Beautiful hotel, impeccable service from check-in to check-out and in between. There’s a nice gym on site, filtered water and N’espresso machine in each room, and an outstanding breakfast buffet. My favorite was the large balcony attached to each room. The pool is lovely, but I didn’t use it as it was quite busy. This was my second stay, and I highly recommend it. It’s in walking distance to Orchard Rd.

Excellent service staff, from concierge, counter, club lounge to the team in Mosella! Warm and very helpful. Assist me to retrieve an item that I accidentally left in the room. Very pleasant experience.

However, the Samsung TV was an ?old version and a disappointment. No Netflix; cant cast YouTube as well. Adjacent wall sockets has type A ports, but no type C. Also, it would have been much better if the 2-piece balcony blinds could be operated separately. It's kind of awkward to be able to see the neighbouring guest in the balcony (lowering this blind will provide the privacy needed), and yet be able to soak in the city view - which unfortunately gets lowered together with the 'privacy' blind.

Gorgeous hotel and very friendly hotel staff. They did their best to accommodate our requests. The location was great (near Orchard Road shopping) and the hotel's facilities were fantastic! Loved the open air dining and food was good. Just know that while the WiFi worked well, there is no business center/facility for printing. Also, we were told there was a happy hour but it had actually been discontinued weeks earlier. So maybe best to double check the amenities of the hotel when checking in.

Excellence exuded from every aspect of this grand hotel. From the soaring tree-like buttress that holds up one corner of the open concept second floor to the sweeping water features that shimmer and reflect the excuisite beauty of the mirrored sky-high ceiling .
But the jewel in the crown of this hotel is their staff who were friendly, ,gracious and so very helpful . Five stars ! Bravo !

This was a nice hotel but not quite five star.

Well located for shopping. Staff were friendly.

North American and European business guests should be aware there is no dedicated business center. So if you are staying with your partner you will need to leave the room to do business in those time zones. There is an outdoor table at the lobby to work from but no privacy. Wifi supports videoconference calls. Also no cream for coffee at breakfast but lattes are available (it was explained to me that cream with coffee is not a cultural tradition so fair enough).

Brought these points up with manager who called and was empathic if not a little lost for words. After all, who would design a new hotel of this architectural calibre without a small space for a 24 hour business center?

Room is nicely appointed. Water in showers fluctuates hot and cold and then maintains temperature. This happened on one day out of three, so you may have better luck.

Beware of the first floor parkade access to Orchard Road. It is convenient, but the smell of rotten garbage once you exit to the Parkade is so overwhelming that we had to hold our breath as we walked to the road. You may want to stick to Claymore road next to the main entrance and simply walk down the sidewalk to avoid this.

We stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard over the NYE period. Staff members were helpful and greetings in and out of the hotel. Upon checkout, the gentlemen who served us didn’t ask how was our stay. The room we stayed in was nicely designed but very small for what I expected. The room temperature was very cold and damp during our stay. We have tried to adjust the air conditioning temp but it will only allow us to adjust it to 26deg and it still felt very cold. Pillows weren’t very comfortable. Showers suddenly drops to cold water. Really good hotel - love the forest / eco concept, esp the balconies. Would stay here again even though rooms are a bit small. Things to improve on: Water pressure in shower not great. Spa doesn’t have a sauna or steam room which is disappointing. There was a foul smell of vomit in the hallway outside my room.

The room was excellent and the views were spectacular. Swimming pool was fantastic and the best way to start your day. Hotel was very accommodating with a very early check-in and late check-out. Lobby barman Fahma was very welcoming and may is feel at home. Loved the relaxed atmosphere at the hotel.

I thought overall the hotel room is great except for the fact that there were multiple gnats/small harmless bugs in the room. The air conditioner was also loud so sometimes it was hard to sleep. The bed was good and the service was great. I would have given it a higher score if it were not for the gnats and loud air conditioner.

The hotel is nice and new with all of the staff being fantastic! Nothing was a problem to them.

However the rooms can be bright and noisy through the night, the AC is constant and loud at time and the water tap in the room makes sporadic noises throughout the night.

We had an accessible room which was not a problem, however it was a bit odd to had light switches and the AC control built into the headboard, meaning that it was easy to knock the switches through the night.

Wonderful near-new hotel with beautifully styled well appointed rooms and a lovely pool. Our only (slight) grizzle is that being set a block back from Orchard Road means the walk to the MRT is not as simple as it can be at other hotels. It took us a few trips to work out the best route.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacifc Orchard as it was located close to many restaurants, shopping, and Ion. We had the two story loft on the top floors and it was an interesting design. The room was on the smaller side, with a second story with a couch area looking down onto the bed. There is a balcony that opens up from the room and has privacy blinds. The bathroom is divided from the bedroom with a sliding wall, and it can feel quite cramped. The club lounge was nice and served drinks and food most of the day. The service there was quite amazing, especially during the cocktail hour. The only issue we had was during check in. Our flights came in super early and I sent messages trying to schedule an early check in for that day, but my numerous attempts to get in touch with the hotel went unanswered. We ended up having to wait around for 3-4 hours for our room to be ready, but they let us relax in the club during that time.

This property is perfect! Friendly staff, especially the people at the front desk and, all the valet guys incredibly nice to us! The food at the hotel was amazing! As far as cocktails goes, there was definitely room for improvement! However, Razif spicy Margaritas was definitely a 10! Be warned, if you order his spicy Margarita and the spicy wings together the spice from the wings is made hotter, because of the alcohol in the drink! My room was gorgeous! Wish they would have designed the room with a space for the luggage’s to say out. There wasn’t much room in the closet or room for large suitcases. Thank you to everyone at this property! I hope to return one day and stay a week here! Lol

Amazing Location. You're Right on the Orchard Rd. strip. Shopping from Luxury to Street vendors. Food every 20 steps! The Hotel is EPIC the pool is not that deep walkable the whole way. And lighted beautifully.
If you have bad legs/feet this Location is perfect. The room was spotless! You can push a button for daily cleaning. Theres a quality made couch on the Balconies. The mattress' are firm but still soft on top. And the Chicken/Beef skewers from their Restaurant MOSELLA were better than the Michelin places we went to. There's a Beautiful Bar at the 11th floor Garden Terrace. The food prices in general are High for what you get, but that's the game, I guess. The most Photo-esque stay you'll get.

Got a complimentary upgrade to a room with balcony, courtesy of Sofia because I asked if it was possible to have a late check-out. She was really friendly and approachable! Staff are all friendly and excellent service provided :) Love the room, it is cosy and well-stocked with necessities. Gym and pool is okay. Convenient location to shopping area and different food options! All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at Pan Pacific Orchard and will definitely be back! :)

Absolutely stunning hotel. Room had a great layout and all the facilities we needed. Shame it did not have a bigger fridge so you could cool your water before a day out.

Breakfast had a vast selection suitable for all family members.

Pool was stunning but is not heated so was feeezing! Not many sun loungers around it either.

Had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Orchard in Singapore, and I can genuinely say this hotel stands out for all the right reasons.
What I loved most was the modern, nature-inspired design Each level of the hotel has a unique theme, from lush greenery to water elements, which gives a calming, almost resort-like feel despite being in the heart of the city. The lobby is beautifully designed, and the views from the rooms are stunning, especially at night.

This property must surely have the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I have visited in Singapore and the most comfy beds. Handily located only a few minutes walk from the top end of the Orchard Road shops.Tip: for super cheap and tasty food and drink, check out Food Republic, a small food centre hidden beneath the Shaw Centre / Isetan department store. The only negative regarding the hotel is the insecure and weak internet that is not satisfactory for business use. It was clear that the staff had prior feedback on this. So the hotel management need to address this problem if they wish to attract business clientele.

I booked a 4-bedroom and made a full payment. However, as I was leaving the hotel in a car bound for the airport, the receptionist approached me and demanded additional payment for the next day, despite my not using the room and having already left the country. She insisted that I pay. Interestingly, she mentioned that they wouldn't have charged me if I had booked directly through the hotel. She advised me to submit an official complaint to Expedia to get a refund.

We had a fantastic four-night stay at Pan Pacific Orchard. The room was of a high standard, and the balcony was a great bonus. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we especially want to highlight Hanh from Housekeeping on our floor (13) – what a star you have in her!

We rate our stay 5 out of 5.

However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast experience at Mosella. We felt that the process for welcoming breakfast guests and the waiting time for coffee and water could be optimized for an even better start to the day.

The hotel itself was very nice. The staff were great. The Bathroom however did not feel like Premier or luxury. It was very small. Very crammed. We booked the Premier room with balcony and expected the room to stand out but it didnt. The rooms felt small. You are paying the price for the pool.

The staff are great and super accommodating!

I had an issue with the air con in one of my rooms and they immediately offered me alternatives which was great, found a room that worked in the end.

The food from the restaurant is delicious and highly recommend the red tuna tartar and Australian Wagyu. When you order a main you also get this delicious freshly made bread which is to die for.

The cocktails in the bar on the 11th floor aren't the best though, there's a focus on bitter/spicey flavours which I think require a specific palette to enjoy. Some less complicated cocktails would be welcomed.

This new hotel is instantly iconic in a city filled with spectacular architecture. I did not get the full tour of all of it's eco-features, but I hear they are far more that just impressive landscaping and water features that span 18 stories of this building. Very friendly staff too.
