Room was ready 4 hours late so we had to sit in the lobby all evening. They made it up to us by giving us 2 breakfast vouchers for the next morning. When we went down to breakfast, it was closed because the vendor they use was late. Vouchers were worthless.
They wound up putting us in an ADA room that had a shower head at neck height with no water pressure. Walls were paper thin - we could hear the show they were watching on the TV next door.

This is our second stay at this Hotel as we stop for a visit with friends. It was nice to enjoy a reasonable priced meal in yiur new restaurant. The only difference from our forst stay was there was no welcome packages for our 2 cats (which they received at the fiat stay) Perhaps this is something that thwy sont do anymore?

the warehouse was not the problem. Expedia is the trouble! you changed the date form the 22 to 23. I stayed on the 22nd and I will never use your web site again. your very imposible to contact to cancel or change plans.. I purchased the $5.00 fee to cancel that did not work for me and you lock out the hotel so they can not change things, so as said never again.

Our stay was interesting. They put us in 1 room and we noticed that the air did not work. We called down to the front desk (had to use our own phone, as they dont have them in the room), they said they would send someone up. The person they sent up was the janitor his words were \"I dont think its working, but i just clean toilets\" They did however switch us to a different room, but a completely different type of room!

I wish I could have given a better rating to this hotel. The concept and set up is very cool but the lack of sound proofing is a huge issue. We could clearly see the light and hear the room connected to ours through the space between the ceiling to the wall. It's an old warehouse transformed to a hotel with corrugated wall/ceiling.There are marked quiet hours 11pm-7am but this noise until 1am of talking and TV made us dread having to be there a 2nd night. The staff was attentive to the need of fresh towels. But the noise issue is a MUST FIX before we would return.

The staff was excellent, I was greeted with a very friendly staff member multiple times, remembering us as we came and went. Parking for handicap access was FAR down the road. The one curb cut access to the sidewalk was parked over by a car 100% of the time and we had a very difficult time getting appropriate parking to manage with a wheelchair and all of our belongings. Otherwise our experience within the hotel was top notch

We had a great stay! Room was very nice size, loved the tall ceilings. Beds were very comfortable. Our room faced the street. I’m a light sleeper and was able to get good rest. Our room was clean but I didn’t know the hotel was near sports complex. Therefore, sports teams were also staying in the hotel.. this was fine except for that the hallway we stayed in the team who put all of their stinky tennis shoes and gear outside every single door so as we walked to our room, which is at the very end, it was like walking into an extremely stinky gym with a smell of dirty socks. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast (was just under $20 for an average buffet), and I was disappointed in the parking (parking lot for hotel was across the street and a couple hundred yards from front door of hotel). Free morning coffee was delicious - available only in lobby, though. Packed my own breakfast and tucked it in the room fridge as I am not a big breakfast buffet person. Bathroom was clean, nice products, great towels, but not a \"romantic\" bathroom at all - more like clean, bare bones, swim-club style. Bed was comfy, with nice linens and lots of pillows and reading lights. Lots of built in storage, phone chargers, TV with a remote that worked logically. Room decor was trendy and fun - polished concrete floors - bring slippers :) - big beautiful windows, pretty blond wood doors and a great river view. My best advice is to remember you are in a former industrial space and adjust your luxury-hotel expectations. Brewery and event spaces looked really nice. Hope to see some cool hallway painted graphics as time goes on - a little sterile walking to my room down the long hall. I was a little worried about the farther parking, but very well lit and you can unload at the door and then go park. Not good for people with mobiltiy challenges as there is no valetExplored Hamilton a bit and walked over the bridge to the sculpture park - impressive. Lots of cute shops and places to eat. Very convenient to get to MiamiU, about 22 minutes.

Nice to have the option to use the sporting facility for pickleball and basketball. Didn't like that the bathroom door would not close as it was too big for the door frame. A little more attention to dusting the ledges in the room would be appreciated.

The parking lots can fill up and there are wasted spots, because the spots are not painted so some people take 2 spots . Also free coffee on the main floor is nice, but should have milk, skim milk, and 1/2 & 1/2 instead of the creamer packets.

“You really shouldn’t misrepresent your rooms. It’s Better to be honest with your guests and state there is no window.” “If we did that it would be a deterrent and no one would book”…. That was how they dealt with us not accepting a room with no window. Well, a fake window to a hallway with no outside. We were then moved to 101 positioned in the lobby next to the main door. She didn’t really try to hard to accommodate with anything saying “oh they don’t answer, that’s all I can give you”. Never an apology or even a care. Faulty Electric switches - had no bathroom light until we found a switch next day by the bed to turn on the bathroom and dangerous as almost fell multiple times in night from shower leakage in the dark. Not able to open the drape as that room is directly at the main entrance of ev one coming / going in. Sleepless night due to huge noise from the lobby A/C and shower was completely groce. We paid top dollar and it was so disappointing. We did eat at both nearly empty restos - good. Brewery closed only open for private parties. No F/U from hotel as of yet. Truly worst stay ever. We moved across the river after this awful experience . Check-in poor. Check out poor - not even asked how was your stay or thank you for staying. Refused to give a receipt saying it was emailed by Expedia. So much potential here in this beautiful property but a complete Fail :(

Parking for a handicapped person was awful. No parking anywhere near the hotel. Had to walk like a whole block and nobody to park my vehicle. The front desk clerk couldnt accept my hotel reservation so I had to pay twice to begin with. Got taken care of by a manager before checkout. Our room was no where near an elevator as I asked them for. No breakfast available and only coffee. Rooms are very very basic. Moreless a dormitory room.
