Room is spacious and air-conditioning is comfortable. Many chairs, cupboards and drawers around. The best thing is there's a refillable water dispensing machine at the lift lobby. The floor is not carpet which is good but dusty. Wondering did they clean the floor. Toilet doors are difficult to close.

Room was spacious

First time minibar being complimentary - was surprise and had to asked again to confirm. Just 1 pack of nuts though but quite a selection of non-alcoholic drinks - 2 bottles of juice, flavoured water, coconut juice, bottles of water, and Nespresso pods and machine.

About as close to Universal Studio Singapore as you get.

Definitely a good choice if you are going to USS.

Close to Santosa Express and easy access to the Vivo Shopping with free reentry into Santosa.

Thank God they had comfortable pillows; was able to get a great nights rest. Room was very clean and AC was powerful.
Breakfast (upgrade option) was a journey over to Loma, but the food there was outstanding.
Just 3 minute walk to a 7-11 and 6 minute walk to Universal. MRT access next to the 7-11 makes Sentosa very easy to travel to the gardens and beaches.

Great location, right next to University Studio, food streets, and candy shops. The hotel rooms and decorations are a bit dated. Checkin speed was very slow. If location is top consideration, pick Hotel Michael. Otherwise can compare with other hotels.

Rooms are great except our request for rooms near the lift for the oldies was not reserved for us despite the fact that we book many days before our trip. some of the servicing staffs are good but some needs more improvement as they are not paying attention on customer. We arrived early and it was raining. Amelia the lady who checked us in chatted to her manager who kindly upgraded us so we could check in straight away. The staff always had a smile on their faces. It is so well situated, walking distance to SEA aquarium, waterworld and universal. The express is right outside and takes you everything else. Would recommend this hotel

Overall its good, except for the parking. We were told by the staff at the entrance that we need to park before we can proceed to checkin. We did so but it was a 20 minutes walk and we had to go round the building with our luggage, becos most entrances from the carpark were locked. Wished it was more convenient.

The checkin took way too long and simple booking of the hotel pool took us round in circles with the staff at checkin asking us to book at the pool, and then the pool guy told us to book from the phone is our room and the call didnt get us any booking as the staff told us to then scan the QR code at the back of our room key, which didnt bring us to the pool booking page either. The F&B voucher was another round and round with poor service from the staff who gave the wrong voucher amount and told us to requeue to have the problem fix when its their fault in the first place. The service totally felt nothing like its worth $500 /night.

Room is very clean, including the bath room and bed sheets. Comfortable bed.
Lots of things to do in the resort for all ages.
We spent 2 hours in SEA Aquarium, visited Fort Siloso via cable car and sky walk.
Plenty of choice for food if you are willing to walk a bit. \"Malaysian Food\" is disappointing.
Spent an evening shopping at Vivo City via monorail.
Wifi is good all over. Downside is TV channels without program guide and casting, quite useless.

Upon arrival, the greeters and reception were not that welcoming. We expected at least someone asking, \"How can we help you?\"

Being new to the Resorts World especially during the pandemic, we hoped we would have been asked about what attractions were open and how to get around and book a date and time to visit them. As well as what safety protocols are in place.

Also, since it was still the holiday season, there were a few attractions closed for maintenance that we had paid a booking for and didn't find out about until we arrived at the attraction and they were closed.

The room was a little run down with parts in shower detached and old shower curtain. The toilet was hard to flush and overall smell and air quality was musky.

Room was clean and big, with large television and sufficient towels. Check in experience was below average. During check in, need to wait at least 45 minutes for the room to be prepared. When booking via 3rd party sites like Expedia, you must book with your name exactly as on your identification card otherwise the self check-in does not work, forcing you to wait for additional time to queue for the front desk. Then after manual check-in, still wait upwards of 1 hour to collect keycard. TLDR, check-in and room collection was very poorly handled. While the front desk staff was helpful but the keycard distributor was rather rude. Breakfast is not a buffet but rather set meals that change up very little between days and is honestly rather overpriced for the type of food you get (if you must, go for local, instead of western). But food quantity and quality is decent. Finally, biggest complaint goes to the RWS Wifi that was at best 2/5 bars in my room and at worst 0. Furthermore only can connect 3 devices at one time. Got so bad to the point that eventually gave up the Wifi. One redeeming factor is that it is very close and has sheltered connection to the Imbiah Sentosa Express station and the RWS basement so accessibility is good. Overall overpriced for the amount paid for a 2N stay.

Very bad check-in system. Extremely disorganised. Despite the manager and another staff's assistance, it still took us 2 hours to check-in. I was informed by another guest that they took 4 hours to check-in the previous day. Breakfast in not interesting at all. I would never consider this a 4 or 5 star.

The food was excellent in the hotel and the restaurants around the complex.

The things that disappointed me:
CHECKIN PROCESS: We arrived at 1:05 pm to check in. We had to take a ticket. We were No 136 and the current number being served was 104. I asked one of the staff what was the wait time and they advised 2hrs! We3 ended up waiting 55minutes which in itself is way way too long. You ned to improve your checkin process. By the way, the check in staff where very nice asnd very helpful.

Overall stay is good, even the cleaning staff is very friendly and attentive! although the check-in process is very poor. there are some guests who can't do kiosk self check-in and gotta wait for the queue number to be called. But the service counter inside is always busy with special members and others, thus the queue is not moving at all. After 1 hour and we have to raise this up to the manager and got the kind manager to help. The queue system definitely need to be improved, it's not working for those folks who can't do self check-in.

i find the hotel location is quite central..near to many eating place..train station is beside the hotel easy accessible..the hotel room also nice & cosy..too bad we saw quite a number of eating stalls at malaysia street foodcourt closed liao & lesser people now as b4 the covid..lucky the outdoor activities are exciting still many people playing..overall not bad..👍😀

Quite an average hotel for the price. Check in was slow but staff was friendly enough. Pool and gym is really very very small and fully booked during our stay so we couldn’t use any of its facilities. Although parking was free, we could only use our car once a day. Universal studios and Aquarium was closed during our stay there so there was very little to do. Wished we had chosen another hotel for the price we paid.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5, with 2 adults and 3 teens children below 15. 3D 2N Deluxe rooms with 4 double bed which is very comfy. I ordered and paid for 1 rollaway bed for my youngest boy abt $80 per night, paid to the front desk staff. As it's the heightened alert period, we had thoughts of postponing but changed our mind one week prior to our check in on 04 Jun. So I proceed to RWS website to book a check in timing. Check in was smooth, short waiting time, only 1 person can be at the check in counter. The rest of my clan waited at a designated wait area. Connecting rooms door can be opened by our own. Roll away bed came shortly after. Housekeeping Staff was courteous. Our stay was awesome. Only Takeaway is allowed but still there are a few affordable food options available. We mainly buy take outs from the forum food street area. No breakfast in our package but not a big issue as the kids love MacDonald breakfast. Only thing is where to dispose the containers of our takeaway after we ate in our rooms. Some ppl just leave the rubbish bags outside the door along the hallway. Unsightly. I managed to find a housekeeping staff and asked if there is a proper place to dispose our thrash and she told me it's the lift lobby thrash bin.. it's narrow and small so u would often see the thrash bags overflowing.. which is a hygiene concern. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. Took the sentosa bus,Went hiking, beach relaxing and visit fort siloso museum... All foc.No crowds

I was in hotel lobby at 2.30 pm, it was a busy Sunday and I was served at 3.30pm. guess what? My room wasn't ready until 4.15pm. other than the long check in process, everything else was great: nice room, clean toilet, convenient location to resorts world and monorail station.

Dusty room, mouldy toilet, Be prepared to wait for 1hr for the key collection during the check-in, be reminded to bring your NRIC for verification once you stepped out of the lift lobby (even for breakfast).

We are not informed that we need to make a prior online booking to use hotel facilities (e.g gym and swimming pool). By then, it was already fully booked. Went to the counter for help but they insisted that we should call the hotline.

Indicated an invalid telephone on the Expedia website - We lost something during our visit and wanted to call them for help. Nevertheless, we managed to call the RWS helpline for assistance, and still couldn't find our lost items.
