The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. Staff were very helpful. It was a short walk to transport, shops and restaurants so ideally suited to get around. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and they even decorated our room and gave us cake. Overall a very nice hotel.

Location: it's about 10 minutes walk to main the shopping area and metro.

Reception area: very good customer service and amazing added touch of free drinks (soft drinks such as well named brands, coffee, etc).

Room: reasonable size room for a country that is packed, however, the room felt that it needed a bit of TLC. Just to add, before individuals panic. There is a big see through glass that you can see through via the bedroom. There is a roller blinds to stop the bathroom becoming some spectacle.
Bathroom was big. Only negative is the shower glass door when washing sprayed out due to a poor seal.
There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron.
TV programmes are ok but you are here to see the sights. Bed was very comfortable.

Professional and super helpful staff. Easy check in. Clean, spacious and well appointed room. Bathroom shower was strong and hot. It also has a bathtub which I didn’t use. Comfortable bed and many choices of pillows! Courtesy late check out (based on availability) as I had an evening flight. Problem is the cleaning schedule of the room. I stayed there Nov 2nd to 6th, the room wasn’t cleaned by 4pm. This time round, at 5pm, the room was not cleaned yet and we had to call for the housekeeping service. It’s inconvenient as after a day, we wanted to rest oor get ready.

“I loved the ice cream I received from the receptionist on arrival, just what I needed after a long flight! The staff were all super friendly and helpful (thanks again for the book recommendation!). The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was lovely, and it was great to have free drinks (soft drinks, coffee, and tea) available throughout the day.

My stay started off amazing with the friendliness of the staff upon checking in. It was seamless and when they said, “if you need anything” they meant it. Every time I came through the lobby I was greeted and treated in a welcoming manner!
The room was perfectly cooled for how steamy it was outdoors. The bed comfy and water pressure was amazing. Only thing I’d change is the room needing hand/wash cloths.
Overall will stay here again once I can make it back!

Nice hotel

The hotel itself wasn’t that big, but I just stayed for a night. It was clean and cool looking.
Room wasn’t that big but location was great. Few minutes walk to Paragon mall.
They gave free icecream sandwiches when I came in.
There were also snacks available for free which was nice. Gym and pool looked pretty decent, didn’t have time to use it though. Overall would come back to this hotel.

The front desk staff intentionally ripped off my passport pic page when I checked in. I don’t have any trouble with them and treated them nicely as Canadian. Next day CBP denied my transit entry request, get trapped in Singapore for extra two days waiting for the Air Canada direct flight, cost me over 3000cad for economic class. That’s insane

오차드 MRT부터 걸을경우 더운 날씨에 15분-20분은 걸어야함.
그랩은 쉽게 잡힘.

Nice mid priced hotel. Only downside is that it is about a 20 minute walk to shopping, restaurants and the MRT station on Orchard Road. Good value for the price but you need to travel by taxi or the MRT to get to most of the things that are of interest to tourists.

A nice hotel to even just chilled on a side street

no room service after hours but there is a small kitchen area with free can drinks (coffee and fizzy drinks). It is a 9 minutes walk from the main shopping area (orchard road- paragon). I enjoyed the stay alot.

The interior of the room is pretty stylish but the water was dripping from the ceiling in the hallway and the way they dealt with it was unsightly. The service at the front desk was good but the breakfast system is hard to see and not worth the price. My friend’s order was forgotten and waited for 40 minutes. Complimentary coffee is very good but I would expect the complimentary bottles of water - regardless of the tap water is potable or not.

Very nice hotel in walking distance to Orchard Road and lots of dining and shopping options. But the hotel itself had a wonderful breakfast, the hotel next door had a nice cocktail bar with live music. The Quincy's pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna on the 12th floor has wonderful views and is a great place to take a midday break or wind down at the end of a day. The staff was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.
