The staff at check-in / out wasn’t warm and friendly and therefore the welcome / check-out felt very transactional. The housekeeping policy is pretty bad — my apartment wasn’t cleaned even once during my 4 night stay.

2 bedroom Apartments were tiny. I wouldn’t recommend this place and unlikely to go back.

Family of 5 staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was my wife’s and my birthday while we were there and the staff sent us a nice card and a lovely hand made cake which was a very nice touch.
The pool was fantastic as was the sauna, steam room and gym.
We only had the buffet breakfast one morning. It was very good and was a reasonable price.
We would definitely stay here again.
We’re already considering returning next year.

Stay was ok, room was a little run down with marks across the walls, main bedroom air-conditioner was excessively noisey when trying to sleep it gave out a high pitched noise we ended up switching it off to sleep. the soundbar turned on in the middle of the night by itself a few times and made noise waking everyone up we ended up unplugging it too, the pool tiling is damaged
cutting one of my childrens feet, dishwasher had no rollers for the bottom drawer and the first night we had to stay at an alternate frasers property due to an electrical shutdown. The staff were really friendly, helpful and cleaners really good turning our room down everyday. A little bit disappointed i expected a bit more in Singapore and my first expirience booking through expedia.

My stay was excellent, the staff were super helpful, polite, and so attentive to detail. From the details in the suite to the little shopping bags and umbrellas provided to the in room coffee machines and appliances provided, my stay was seamless.
It was my daughter’s 16th birthday while we were there and so Jaya, Kay Li and other staff ranged a cake and presented it to her at breakfast. She was thrilled and so were we.
Nothing was too much for the staff to do.
Kevin at reception was something out of the movies, so funny always saying hello and ready to help.
There were 2 other guys who were always present at breakfast but I can’t recall their names… they were just so hospitable.
A girl with a headscarf cleaned our room regularly and I can’t recall her name but she was also so kind, and did an excellent job.
Fraser suites made my stay in Singapore very comfortable and special. I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was just awesome.
Thank you to every single staff we met during our stay. We couldn’t speak more highly of you all.
We will be back again sometime.

We’re familiar with Singapore so an aparthotel slightly off the main drag worked for us. Easy to walk to the subway or bus stop, plus Fraser Suites offers a shuttle service. Efficient well-stocked kitchen for meals in. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Separate desk from the kitchen table kept work stuff away from food prep. Tub and shower, plenty of bathroom space to share. Quiet. Loved the walk along Alexandra Canal to Clarke Quay. Saw otters in the canal!

Came in as a family of four. The 2 bedroom Suite was ideal for us in size and cleanliness. Shopping amenities were close by (Great World 10mins walk. Small grocery store and eatery in front building foyer directly below). Nice Hawker stall (Zion Riverside 10mins walk) also close by. Very central to Orchard (only one MRT stop away from closest MRT station to Fraser which is Great World). Outstanding service from all at Fraser Suites (special shout out for Balakrishnan). Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, good value for money. Would definitely recommend and reconsider on future returns to SG.

It’s old but very well maintained. It’s not close to MRT but very walkable and with a supermarket and Starbucks downstairs. Great World, a larger mall is only 10-min walking distance. You can walk to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay in 30 to 40 min.

Really amazing place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and out was really easy. Lots of amenities like toiletries, dressing gowns, reusable shopping bags etc.
Rooms are stocked with everything you will need. Breakfast is good. They also provide lunch but we didn’t try it. Free shuttle to local places is good too!
Pool, sauna, massage chairs are all lovely.
Only thing is surfaces are a little dusty in the bedrooms- would be nice if they wiped them down when cleaning the rooms daily. Other than that, no complaints!

The best hotel I’ve stayed in. Clean apartments stocked up with everything you will need including toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers, washing up soap, laundry detergent, iron, tea and coffee etc. They even provide reusable shopping bags. The hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are throughly cleaned every day.
The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with local grocery shop, bakery, cafe, vet and ATM.
Parking is available for free. The pool, gym and sauna are really nice too and easy to access.
No complaints, would highly recommend!

Everything else was good but they refused to allow our teen age daughter to stay quoting 1 bedroom suite is for 2 adults only. Quite disappointed with that. As long as we are not asking for extra bed or even taking advantage of breakfast, a family should be able to stay together.

Great apartments in a relatively central location. Very easy to catch taxis or to walk to the MRT, which is located at a shopping centre. The amenities are very well looked after. The pool is large and very clean, and there is plenty of space and seating around it to relax and read a book. Towels are supplied at the pool. Our package also included breakfast, which had a good selection including cereal, fruit, toast, pastries and hot food. Check- in and check- out we're very easy. As we have two teenagers and the second bedroom only had one queen bed, the staff offered us a roll- away bed during check-in which my son found very comfortable and which also made the stay very enjoyable for our kids. The staff very very friendly and helpful through the stay. Overall i was very happy with the accommodations and would definitely choose Fraser suites again.

I had an excellent 14-night experience here. The room is a suite with comprehensive amenities and daily maintenance. The gym and the poor area are both enjoyable. The breakfast is great too, especially if you sit outside enjoying some omelettes and salad. I will come back next time.

Beautiful apartments. Very clean. Good selection for breakfast, and also looked after our luggage prior and post check out. Highly recommended. We stayed for the F1 weekend and a few days either side to visit family and the local area, with some time also spent relaxing by the pool.

Excellent hotel with apartment rooms. Kitchens are fairly well equipped and the rooms spacious and clean.
Perfect for families: Swimming pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. There’s a play zone with toys, games, arcade games, table football and scooters/trikes etc, all free to use.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful, plus there’s a free shuttle bus into town. Our flight was late evening, and although checkout was fairly late at 1200, they looked after our bags and let us use the pool etc all afternoon.

Extremely impressed with the apartment. Beds were comfortable and pillow menu awesome. A little removed from CBD, but shuttle bus, back to units very easy. Public bus stop a short walk away made getting to shopping precinct or railway stations, easy. Free bottled water every day was a delightful bonus. When in Singapore again, I can not imagine staying anywhere else.

Fraser Suites was an excellent place to stay in Singapore. The suites are modern, clean & every little detail has been thought of!! They are well insulated too as we really didn’t hear any other noise once inside our apartment & overnight. The breakfast downstairs is outstanding, as is the pool. Pros:The rooms were very large. Our girls loved having their own TV in their bedroom. Location was very good for us (Taxi to Sentosa island was $10-12 Singapore dollars). The hotel has a free shuttle bus that will take you to Suntec (Tour starting point for hop-on hop-off). Staff were very kind. Breakfast was good, with a mix of western and Asian foods.

Cons: It was just a bit weird that the toilet in the master bedroom had glass doors and wall around it, so if anyone was in the bedroom they could see you on the toilet. (But there is a second bathroom-with proper walls and door)

A spacious and modern apartment with everything that you need. Pool area was great. Breakfast buffet had lots to chose from and omelettesmade to order. The hotel is a little walk from the main areas like Clarke Quay but the walk is quicker along the river which is at the rear of the hotel. All in all, a comfortable, pleasant stay.

Fraser suit was not far from the airport, about 30 minutes drive in a taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are complimentary shuttle buses to various places all day. The apartment was very roomy with quality toiletries, two bedrooms, two bath, a kitchen, a lounge and a laundry. The apartment was cleaned daily. Included in our stay was the breakfast which is your typical western style and variety throughout the week. There is a swimming pool and play area for the children. We enjoyed our stay at Fraser Suite and will definitely stay again in the future. Good for family with small children.

Nice spacious service apartments with breakfast.

The 2 bedroom apartments are spacious, with full kitchen facilities. The main bathroom was very small (enough for 1 person to turn around and shut the door), we often opted to have a bath instead, in the master bedroom instead. Buffet breakfast is good with a range of hot and cold items. The beds were quite hard and so didn't always get a full nights sleep. There is a good size pool, gym and separate sauna/steam room. It is a fair walk to the nearest MTR station in the heat and we mainly used ubers to get to our destinations. The building is attached to a small shopping centre with a Starbucks, supermarket, salon and a handful of restaurants/take out & taxi stand. A 5 min walk down River Valley Road brings you to the famous Boon Tong Kee restaurant (chicken rice) Fraser Place offers free shuttle buses every hour to the shopping districts of Orchard Road and Suntec city & Robertson Quay for night life. It was a very pleasant stay with a ok location and fair prices compared to others.

Staff at the hotel were excellent. Always happy and helpful.
Buffet breakfast - good variety. Restaurant is available for lunch and dinner.
There is a small shopping area (food and grocery), restaurant and Starbucks on the ground floor within the hotel complex. The hotel is within walking distance (about 5 to 10 minutes) to shopping mall (Great World City) . Within 10 minutes (taxi) to main shopping area - Orchard Road, about 10 - 20 mins to Sentosa.
Very easy to get a taxi or Uber from hotel. Hotel also provide a FREE shuttle bus to Orchard Road.

Hotel facilities - gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool area were very neat and tidy. Easy to relax and spend the day laying by the pool the pool or reading a book in a quiet corner.

Highly recommend for families. The rooms are fully self contained and well set out.

Great location and great service but the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathrooms were too small. There was also a substantial amount of dust on the window frames so when you opened the curtains the dust would drop on your head and face.

We wanted a space for a family of five (3 teenagers) our rooms were a decent size so we could relax for a week. Great staff very welcoming each time we entered & left. Breakfast was excellent with many new options each day we will miss them! The rooms were very quiet & clean. Shops were right next door (supermarket, food etc.). It is a safe location we walked to MRT each day/evening without any concerns. I've stayed in many hotels all over the world this would rate near the top. It has a good sized gym & a massive pool area with nice planting. Staff also on hand 24 hrs to assist e.g last minute panic if bags were overweight easily solved as they have accurate scales. Coming home to pristine beds is nice.

Fantastic hotel for families

If you are prepared to catch a bus or taxi then this is a wonderful spot for a family to save a few dollars -- relative to accommodation in more touristy areas. The family friendly rooms, the staff, the facilities are all excellent. Plenty of eating options, supermarket, starbucks, food court downstairs.

Buses go past every 10-15 minutes and you can be in the heart of Orchard Road in about 5-10 mins.

We stayed for 7 nights and it was incredible value with breakfast and wi-fi included.

Would highly recommend to anyone but the passive tourist.

A comfortable stay in a handy location

Booked a two bedroom serviced residence. It comes with two bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Both bedrooms and loungeroom have own T.V.Free and fast Wi-Fi. Beds are very comfortable and linen is good quality. Nespresso machine with pods replaced daily is a bonus- but you will need to ask for milk- disappointing. Well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine ( with powder) and dryer ( and drying rack)
Above a small shopping centre which has a supermarket, a shop selling organic foods, a Starbucks and a handful of restaurants selling different Asian fare. The standout is the vendor selling amazing steamed pork and other buns - cheap,delicious and you watch them making them. Handy to the Tiong Bahru MRT - a 10 minute pleasant walk or a $7 taxi fare. Busses also available.
The shoppers shuttle is a great service.
The receptionist who was on the night we arrived must have been having a bad day because she wasn't very friendly. However, all other staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty average. We ate it one day of our 5 day stay.Pool area and gym are great- well maintained.
The children's play room on level 3 is fabulous- a great space for little ones even has bikes etc. for them to ride in a safe outdoor area.
Our lounge room wall had dark marks on it which gave a bit of a grotty feeling upon entering and our shower drain was partially blocked but that was the only negative. Housekeeping ladies were friendly and respectful.

Great place for families - absolutely has it all!

Everything worked smoothly. Service was exceptional, room was spacious and well kept.
Breakfast had a lot of variety. Big plus comes from childrens' play area at 3rd floor. Wow!
And pool & gym combination was all 10+ as well.

Only little minus is hard to give because we got information that all buildings in Singapore have not so tight insulation. Our bedroom kept it's cool but living room not. It had visibly some noise (of wind and rain) coming from outside and comparing temperatures bedroom was a lot cooler (3celsius less with same air condition settings). But this is only a feature not a mistake in Singapore - so I heard :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser suites. The apartments were clean, neat and comfortable, although a little small compared to some we have stayed in. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious. There was a convenient small supermarket underneath the apartments and a variety of food halls underneath the Great Wall city and shops within a 10 minute walk down past the river. Great place to stay with children with the pool and playground. Hotel gym very basic. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay and the staff were very helpful. Notthing was an issue as even went xtra mile as the breakfast service didn't start till 7:30 am but we checked out at 6:00 am and they had our take away ready. Stayed for six nights and getting around the city the taxi would cost around $10. Thanks

For our family of 4, the hotel was ideal. The suites were very spacious, great amenities and very clean.

The breakfast was a bonus and filled up teenagers (before they continued their food tour of Singapore) later in the day.

The pool and gym were more than sufficient for some laps or a workout (not a great deal of weights, but a basic selection and a number of cardio options),

The shuttle services were fantastic - we used them every day and would have saved hundreds of dollars on taxis. Singapore is only 50km long, so everything is close by. This only 2km from Orchard Road, so you could walk, but the shuttle stops there and at other shopping areas along the way.

Overall a fantastic location for a family and highly recommended.

My family recently stayed Fraser Suites Singapore for 5 nights. My whole family loved it in almost every aspect of the facility. It was perfect in services in the front desk. Check in and out were so smooth and fast. The room was very spacious and clean and equipped with everything for family living we could think of. Pool was very good and children liked it. MRT is bit of far away by walk (10 min) in hot weather but the shuttle bus very helpful to downtown. It would be a plus if the shuttle bus run to nearest MRT. Only down side for improvement is that breakfast could add bit of Singapore flavour.

This is a great and comfortable apartment for any who come to Singapore. There is a courtesy bus into town regularily and the public transport (bus stop) is 5 mins away. Taxis not so expensive.
Apartment has washer drier and some cooking equipment. Eating out is such an experience that we did not use the kitchen facilities much but great for making snacks and hot drinks. Proper nespresso coffee.
Very sweet house keeping lady who was very helpful at restocking the coffee!
Fabulous huge pool.

Stayed for 7 nights in a 3 bedroom unit with 5 adults and 1 child. The pool area was well catered for both Adults and children and very safe and secure. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, always helpful and smiling, nothing was to much trouble for them. Breakfast was a feast every morning.

Lovely suites which felt like home away from home.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and loved it. It was clean, large and comfortable with all of the amenities you'd wish for. Breakfast was great with different items each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was good with a supermarket nearby and a 12 minute walk to Tiong Bahru station where we bought an EZlink card to train and bus around the city (much cheaper and more convenient than buying one way tickets each trip).

Fantastic hotel great room and the facilities for young families are fabulous!
However our room had a a really funny smell, our friends though was fine... just bad luck.

Good apartment hotel for families with children

We enjoyed our stay at the Fraser Suites - the two bedroom was well equipped and the layout suited our family of 5. The pool was a good size. The breakfast was the only disappointing thing about our stay - the layout of the breakfast room was cramped as it was always super busy and the offerings were not particularly appealing, although satisfactory. The location was convenient and easy to get everywhere by cab.

Stayed at Fraser Suites for 5 nights with young family. Hotel staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Our two bedrooms apartment was amazingly comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The only negative thing was the little ants found in the room. However the management even gave us a basket of goodies to apologise for the ants. Really thoughtful of them. Shuttle buses are available to go to major shopping centres. I would definitely stay at the Fraser Suites next time when we travel to Singapore.

Great hotel with all the trimmings

Fraser Suites was a fantastic hotel that had all we needed as a family (kids 12 & 15). Rooms with heaps of space, free wifi and brekky. It may be a little away from the MRT but taxis are cheap $10 to the city and around $15 to Marina Bay. Great value. Also handy having a small group of shops and a supermarket adjacent to the hotel with quality restaurants all very close.

We found Fraser Suites a great place to stay the Apartment was lovely and there was a free shuttle that made it easy to get around town.
The breakfast had something for everyone.
