I asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel and was put in one overlooking the mosque and was woken up every morning at 6 am with their worshipping.
Breakfast was terrible. Used glasses left for guests to use. Ran out of bread and was told to wait 5 minutes; after I enquired 10 minutes later was told to wait another 10 minutes! Not good enough for the price I paid for the room. The great location and comfy beds saved me from giving a 2 star review.

Great location. Walkable to a mall which has great dining options in the B2 level. Also walkable to Harbourfront MRT. However the rooms, bed, and bathrooms are quite small. Also they only clean trash and change towel every 2 days and bedsheets every 5 days. They have free breakfast (even though Expedia charged me extra for it). It’s small selection of 5 times daily. Not delicious and I found egg in my rice. Non hygienic breakfast. Will not be staying again at this property or using Expedia ever again.

Such a convenient place to stay. 15 min walk or 3 min monorail ride to Sentosa. Huge shopping centre with tons of food options and supermarket across the road. Small hawker centre 5 min walk away. Bus Stops and MRT almost at the door. Hotel a little noisy due to highway but settles later at night. Spacious family rooms, plenty of storage space, amazing water pressure in shower. Gorgeous rooftop bar. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is situated right across from VivoCity which has great options for eating and shopping. It has great transportation with the train station and monorail (with access to Universal Studios and beaches). The room was very clean, pool nice, and great staff!

Location was good close to transport, few minutes away from vivo city walking. Room pretty small, but comfortable enough. Stay in room from of hotel so constant traffic noise and light pollution had to fix block out blind in rails properly for it to actually be effective. Layout can be confusing if you take a look around. Overall ok for price

I loved my stay here when I was visiting Singapore for a few days.

Location was perfect just a few blocks from the MRT (which is the subway system) which had a very accessible entrance to the Vivo City Mall and could connect with other lines as well.

Onedown side was that the Laundry Machine was not dispensing the Detergent as it said on the directions at the machine but the staff was kind enough to give me some soap so I could add it manually.
Other than that everything was great!

Great value for money, across the road from Vivocity. The supermarket is on the corner directly adjacent from the hotel. Cheaper option than staying on Sentosa itself. We stayed 4 nights and walked to Sentosa everyday. The boardwalk doesn’t take long and also saves you $4 for the monorail.

Bed is comfortable, room was good size for 2 of us. The shower and toilet door is sliding and is shared. Could be weird if travelling with friends as there’s no changing privacy after you get out of the shower you just step into the room. The bathroom isn’t seperate

I appreciate that housekeeping brought us change of towels as soon as we requested for them. On 2nd day of our stay we tried their breakfast buffet & I was not so happy with the male employee who took our payments. I was waiting for my niece who has special needs to give me exact change but the male cashier showed his impatience & very condescendingly pointed in my hand what a Singapore 10 dollars is. We were the only people paying so there was no need for him to show his impudence. Definitely very rude & should not be in the cashier desk. I did not answer back to his ill manners because I do not want my niece with special needs to feel she is being insulted. Thank you for correcting this ill mannered male cashier.

Only benefit of this hotel is its location opposite Vivo City.
Rest the price which you pay, will get very good hotels in Singapore.
Every 3rd day room cleaning, I asked for water bottle the next day and the reception guy said please drink tap water.

Located near Vivo city and Sentosa island which makes the hotel quite far from other attractions around the city . The hotel is a budget hotel and is adequate if that’s what you are looking for . Rooms are basic and small but if you are exploring and using the hotel just to sleep it’s fine.
The shower in our room was dirty and had lots of small flies and bugs present

Very disappointed that there was no advice when booking that the seimmming pool would be out of action for the duration & beyond my stay. I have stayed here 7 time since 2913. Twice on 20 day holidays and twice for 5 days as well as 1-2 day stopover on my way to/from Australia and the UK. The pool is a key reason for choosing this hotel to ease the swelling in my legs from a long haul flight and aid circulation and avoid deep vein thrombosis.

Was very impressed with the young staff that served us for checking in . We didn't get his name . He was very professional . Apologise that there is a delay in checking in as the room is not ready due the hotel fully book. He even gave us drinks coupons for the late check in . He rejected the tips given n told us is his job . The room was really cosy and clean . Will definitely recommend to our oversea friends to stay here.

This place is a joke for the price. I had a view of a grave yard. The room was tiny and never cleaned in the 3night I was there. The linen was old and limited. There was a rave party on the top floor on the Friday night with 100s for under age kids running though the premises, screaming, pressing buttons on every floor of the lift and around 20 of them to a room. The police arrived at one point as there were so many of the that they were all over the street out the front of the property. After paying $628 for 3 nights it was an extra $5 per night if you wanted to use the microwave or washing machines. The breakfast was unbeatable and the scrambled eggs made the toast soggy, it was also over crowded with people fitting to get food. I waited behind 2 other people to check in while 3 staff members were busy chatting. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. Also is you are a smoker you had to leave the building and go outside in the rain to have a smoke. They even have a sign stated if you need a taxi it is up to you to organise it not the hotels responsible 😟. Very poor service

We had an issue with the breakfast initially but after many reception visits this was resolved with a credit offered for that part which we accepted and closed that problem. Not making the room up every day and no fresh towels unless ordered befor 10am and paid for is more like backpackers accommodation not hote. Room Was comfortable but beds very high off the ground and you had to be cautious getting off in the middle of the night. They were very helpfull in letting us shower in the pool shower later in they day so we were fresh for our fligh. They also were happy tostore our bags for us but this was out front in a coutyard with garden beds around them and hugh lack of security. Pool was nice and upstairs bar pleasant although only open one out of the 2 nights due to a function

This hotel is good for one night stay, reason why no housekeeping daily , there are no drawers to store clothes . Shower is weird make sure that you turn the shower head away from the door otherwise the hallway will be flooded.
Location is the best 10
To 15 minutes walk to universal studio’s and the Casino. Vivo City a big shopping mall is just a minute walk. City center is about 1.5 miles. Transportation are everywhere from trams to busses .

Close to the Ferri terminal but not the Marina ruise terminal where Holland America embarks. We choose this location because it to 7 mins walk inside a mall (VIVO) from the Aeroline bus terminal (came from Kuala Limpur). We will use a ride service like ‘grab’ for approx $16 to get to the Marina Cruise terminal.

Will stay here again, a nice hotel for a few nights. Rooms are huge but big enough for a few luggages and sitting at desk, clean, good bed and sheets, towels looks white and clean👍, staff friendly & efficient.

We “stored” our bags as we were very early for the check in, which they had us put outside in a small patio area. If it had rained it wouldn’t have been ideal, but I assume they would figure something out. I was a bit concerned for the security of the bag area, but then remembered that I was in Singapore and no one touches anything that isn’t theirs. After a few hours of touring Sentosa we returned to find our bags right where we left them! Thanks to the staff!

Rooms are small and the shower enclosure not designed well: water leaked on the floor, a safety hazard for old folk likely to slip and fall. The best part is the location right across Vivo City which connects to Harborfront Centre where you can catch the cable car, and ferries.

There wasn't anything wrong with this property, but nothing brilliant about it either for the ridiculously high cost. The bed was so far off the ground I had to jump to get onto it and the toilet/shower single sliding door was interesting. Buffet breakfast was very basic (orange juice was actually cordial) and the rest of the options weren't anything special. Close to Sentosa and Vivo City but that's about it!

This was my second stay. The first room we gotten has unbearable sound coming from the air-conditioner vents. We requested for a switch of room, which the front desk promptly assisted us on it. Aside from this, it was a generally pleasant stay.

The hotel itself was clean. The front desk staff at our check in were not friendly or helpful. We requested a harbour view room and we’re told nothing available, we were given the second floor and all we could see was the LRT line and it was noisy. We asked to change rooms and were given one on a higher floor it was facing the graveyard and mosque. The room was clean and quiet. We opted for the breakfast and there wasn’t much variety. The front desk staff need to be coached on how to provide customer service. We are paying guests and expect to be treated with respect. This was part of a two week trip and only disappointing experience during the whole trip. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the front desk staff, Han in particular, no sense of customer service. Hotel itself was clean and close to public transport, just the service and food was lacking.

This is my 5th stay in this hotel for last 2 year. We like this hotel as is so convenient. Near to Vivo (big shopping mall) and MRT. We also shop and eat at Vivo or went downtown for meal or even packed food and eat inside the room. 2nd reason cos of the friendly and humble receptonist and staff. Is to choose 1 thing bad about this hotel, it will be the sound proof of this hotel. Can hear next door talking and the vechicle sound. Other then that i give 5 star.
