Awesome place to stay!!! Highly recommended. Booked a loft but was upgraded to a two bedroom which was very nice (no stairs). Check in was quick and staff was very courteous and helpful. Welcome basket with lots of groceries (coffee, tea, milk, cereal, biscuits, pasta and more) complimented the full kitchen.
Laundry room free of charge is available as well. Thank you for the fabulous stay!

I stayed here for 11 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Very convenient location, close to MRT station and bus stations. Three shopping malls right in front of us. Lots of dining options and great restaurants. Free laundry was a nice plus.
I wish there would be some basic cooking elements: olive oil, salt and pepper …etc
Other than that, everything is wonderful. We had a great time there.

The Residence is OLD but in Good condition. Room cleaning is done every alternate day but NO Utencil, Plates or Kitchen is Cleaned. Price is Super expensive compare to Amenities or services. Location is very good.

Avoid 1bed apartments if you can…

The place is a death-trap if Covid-19 comes back. The property has 1-bedroom duplex apartments that are so old and very little is done to improve them. Housekeeping are clueless about hygiene. Got fed up complaining. Reception service people are helpful but have a useless property to manage. Apts in main tower are better maintained. 1-bed are like 1960s standard HDB.

Almost everything is excellent about this property. The welcome, the size of the rooms, the shower and bath pressure and temperature. The kitchen appliances. The only real issue I had was that most rooms don't have their own washing machine, and of the 6 washers and 6 dryers in the basement, nearly of them are out of service with no sign of getting fixed.

Worst stay that is detrimental to your health

We were horrified when we first entered the apartment. The balcony ceiling was not properly covered with the ceiling panels. There was a very bad musky smell in the room. It was so bad that my young son refused to stay in the room as he was very uncomfortable with the state of the room. Front desk gave us an upgrade. The upgrade was horrible. Please see pictures of the UPGRADED room. The walls were crawling with bugs (please see pictures). We turned on the bath water and the bathtub was filled with yellow water with large black particles. The door knobs are falling off when we opened the bedroom and toilet doors. Furnitures have large splinters at corners that could hurt someone badly. The kitchen is very dirty with paint falling and chipping of wood off the cabinets. The cleanliness of the kitchen is very bad. Please see picture of cloth I used to clean a single chair seat. We turned on the washing machine and the machine was making a very large noise that rattled through out the apartment and the engineer had to be called. You can hear the outside traffic especially at night due to the missing gaskets around the windows.

This was a waste of money and worst of all a health risk. We asked a refund so that we can move to a better place but was told that they are not able to give us a refund. We hope that the management can give us a good explanation for the state of the room we had to stay in. We will never stay in another Far East property again.

It’s so convenient. Never drive out for 7 days. Almost daily room cleaning - vacuum / mop. And very well equipped kitchen - toaster / oven / microwave / gas stove *4 / rice cooker / sharp knife/ mittens / so many ! Cable tv on both floors. Bath tub. Great gym with free weights and a bench.

The basics are lacking

The property has a great location and lobby area & facilities are above average. However during our 6 day stay the basics needed attention .. AC not working, cold water in shower, bidet leaking.

The staff was helpful but the property has aged so much that they can’t do anything.

stayed in the loft, it was comfortable for 1 - 2 pax. while the living area has furniture that looks like they've been there since the 90s, the bedroom and master toilet are more modern looking. love the bed and pillows and that the kitchen has wide range of pots, pans, tupperware and cultery (that are also clean and new).

Just the room

Singapore went into COVID19 Circuit break last week and the hotel limited the cleaning frequencies, the availability of breakfast, the gym and pool cant be used no more, which are all understandable. Has the hotel not considered reducing the daily rate?

At breakfast, some hotel guests stuffed their takeaway foods which was really inconsiderate to others. I ended up taking only apple juice and some miserable greek yogurt. Why doesnt the hotel consider providing a better breakfast?

The best living experience in Singapore

The hotel is placed right behind Orchard Road, so you get the closeness and avoid the noise, yet shopping malls, MRT, restaurants etc. are very nearby!
Hotel staff was very friendly and service minded throughout the entire stay. Special thanks to front desk staff Nelson Teng, Ms Jey, Ms Izzuti, who were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are quite spacious, but some furniture inside the apartments may require some renovation - however it does not compromise the excellent overall evaluation.
I would love to return to Orchard Parksuites over and over again for each visit to Singapore. :)

The hotel is a bit old but yet clean. My room is next to the main road, it is a bit noisy. They provide two bottles of water upon arrival but you will not get more. There is a seven eleven opposite the hotel for you to buy your own water.

Hotel is way overpriced and the stars are inflated . This hotel is way to outdated . All beds, pillows smell very very bad . Ants made their way all the way to the fifth floor.
We had a 2 bedroom apt.
The smoking area outside is an insult to smoking people ( not a smoker ).
Gym, sauna are very outdated . Breakfast is a joke ! They shouldn't call that a breakfast .
They keep the raw sugar hidden in a locked cabinet. This hotel does not worth more then 2 stars and the price should be a less then 1/2 of what they’re asking. I guess you pay just for the area. The staff was amazing . Too bad their cheap management does not let them make the customers happy !
This hotel need desperate renovation!!!
I booked because of the good reviews. I realized they are not real “ reviews “ . This “motel” is a big scam . Be aware ! Do your homework before you book and don’t be fooled by the free breakfast ( it’s a joke and you will not eat it unless you’re desperate)

The location was great, a simple 1 minute walk to Wisma Atria and the MRT (Tube) there. The room was great with a living area/kitchen on one level and the bedroom on a second level. The WIFI worked well and connected easily even with my Windows computer. There was a good selection of News/Business and movie channels. Breakfast was included and it was a good continental style. The gym was basic but functional. The facility also provided a laundry room which was very useful. Overall a great place to stay in Singapore.

Stayed here for a week with three children including an infant. The stay was quite comfortable and being the property in such an awesome location, close to the big shopping malls and Mount Elizabeth hospital which was like 10 minutes walk. Seven eleven just across the road and cold storage In Takashimaya to meet your daily needs of groceries and all. Check in super fast and the room offered was clean with adequate amenities which was perfect for us with young children. The breakfast was simple and I thought adding some eggs to the menu would be better. Overall our stay at Orchard was good and we look forward to stay here again.

Orchard Parksuits is an amazing hotel located in the perfect location. The room we had was getting a little dated however that didn't stop it being perfect for our stay. The only problem I had was the lack of power points for little things like phone chargers. We ended up buying a small power board (which is not a lot of use now we are back home). Knowing what we now know about the hotel we would definately stay there again. (we have a power board :) ). Shops are close as is the MRT and there is even a cinema close by for when it is raining or (like us) the legs are tired from walking.

First of all the hotel is listed as a five star hotel (it was a four at best). The hotel is old and in bad need of updating. They don't offer anything outside what's required. While the staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile the management seem to go as cheap as possible at ever turn. If your going to spend this amount on a hotel stay go with a true five star.

Overall, just about OK. Staff provide an excellent level of service. Nothing is too small for them to action quickly.
Be careful that you are not misled by the generic pictures of Kitchen and Sitting room. These are for the penthouse and you will otherwise get a much more limited offering. The management have said they will correct these.
The breakfast was a great disappointment, scope for raising the quality and variety.
This hotel is showing its age. The access ways to the room, which was in an outer block, was frankly tatty. Urgent need for redecoration. There were no pictures in the rooms, giving them a rather clinical feel.

1 week family trip in Singapore

Location was close to all Orchard shopping centre and MRT. Hotel was old but clean rooms. We were 2 adult and 3 kids. Initially they not allow to stay in duplex single bedroom as there is stair inside and they concern about our kids safety. Finally they agreed buying extra bed (50 per day). Room was good and spacious. It having 2 floors. Down side have a kitchen and having all cookware in it. Welcome basket had some tea, coffee, biscuits and water. Bathroom in the top was spacious and having bath tub and shower separate. Small toilet was available in the lower floor as well.
Swimming pool was good and clean water with 1.2 meter depth. Small kids pool also available.
Breakfast was basic only. But enough for start a day. No rice or omelette available as my kids used to eat in the morning. We cooked those in the room kitchen. Weekend there was no brake fast provided. WIFI speed was good.
Bad points are due to old building corridors looks dull and small. There was a lift close to our room but it can go to 1st floor only and need to use spiral stair to get swimming pool level.

Very close to Orchard MRT, hop on off bus goes down orchard road. Staff were very obliging. Coin operated laundry available. Fully equipped kitchen and space a bonus. We were in a loft apartment in the Orchard Parksuites. We found the room had everything we needed, jncluding a wide spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. A powder room on the lower level was a pleasant surprise. The Orchard Parksuites are 150 metres from both Orchard Road and the Orchard MRT station, so it's location is great. We had great service from the breakfast and front desk staff. Highly recommended place to stay when in Singapore.

Staff at Orchard Parksuites were friendly - front desk, security and housekeeping all lovely. Location was fabulous and facilities were good (pool, sauna, gym, continental breakfast). We didn't use the business centre or the tennis court. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was enormous - high ceilings, large rooms, great storage.

Great location- Orchard area has great shopping and restaurants. The MRT is across the street which is the best way to travel the city and hit all the hot spots. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite gave us the room we like when we have extended stays. Others complained about the breakfast but I don’t think it’s justified. It was more then adequate.

Welcome with friendly doorman with smile. Greeted with courteous Staff helping out booking which was last min. Doorman help out with luggage on rack. Was told be seated and give them a while to retrieve booking. All the staff including housekeeper was friendly and courteous to all the stuff including housekeeping was friendly and courteous. They are very helpful with what I needed. Things that was requested was sent with speed. Really good top-notch hospitality. Good location, services. And lastly thanks so much for the Uncle and staff who insisted for helping me with my stuffs. Have never come across this kind of services before. Thumbs up! Good job. U guys are really professional. But the room did have a bad smell ie felt like previous user was a smoker plus main room wardrobe wasn’t in good enough condition to hang or store clothes as smell was bad. The Orchard Parksuites is in a fabulous position with Orchard Road right at your door. Our apt was perfect for our one week stay in Singapore. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The bathrooms were a little dated and smelled from humidity but were clean and functional.

Great location to shopping malls, MRT and taxis.

Staff very courteous and helpful but the arrangements I made prior to our arrival were forgotten. Arriving late at night to find the rollaway bed wasn’t ready was annoying.
Excellent pool area.

Guests beware: 8th floor 2bedroom deluxe: we noticed immediately the very very strong smell (lemon? Pandan?) and the constant shrill whistle blowing from outside; found stained bedsheets in two rooms and no table lamps in either bedrooms. We called and were told there were no other avail rooms.

Fell asleep with migraine from constant whistle blowing outside, then woke up at 4 am to discover standing shower and bathtub shower in ensuite not working! Then at 9am, phone starts malfunctioning and ringing constantly. Went down to lobby, was told phone would be reset and that both showers would be fixed. Found living room lamp not working as well.
Returned to room at 4pm to find maintenance had just started working on bathroom. Sent upset email through Expedia portal.
Later that night/early morning, the phone starts ringing again (!) at 2 am and 5am; called at 5:30am to complain, and was asked if I knew that another apt was found for us and we could move later that day. I informed him, “No”; have not received any written communication or verbal until my 5:30am call.
Returned after 6pm to learn that we could now move to another apt. Front desk staff accompanied me; I checked the new “refurbished” apartment, while better, but had stained couch (replaced for us), one living room uplight not working, two bedlinens stained, and air con low.🙁. You cannot make this up! Staff took pics as well.
Positives? After the first day, staff was helpful and solicitious.

Mixed bag, but great location

Generally an ok place, but not amazing. The rooms were just a little bit shabby around the edges, and we had de-humidifiers (fairly loud ones) in the room for the duration competing with the air con. We needed fairly frequent visits form maintenance for a variety of little things, and had to be moved room twice (once for a significant water leak from above, and once because the alternative room given was so damp, we couldn’t imagine sleeping in it). Staff friendly and helpful. Nice pool. Exceptionally well located, and good value for the location.

Wonderful hotel close to everything in Singapore

We had a fantastic stay at Orchard Parksuites. Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite, we felt very welcome and really loved our time there.
The pool is beautiful, we swam every day and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for us and our 3 children (including a baby). It was much more spacious than a comparable hotel in Australia, it was more like an apartment than a hotel room.
As other reviews mention, some parts of the property are a little dated however everything was spotless and housekeeping attended our room every day.
The location is great, close to everything. We were able to walk around Orchard each day and quickly get a cab at reception when needed.
We'll definitely be back, thank you!

Comfortable accommodation centrally located

Centrally located residential service apartment. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
However, considering no other meals are served, they could extend the breakfast hours till 10.30, thereby avoiding the over crowding of the dining area , and also give some leeway to guests on the timings flexibility when visiting on holiday. One does not liked to be pushed to meet deadlines when on holiday. Some rooms look tired and the location of the open area wash basin adjacent to the bedroom can be quite disturbing in case one occupant wants to sleep later.
otherwise a great place to stay.

If you don't mind multi-nationality of the guests, it is nice. The property is aging. Ants can be found in the unit. Corners may have stains. Just don't expect too much.
