotel Hotel), to Noble Hotel (Taipei), to Capri Fraser (Changi Point) to Regency House, which tops the cream.

The stay at Regency was amazing and perfect fromthe word go. The staff at thw reception was very courteous and helpful at all times. The suite was very comfortable and had everything for a week long stay. The best part is the location which is just 5 minutes from MRT station and close to the Orchard Rd. An excellent choice!

We were a family party of five including two seniors, one with mobility issues and the other with health issues. The staff were really outstanding, without exception! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and were extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay. Having travelled extensively over the last 20 years I can say the level of service provided by all the staff at this residence really was incredibly good. The premises are very centrally located, and the facilities in our apartment (3 bedroom) were spacious, very clean, and all we could have wished for. The use of a local mobile phone free of charge was also very handy. The weekday breakfast service was excellent. The pool is a quiet oasis, and while the fitness centre is small it was not subject to high demand. To cap it all off the front desk staff turned out to wave us off after gifting the two oldest members of our party a box of chocolates and a card. We were very touched. Based on our experience we couldn’t rate this residence any more highly!

This was our second stay (each trip we stayed for 2 weeks) at Regency House (already booked our third stay while we were there ;)) and it was as always perfect. Sad really that we had to leave again so soon.

Staff is excellent, room is excellent, location is excellent so No complaints from us.

For us, it’s better then a Hotel because of the additional comforts (Kitchen, Washing Machine etc)

This is a basic standard hotel. Beds not comfortable. Bathroom very small. Toilet didn't even have a cleaning brush.
Large light fittings hang over the bed making you feel it could drop on your head any time during the night...not good feng shui.
No complimentary bottled water which is standard these days.
Lights no good for reading in bed.
Bed pushed up against the window so no access from one side.
No breakfast on public hols or weekend...not great for Easter 4 days of no bfast!!
Breakfast was basic but good quality. Scramled eggs were scrummy.
Fitness room barely big enough for 2 people at one time. Limited equipment.
Not a bad hotel, but not special either.

We stayed in Regency for 12 days and enjoyed every moment of it.
*Price are competitive and reasonable.
*Great location
Close to MRT transportion and Buses.
Close to shopping and many places to eat.
A short distance from all tourist spots and attraction.
Due to it's close distance to all Singapore has to offer, the cost of transport eg: Taxi and Uber services are not expensive.
*Rooms are great size and cleanliness are excellent.
*Weekday breakfast are enough to chose from to get you started of your day.
*Most of all kind and friendly service the staff provide. A special Thank You to Selena and her co-workers for making our stay positive. A home away from home. Keep up the great work😊

Arrived late but easy check in and helpful. Had an issue with road noise in our room but when asked to change rooms next morning no problem even though it was Chinese new year. Superb staff always happy to help. Easy check out, good breakfast tidy, clean and pleasant. Nice pool. Would recommend to any person couple staying in Singapore. Lovely people and place.

Close to big shops and restaurants. Hotel staffs are very nice. Suite is big. but only one toilet and one shower. The suite isn't very clean all the times. a lot of ants are moving around. tooth brush, shampoo are not replaced until verbal instruction is given.

Improve better maintenance programs needed

There were a few maintenances during our ten days stay including the unfortunate closure of the pool for 7 days of our 10 days stay. This was one most sought after facility that we crave for after our daily outings in the heat. We were really disappointed that the alternative option was to catch a taxi to one of their other properties's pool each day for a swim to cool down. It's unfortunate for overseas guests who naturally looked forward to having a dip in the pool to chill out after tripping in the 30+ degrees heat outside.

The perfect place to stay in Singapore

The apartment was perfect for our stay, so nice to come back to at the end of the day. Staff were brilliant, always happy to answer our questions. The WiFi is per-apartment, much better than I've had at even some big hotel chains. The pool was great, a nice way to deal with the heat of Singapore.

Location wise you couldn't ask for more. All the shopping on Orchard Road is minutes away. There's also easy access to Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset for the MRT. Somerset skatepark is nearby as well, which the kids loved.

It was a great location on Penang road, pool was nice and the room was good. Unfortunately it was very noisy, lots of door slamming early rises. Obviously they are apartments and people live there permanently. The walls must be paper thin because most of the time I'm deaf as my kids constantly tell me. If you have young children it would work as most of the time you get up early. On that note the staff are very nice and welcoming.'

The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly so are the security staff. We like the apartment lots of room as wheelchair user to move around

Nice apartment in a good location

Well located near shopping centre and the MRT. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good, food topped up when needed. The swimming pool was nice but the spa was cold.Everything was kept very clean.

Great location

Terrific location between 2 MRT stations, close by a 24 hr grocery store and food outlets. We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 10th floor - same floor as the breakfast room and the pool. The apartment was clean with 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer and a kitchen which was great at the end of the day!
The breakfast Monday to Friday was a continental breakfast that was always fresh and different variety each day. The staff there were friendly and greeted us warmly each morning. The pool and surrounds were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they suggested different sight seeing and helped guide us in the right direction when we arrived to get us started on our Singapore adventure.

Excellent hotel for a family group.

Spacious apartment for a family group which had recently been refurbished. Bit of road noise but it didn't spoil our stay.

Excellent location near Dhoby Ghaut MRT which can get you to all the major attractions Singapore has. What sets this hotel apart is the staff who cannot do enough to to help. This is the 2nd time we have stayed and will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel close to MRT

Our 3 bedroom apartment was extremely roomy and comfortable. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms especially travelling with 4 adults and 2 children. The staff were always welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. The security at the hotel was great, even though we feel completely safe in Singapore anyway. Within a 5 minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and Plaza Singapura. Was great to come home after a long and hot day out and relax in the pool, or our nice airconditioned apartment. Weekday breakfast was great and had a good choice of food. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Hotel close to all transport and shopping needs

Great place to stay central to major bus routes and main train station. Comfortable rooms and great staff. Toilet section needs refurbishment in older rooms and attended too in new refurbished rooms. On Penang road one short block from Orchard road the main shopping fare. Will stay there next visit.

Great city location.

Getting to the hotel is easy either by Taxi or MRT (5 mins walk) from the Airport, checking in was straight forward. We were given a good apartment on the 4th floor that was very well equipped with fitted kitchen and bathroom. Beds were hard but comfy, plenty of storage space in apartment. We easily accessed the whole of Singapore from this location.

Due to the design of the hotel, we found that there was a lot of noise from the room above us. It appeared that our neighbours seemed to start partying after 10pm. The Hotel did try to help. We also found that the position on Penang rd was very convenient for shopping and access to the mrt but was also noisy as we over looked the street. If light sleep rear rooms would have been better. Wife ended up buying ear plugs. The Hotel was nice and comfortable for a family of 2 teenagers. No rooms service so if you drink buy a bottle of wine and snacks for later.

Customer service is excellence. Staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. They are so enthusiastic in helping you out when needed. They made our stay so comfortable. Will be the hotel for my next trip to Singapore. Highly recommend!

Centrally located comfortable hotel

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were amazing and assisted with any of our needs. We have not stayed in Singapore beforehand and unsure of noise levels in other hotels, but we did find that the outside street noise was quite loud during the night from our seventh level room. However we would stay at the Regency on future trips.

Fantastic apartments close to public transport

We had a lovely 10 night stay at Regency a House. Apartment was fantastic and staff very friendly. Our 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Only a 5 minute walk to two MRT train stations. Breakfast was delicious and we cannot fault anything. We will be back!

Singapore family holiday

We had an amazing time at the Regency House in Singapore recently. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for 7 nights which suited our family perfectly. The staff were friendly and courteous and attended to all of our needs with a smile. The apartment was spacious and well equipped right down to an airer to hang our washing on. Bathrooms were beautiful, beds were all comfortable and air conditioning in every room with individual controls. Breakfast on the 10th floor looking out onto the pool was lovely with a different menu each morning. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Easy 5minute walk to both Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Orchard road. Highly recommend Regency House as the perfect accommodation choice for anyone travelling to Singapore - we had an awesome stay!

Perfect in every way!

- Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice to have good TLC!
- Great location, atmosphere, very clean and spacious rooms.
- best sleeps I've had ever.......very comfy beds with nice smelling toiletries :)
- we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was serviced Mon-Fri. So clean towels etc... everyday.
- Nice to have the little things that adds to our lovely stay: apples in the lobby to take when heading out everyday, coffee machine and biscuits if you fancy too!
- swimming pool was the winner for the kids.
- nice little welcoming surprise when we checked in with a Welcome basket of little goodies to snack on! Was a very pleasant surprise.
- Concierge was very helpful with booking taxis and tickets to theme parks and directions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back to stay.
