Good gym and pool .The only downside is that it’s not close to amenities.However,the complimentary shuttle service is greatly appreciated.A shout out to the driver for being on time almost every single time we used the shuttle service.

Reception staff are great and happily received parcels for us. Having the shuttle bus was a bonus. But even without it the walk from the
Bus stop was not long.
The room was comfortable as was the bed. Clean, modern and quiet.

I stayed at Le Grove for 17 days and had a really relaxing time. The place is super clean and very quiet. The airconditioning is amazing, especially on the hotter days. The apartment itself is comfortable and really felt like home. It also had almost everything I needed for cooking, which was great. Housekeeping was consistently good too.

The only thing is the walk to Stevens MRT is around 10–15 minutes, which isn’t ideal in humid weather. But they do have an hourly shuttle that goes to another MRT station, so that helps a lot.

A few downsides: they don’t provide pool towels, so you have to bring your own. The laundry room is convenient, but it’s quite pricey — $10 SGD per wash and another $10 SGD for a 51-minute dryer cycle. The complimentary continental breakfast is also pretty basic: juices, coffee, tea, some sliced fruits, cereal with milk, and bread with butter. It would be nice if there were some hot food options.

Other than that, the staff were amazing — super respectful, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, despite a few minor things, I had a really comfortable stay and I definitely recommend this place.

Stayed at Le Grove with family of 3 Property manager was excellent, we arrived early for check in, so she stored our luggage away for us while we explored the main strip. The room provided was very large, clean and updated and had all the necessary stuff we needed which included a washer dryer, clothes airer, microwave, cooker, and fridge which suited our needs. The apartment felt sound proof as we could not hear our neighbours. Amenities wise it's about a 10 mins walk to the nearest 7-Eleven or a 15 mins walk to the main strip. However the shuttle bus provided by the apartment is very convenient and will drop you off / pick you up from the main strip of closest supermarket just check the time table provided which we used often. Breakfast was excellent with tuna pastries being my highlight. Did not manage to use the Gym but the swimming pool was great which I spent some time with my toddler. I would highly recommend Le Grove and will be using again if I visit Singapore.

I had a great stay at Le Grove. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
Housekeeping was great, my apartment was very clean. Reception staff were very helpful. You can ask them for detergent if you need it for your washing maching, I didnt realise this and bought my own, but its fine.
The breakfast is quite basic 'contenental' but it is a residence not a hotel. The coffee was not good at all, but they did have tea bags. The breakfast could use some improvement, but it was ok. The most important thing was the room apartment which was great.

I didn’t use the pool but the gym was ok, and appreciated having it.

Le grove is in a lovely area and i was able to walk to the botanic gardens which is a beautiful place. The MRT is 15 mins away by foot and the bus stop about 10.

Id happily stay here again.

Just stayed 4 nights. Pretty happy with the state of the property (new & clean) and the pleasant service from the staff. If I had to make a complaint, I would say that the entrance to the property is not so convenient as there isn't a break in the road divider and you need to make a significant detour to drive in. However, that doesn't matter if you're not driving and they also have a free shuttle bus service.

A nice alternative to a hotel

A nice serviced apartment and a good alternative to a hotel, the free bus (hourly) is useful or you can easily walk to the public bus in 5 minutes where you’ll find the 972/190/132/105.

Breakfast is probably the weakest link to the property, it’s only Monday - Friday and the options are limited, don’t expect hot fresh eggs!

The cleaning staff are lovely and very efficient, I would recommend to take a look at this facility if you’re in Singapore.

The kitchens are ok in the units, adequate for cooking at home. Most units come with a washing machine / dryer, I think only the studio apartments are the exception, the property has a laundromat on site, coins are available.

The free parking is onsite, plenty of availability too.

Had a nice clean pool area that we used everyday. Great breakfast during the week. Nice aircon rooms. Shuttle bus was useful for getting into town. The room was well maintained and had a washer/dryer, as well as the laundry room. Close enough to walk from the MRT at the end of the day. Walkable 7/11 and restaurents at the nearby Novotel. Using a GRAB cab was reasonable as well into town. Nice quiet area. Overall a great reasonable stay for a family, especially given the separate sleeping area/s and TV's etc.

This is a very clean, spacious property. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast on weekdays was more than adequate. The only negative is that it is not within easy walking distance from shops. However, it is only a 5 minute walk to a bus stop that can take one all the way downtown. Our son took a dip in the infinity pool but commented that the water was rather warm. Since the heat index was in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit daily the pool was still a welcome respite.

We booked a room with queen bed but got 2 twin. It was a bit uncomfortable for us as we were travelling with infant. Granted they did give room upgrade. They seemed to be fully booked so we couldn't move. Breakfast was ok just fruits cereal and pastries. Front desk staff and bus driver were friendly but housekeeping was rude. They just enter the unit without knocking and one yelled at me for asking her to change sheets as she said she has lots of rooms to clean.

Overall the residences were good value for money with great amenities- we had a very comfortable 2 brm unit for a family of 5, swimming pool and tennis court in good condition.Only downside was that breakfast was only provided monday to friday. Shuttle service was useful but not frequent enough so we ended up taking taxis to town more often than not.

Great place and location for long stay. Would have rated higher if not because of one incident where the cleaner (room service) just barged in while we are still in the room without our permission to come in. We then realised the lock is faulty, even when you hve locked inside, you can still use your card to open the door from the outside. We lodged the complaint to the reception which was handled professionally by one of the staff called Mei. Her manager however just dismissed it saying maybe “language barrier” issue, the cleaner didn’t understand when we said “Wait!”.

Please improve as this place has a huge potential. Maybe change the manager as a start.

Great location, loved it - very close to Orchard Rd shopping district. The Residence offers free shuttle services to several areas and was a great service! MRT is also close by for travels to the city.

Beautiful place in a quiet location

We were given adjoining apartment rooms, which were immaculate, although we had booked a 2bedroom room. It was a tight fit around the kitchen and 2 seat table and unfortunately there was no tea or coffee provided. On weekends there was no breakfast or room service available. Located in a beautiful quiet area of the city and close to the bus and Orchard Rd. They have free shuttle bus trips throughout the day, which were handy.

Great apartment and residence, but the very limited breakfast really could do with some improvement, especially as there are no other options nearby for breakfasts.

Also, this is the first hotel or serviced residence I have ever stayed in Singapore where daily bottled water is not provided. This is an essential must to keep hydrated and healthy traveling in Asia.

After arriving later than expected to the Apartments, we were warmly greeted by Juliet at the reception desk. Unfortunately, Expedia has listed the room we booked incorrectly on their website - photos DO NO relate to the room at all and we were informed that they were for another room type altogether! We were basically given two tiny studio suites with a connecting door that was supposed to be the most expensive 2 bedroom suite they had on offer. Not impressed Expedia!
However, Le Grove were wonderful and we were moved into a PROPER 2 bedroom suite the next day - which was just like the photos - clean, bright, roomy and with the 2 queen/double beds that we had requested. The staff were wonderful from the delightful cleaner to the super-helpful reception staff. As most other reviews have stated the Le Grove is only a quick ten minute downhill walk to the top of Orchard Road and a quick taxi ride to anywhere else in central Singapore. Daily buffet breakfast was lovely but remember to request your complimentary amenities basket as we did not receive any coffee/tea/water etc in our suite due to the room mix up.
Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends - just make sure you check the room type directly with Le Grove when booking to make sure you get what you paid for!

I loved the large open balcony and calming view of the botanical gardens and river. Close to shops restaurants and river walks. The pool was small but well designed with a Balinese flair. Above all the staff and management were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. A three week business trip turned into 4 months but their friendliness helped keep homesickness at bay!!

I was overcharged by more than 20% (S$436) during check in, despite of my attempt to inform the staff that my booking was made with cheaper rates. Staff acknowledged they had overcharged my credit card, and requesting me to fill in forms and wait for 6 weeks to get my refund. I was dissapointed.

The property it’s self was nice, our room was modern and spacious. after being told to book an extra night as I arrived to Singapore at 2am, I was told that security would be there to give me the room key and I had also emailed the manager with a specific arrival time. When I got there, I called security and no one answered for 45mins. Eventually the rude lady answered and gave me the key but didn’t show us where the room was. So again I spent a good 30 mins looking for the room because no one had shown or told me it was in the building next door. Before this trip I’d never actually been to their property so how was I supposed to know. After finding the room it turns out the WiFi didn’t work because no one had actually checked us in correctly. After a long flight me and my partner finally got to sleep. However in the morning we had numerous phone calls and housekeeping knocks on the door not allowing us to rest, when I told the receptionist, he didn’t even apologies for it. I wouldn’t recommend this property for anyone arriving late to Singapore or coming after a long flight, because even with the ‘do not distub’ Light on they still kept pestering us. I will say that the driver of the shuttle bus was very friendly and helpful and made our experience a little bit better.

one reception told me that to airport cost S55, on the other day, the others reception quote S65, and told me that yesterday guy is new and just work for a week, wrongly quote S55 to us, but i think it is the fact that they charge higher price time by time, really unacceptable and never go back this apartment anymore, extremely not honestly. please think before book this apartment.
Location is not convenient, no convenient store, no restaurant.

We had a family of 5 so they placed us in 2 apartments side by side. The place has been newly refurbished so all of the rooms are new and fresh as well as the bathrooms. All fixtures and fittings. Swimming Pool areas and all amenities are new. Walking distance about 15 minutes from Orchard Road. Breakfast was included and was very simple spread which I liked because I cant eat huge breakfasts or dont want to every day.

The property was very nice and clean and generally comfortable. There were three of us and we reserved a 1-bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable as the mattress was very thin and you could feel every spring in it. It did not allow for a good night sleep. If you have more than two people you should definitely get a 2-bedroom apartment.

Everyone on the staff was professional and helpful. We asked for help with directions several times and needed help using the washer/dryer and we were never made to feel like we were a bother. The staff genuinely wants you to enjoy your visit.

This apartment block was only reopened two weeks ago after a total refurbishment when we stayed in August 18.
Couldn't fault the apartment which had been renovated to an extremely high standard. In an expensive area of Singapore. Quiet location but within walking distance of a shopping area.
Excellent swimming pool. There was an hourly free mini bus service which had a set route. However the driver was extremely helpful and dropped us off at different locations with no charge.
Good continental breakfast included in the price Monday to Friday.
Lovely helpful staff.

Quiet and close to the city.

Our stay was great. The hotel is located within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was simple, but it really helped us kick start our day.

Perfect for family (daughters 16 and 9)

Excellent location, right next to Shangri-la Orchard Road. Easily accessible through Bus, Uber, MRT and they have excellent shuttle service of their own. Rooms are very spacious. Living room is very nice and combined well with open kitchen. Breakfast is actually very rich, lots of healthy food. Including yoghurt and fruits that I need every morning. No bacon and eggs, sorry. It became our home for 7 days and daughters didn't want to leave Singapore!

Good value for money

Great room and service.Perhaps the only negative comment is the breakfast offered is slightly limited. I would have liked to see beacon and eggs and sausages on the menu.

Everything fantastic

We were happy with little family. We enjoy the time we spent here.

Only thing made us sad is housekeeper team who dint allow us to use micro ovan (located to breakfast lobby) to reheat baby's food after we check out. They were rude.

But front staff help us to reheat food and baby was happy thanks her personally.

Fantastic

Beautiful rooms, comfortable firm beds; just how I like them. Lovely pool and tennis area. Breakfast was good. To those complaining about remoteness, 3-4 minutes away you can catch the number 190 bus which will have you in the heart of Orchard Rd minutes later.
Outstanding overall.

Quiet location but still close to orchard road. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pleasant cleaning staff .

Front desk service was lacking and continental breakfast was sparse.... gym was in the basement and very gloomy.

Convenient with Good Facilities

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here instead of a hotel. The fitness center, tennis court, and pool are very nice amenities and the proximity to Orchard Road makes this a solid choice when in Singapore.

Nice serviced apartments, very suitable for families with children.Continental breakfast with a great coffee making machine. Since the apartments are far from main shopping centre, the shuttle bus comes in handy. However, when the shuttle bus is not running, taxi can be quite expensive, specially at night when the surcharge kicks in. Plus the shuttle bus has a limited service on the weekends, which we found inconvinient Also there is no breakfast on the weekends and there are not many eating places nearby. Although a great place I don,t think, as a couple, we,d rent it again, mostly because of lack of transportation.
