This was a great place to stay. It is ideally located on Orchard Road, with an MRT and plenty of food right next door. The reception staff were lovely and they provide a good breakfast. Best coffee was at the Providore just up the street. We will happily stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Service suites. Orchard Singapore. It was right in the centre easy shopping, staff very polite and always helpful and respected our needs. We had a late checkout as our flight back to England was at 20:55 and we were never charged for this. Overall we loved it and one day we will be back.

We stayed here for 8 nights. We have been to Singapore a number of times but this is the first time staying at Pan pacific Serviced Suites, Orchard. The location for us was perfect. We were close to restaurants and shops and close proximity to Raffles etc. We booked a one bedroom executive Suite. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is great to have a washing machine and dryer. The suite is looking a little tired but still comfortable nonetheless. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay here again.

The staff is quite great! The hotel is located in one of the best spots, close to tons of shopping and eateries. The transit system is next door, so navigating is quite simple.

Definitely worth a stay

Stay was fantastic, great room and breakfast was excellent. Only minor grumble was room cleaning was very average and the wet bath mat was folded and put back for reuse when I had left them out to be replaced but that didn’t detract from our stay.

The breakfast is of low quality to say the least. The lack of western breakfast portions is non-existent. I understand this SE Asia, but essentially every hotel on orchard road DOES have western breakfast portions in the mornings.

High standard apart hotel

Great location next to Somerset MRT, all staff really helpful, very comfortable and everything I needed for a 6 night stay. Only think to watch out for is the free breakfast and room service is not provided on Sundays and public holidays, my trip coincided with 2 public holidays, lots of options nearby and obviously you can do your own in the Kitchenette.

Generally everything was ok.
The bathroom especially the shower cubicle are quite small. The bed was incredibly hard.
The washer dryer broke on Friday although maintenance attended Saturday morning a new machine could not be sourced until Saturday evening. Unfortunately the replacement machine also did not work.
We checked out on the Monday the washing machine situation had still not be rectified.
No mention of this when we checked out.

Fantastic location for our Singapore holiday. Next to MRT, shops, restaurants and attractions. The Executive Suite was ideal for our needs. The pool and hydrotherapy suite were much used by ourselves. Breakfasts are of a high standard and the staff were outstanding. Highly recommended.

Great location at the Orchard road. 10-15 minutes by taxi to all places worth visiting. Very nice setup - kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need. Great personnel - caring and attentive.
The only thing which was not right is a leaking kitchen water tap - but it did not spoil anything.

Our king serviced suite was fabulous for a weeks stay. The property had a perfect central location, close to shops, transport and places of interest.
Breakfast had an array of great choices and staff were very friendly and helpful. Eggs cooked to your order!
Rooms were spotless and serviced everyday except Sunday as per description. Complementary room snacks and plenty of bottled water provided daily. Laundry facilities included in room or dry cleaning at a fee.
Amenities were fabulous - pool in a shady spot was so refreshing, pool towels provided, steam room, gym, Jacuzzi tubs, separate lounge area upstairs to relax, read, complete with computers and massage chairs. Free tea and coffee 24/7.
Highly recommend this property!

Cafeteria closed on Sunday morning, no explanation

Room needs to be updated, the ceiling tiles were worn out and some part was broken. The room was spacious compared to other hotels in Singapore. It is suitable for long term stays (over 2 weeks) as it is serviced residence. During my stay, the service came twice a week and changed the bed sheets at that time. The room I booked priced in for breakfast but on Sunday the cafeteria was closed and no one at the front was available to explain why the cafeteria was closed so I had to run outside to get breakfast before going off to my next meeting. This was not expected and caused some disruptions during my stay here.
The pool was decent and hardly anyone used it. The gym was adequately stocked.

The location of the property is perfect in terms of shopping, eateries and other entertainment. The hotel is very nice and the the breakfast option is a nice addition. The appliances such as the washer/dryer combo were not easy to operate. Also, upon check-in, someone should explain their energy-saving issues in the unit such as the need to flip a switch to get hot water and the other measures they have.

Location is superb!! Friendly service. Awesome breakfast.
Living Room on 11th floor was just perfect, area where we can relax while enjoying Singapore view.

great location very central to the Somerset metro and bus lines near Orchard Road. It was easy to get to the hotel via public transport. We took the 36 bus from the airport which took us directly to outside the hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent with the rooms being attended to daily, except for Sunday and public holidays. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and always willing to help in any way that they could. Breakfast was available daily except for Sunday and public holidays. Again the staff were lovely, friendly and willing to out of their way to accommodate. The variety was quite good and always fresh.
The only negative thing was that the bed was VERY hard, it took a little time to get used to, but that is just personal preference, otherwise everything was great. Would highly recommend and stay there again

Booked 7 nights to stay In a suite unfortunately I am very disappointed. Firstly the worst breakfast, only had bread, eggs, potato gems and some chicken nuggets. Definitely expected more from a 5 star hotel. Website should update their information to say there are absolutely no smoking rooms. Rooms weren’t cleaned properly when we walked in and swimming pool is really small. Best bit is the location as it’s only a few minute walk to orchard road. Other than that it was an utter disappointment.

Wonderful experience

This was a wonderful experience beginning upon arrival, a happy welcome from all members of staff & the quickest, slickest check in ever & smart escort to our room.The room was very clean, tidy,lots of storage space & views from both windows.The bathroom was spotless, kitchen was equipped with quality appliances & large fridge. 2 modern tv's in bedroom & lounge with quality hi-fi in the bedroom. The pools & gym area's were very good, add to all this free breakfast's 6 days a week is a bonus but the staff made the hotel even better. I can honestly say I am looking forward to another stay here.

Close to most Orchard Road shopping. The MRT station is in the same building - so that is really convenient. Lots of restaurants, food courts and pubs on level 1.

The apartment's kitchen is a bit small. Not enough pots and pans for proper cooking. Even too few crockery and cutlery. Maybe limited by space.

We went for a 2 week stay for our honeymoon at an executive suite. Check in/out was fast and efficient. The location is literally steps away from the Somerset MRT station through its connected walkway to Somerset Mall.

We were given 2 access cards & a mobile phone (awesome!) that you can take with you (free local/specific international countries calling & data included). Phone has discounted ticket offers to local attractions (which we used and compared with other offers). Elevators are access card restricted. While we didn't get to try out the outdoor pool, it is a long/narrow stretch across their 2nd floor with patio. There is a gym as well. We loved the hydrospa, separated on the same floor, in the back (showers, hot 45c/cold pool & sauna).

When we got some free time, we went to check out their 11th floor living room. They got billiards, darts (a bit worn), xbox kinect (limited games), tv, 2x massage chairs (worn/partly broken?), many books, a bookable meeting room and couches to chill. Limited self-serve refreshments available. There is also a connected outdoor sky garden deck.

Complementary breakfast was excellent. Arrive before 10am or there won't be much food left. There is also an a la carte menu (highly suggested). 3 cooked meal dishes offered daily, changes daily.

The suite itself was great. Stocked kitchen, living room, bedroom, washroom. Although there is visible wear. Pot lights hanging loose & corner mold in showers. Staff & Housekeeping was excellent!

My family and I have stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites on Orchard several times now and they have consistently provided a very comfortable stay especially when traveling with a child. The location is excellent for endless food and shopping options all within minutes of leaving the hotel lobby. The rooms are well maintained and have all you would need in a serviced apartment. We especially liked the in-room washer/dryer, endless cable tv options, fast wifi, full kitchen, free breakfast and 24 hour gym access. We will always consider booking the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites on Orchard whenever we're back in Singapore as it's a great home away from home!

Better than upscale hotel for a long business stay

A very nice serviced apartment, with great location for shopping and city activities. Nicely furnished and spacious. Washer and dryer add convenience. There is a Cold Storage grocery store across the street, in case you want to cook yourself. I am quite happy with everything there. It is better than a five-star hotel for a long business stay.

The hotel is a 5 star fully furnished serviced apartment located right in the middle of Orchard Rd which is great as everything is within walking distance! The rooms are huge and modern and comes with full kitchen and amenities which are handy for long trip or when travelling with families. Will definitely come back when we visit Singapore next time!
