We stayed at Treetops for an extended celebration of my partners birthday.

Over 8 days the generously sized apartments, the extensive gardens, the pool and the daily breakfasts allowed us to rest and relax whilst seeing the sights of Singapore.

If you want to be able to fully enjoy your holiday in quiet and beautiful surrounds this is a great option.

Located at the north end of Orchard Road it is in close proximity to Singapore Gardens, great shopping and eating on Orchard Road and MRT underground and bus stations.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly maintained and well equipped.

There are only two provisos …. there is no alcohol sold onsite and apart from breakfast no meals are provided.

This wasn’t an issue for us as alcohol and meals are provided on Orchard Road which is at your doorstep.

Hotel lobby is fabulous. Pool is beautiful and very useful for both play and lane swimming. Gym is actually usable. Apartments are average size. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean.

Unfortunately the breakfast was a disaster. Maybe we care too much about food, but at this price point I expect proper edible food. Every single day there were multiple items that were running out at 9am. Food quality in general was very low, almost motel level, IMHO. Unfortunately for this reason alone I will not be going back to this property.

This is our third time time staying at the Treetops. Great location, lovely staff, spacious rooms and awesome pool. Amazing with kids.

The only potential down side is the breakfast - it is very good with Asian and western options but is on the small side so if you are looking for a very large buffet it might not be for you. But if you're happy with a declious breakfast with a few choices it's great.

Great place to stay. We were here 6 nights and loved staying here. Great pool. Easy walk to resteraunts and places to buy groceries. Easy walk to the MRT train also, and bus stop just around the corner. Couldn't ask for more really. Good breakfasts included which seems to rotate options every 3 days or so, wide selection. The apartment was large and well maintained as we had expected. It was in a good location near Orchard Road. We enjoyed the breakfast. The large pool was lovely. I think whilst the property does sell itself as luxury, I dont think it was quite of that standard but was certainly nice and fit for purpose, but not decadent.

The property was nicely furnished and the rooms were great with high ceilings and great fit-out. The gym was also well equipped with plenty of options. The let down was the pool area. My son slipped on debris left by maintenance workers and cut his knee badly. The jacuzzi was also out of action and there were several wobbly tiles around the pool which would pose a danger to kids and the unwary.

bathroom apartment. Having a washer/dryer in the room was really helpful. Located a short walk to the busy shopping area on Orchard Rd, and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The Treetops shuttle bus was also handy to see attractions further away.

Our stay at Treetops was brilliant, even nicer than the pix, lovely 2 bdrm room with well equiped kitchen & balcony overlooking the pool & beautiful landscaping. Breakfast was also great, a huge range of asian & western options both hot & cold. Staff were so helpful, even giving a very late checkout which was so helpful.

The Treetops Executive Residences in Singapore was an excellent place to stay at, and I would definitely stay here again. (We only wish they also had one- or two-night accommodation packages as well as our multiple night package - as we would have stayed there again after our return cruise from Singapore).
Accommodation, facilities, pool, free curtesy bus to most places within & around the city, and everything about this property was fantastic. Ultimately an exquisite and very nice place to stay at - thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Treetops was an ideal location to stay for a week or more with a young family. Very clean and well presented, staff helpful and inviting and the grounds and pool are great for both adults and kids. Close to Orchard Rd and generally no more than a $25 cab ride to anywhere we needed to go for sightseeing and attractions. We had a really great getaway!

We enjoyed the room we stayed in one bedroom, with lounge and kitchenette. Comfortable accommodation to stay at the top of Orchard road, good for shopping and restaurants, close to the Botanical gardens.
My partner had a bad fall when we were staying and broke her arm. The staff were so helpful and made an extra efforts to make our stay enjoyable.

It really is a great set up. The lovely garden and pool area are a really great 'oasis' particularly given the heat and humidity in Singapore. The inclusion of Breakfast was a bonus and the buffet was plentiful and very varied. Having booked six months in advance and requested a garden view just a tad disappointed that we had a road facing room, without any comment at all at check in.

12 Nights in Singapore

The place is very good large rooms, we had bedroom bathroom lounge and kitchen all very clean tidy and a decent size, breakfast was included and was plentiful and varied.
Only downside was it was a little far away from where we most of the things to do in Singapore are, but there is a shuttle bus the MRT and we used Grab APP a lot. Price does reflect that’s it’s not right in Marina bay and room sizes are also larger than in the main area, so if you don’t mind not being close to marina Bay great choice

Stayed over for a week for my 12hr night shift. Staffs were friendly and attentive. They cleaned my room after I left for my night shift or they cleaned before I came back from my night shift. They also went the extra mile to make sure that I get to come back to a comfortable place after my shift, and they greeted me when I left for work and came back. My stay with them was in 2020, and I still remember the place. Money well spent!!

My partner recently was hospitalized in Singapore, I had to stay longer than expected at Treetops and the staff were fabulous extending time in our room each day as I did not know when he would be released from hospital. To have to move would have been another nightmare on top of the nightmare we were dealing with.

In the main the stay was good. Pool fantastic and well looked after as we’re the grounds. The room was very good. Beds were great and the rooms spacious. My complain is with Hotels.com. It states that there is a restaurant and bar. This is not the case. It has a cafe opened 10.30 until 3. You can’t get food or drink because it has no bar!. You have to order in a takeaway or go shopping for alcohol if you fancy a nightcap.
I wouldn’t have booked this accommodation if I’d have known. Plus I couldn’t change it because it was non refundable. So Hotels.com need to change its info.

I’ve loved everything about my stay on the 3rd floor of Treetops apartment hotel - very comfortable, well supplied, great service, loads of room and even a welcome pack and fruit on arrival. Breakfast more than does the job to set you up for the day; there are plenty of great cafes in Singapore if you’re wanting more than eggs, toast, fruit, pastries, dumplings/noodles and yogurt. Any problems are attended to swiftly and politely. Seeing the squirrels bounce through the treetops just outside made it all the more special. This is a well managed property ideal for longer stays and has really felt like home to me. So glad I chose to stay here! Thank you Treetops!

Throughout my stay at Treetops, my expectations were exceeded. Particularly impressive were:
1. the spacious and clean apartment — the kitchenette was very well-stocked with full range of cooking utentils, microwave, rice cooker and even a cheese grater. Plus a full set of crockery and drinkware.
2. The cafe where buffet breakfast is served — when I was late to the cafe in the morning, they packed my breakfast for me! The servers (including Venice and Soon) were extremely friendly and helpful!
3. Ms Annie Ho, Senior Sales Manager, was very helpful in my reservations and request for extension of stay. I felt special even as a short-stay guest.
4. I like the location of Treetops — it is a short distance walk to many restaurants and shopping malls without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road
5. The huge and well-maintained pool, the grounds — it all made me feel like I was truly on vacation without stepping on an airplane in the midst of this Covid19 pandemic.

I highly recommend a stay at Treetops for a peaceful and refreshing break.

Hotel staff are very friendly, professional and efficient with all process. The room is big and has everything needed at the kitchen. The property is also very clean and well maintained. Really felt like “ home” . We were extremely happy with our stay here with two little kids during the “ circuit breaker “ period in Singapore. The hotel even gave us a complementary night when we asked the possibility to extend one more day due to change of flight schedule. Will definitely return again and recommend to others who are interested in serviced apartment type of hotel.

The rooms were great, the whole place feels like a resort and the free breakfast was quite a surprise with quite a variety of local food. Pools look inviting (we did not have time to enjoy this). Wonderful!

Treetops was amazing from start to finish! It was so comfortable, everything was thought of and there were so many wonderful extras - like the free breakfast, shuttle bus, and welcome basket. The pool is magnificent! It was an easy walk to Orchard Rd, but so peaceful and relaxing.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at these apartments. They even put on a party for the mid autumn festival and invited all the guests.

One slight down is the location which is about a kilometre from the nearest MRT station but then TreeTops did run a minibus into town centre
