Lovely hotel with a great pool.

Pool has shaded areas for young kids. Added bonus of a couple of small slides and a jacuzzi.

Resort was ultra clean and the rooms were to a good standard.

Close proximity to the beach / activities on Sentosa. (Free use of the Sentosa Express as a hotel guest)

Only down side was the resort restaurant which had very limited choice (lots of other options nearby).

Highly recommend given the price compared to other hotels on Sentosa.

Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. Also the restaurant downstairs didn’t offer much for variety for breakfast. Set menus per day and quite expensive. Staff was very friendly. I do love the setting , waterfalls by the heared pool, many plants seems like you are in a jungle.

Needs help

Although the location is fantastic, this “resort” is in need of an overhaul. Upon check in, the receptionists manners were questionable and the check in was very cluttered. As we walked to our room the beautiful layout was unkept and I maintained with rust, dust , weeds and clutter all around. We were never able to find any poolside attendant for food or drinks orders or even a towel along the poolside. We had to get our bath towels.
The room was basic, not much of a view, a creaking bed, and a loud AC unit. And the bathroom was odd how the door doubled as the shower door, which did not keep the water in the shower, as the floor would be flooded after any shower. Even tho they had room slippers, there were no bath robes. When we decided to order room service, there was no menu to be found. Took almost an hour to get a menu delivered and another hour for the food to arrive. Food was good, breakfast was decent. Staff had little to no personality, even more customer service. This “resort” need lots of care and help. It has potential to be amazing with its eco surroundings and as environmentally friendly as they are trying to be , they lost track of being guest friendly.

The breakfast was the worst and the hotel amenities are overall 3 star rating. The rooms do not even have hand towels and only provide very minimal and yet call themselves a fancy resort.

The property requires a full overhaul. It’s such a shame that such a nice property is in a state of disrepair in most common areas. Some feature walls has even fall apart and common doors to store room etc are all old and some broken.
The rooms are good clean though small, but tv needs to be upgraded not seen such a small Samsung tv for a long time.

Applaud the hotel on their CSR effort employing pwd (person with disability) I was served by a few of them and they do their work well.

So-so stay

I will be entire honest in this review. There is a few things to point out and I hope the hotel/resort would do to improve these.

Frontdesk - Staffs are welcoming and friendly, however the lobby is small and non-airconditioned. This would make checking-in unpleasant as Sentosa is hot and humid already.
Cleanliness - Cleanliness on the frontdesk isn't good as dry leaves can be seen on the floor as not properly swept. Walkways to the room and lifts seems old and the floor is patted with rubber mats (to prevent slippery) and they have a musty smell to it. Cleanliness in the room is another issue. Ants can be seen on the tables although no food is present. Bedsheets seems to be clean but I do not want to investigate further in those.
Comfort - Room is pretty small, with beach view being blocked by trees. I was here to spend my one sleeping night so I have no comment further on the comfortness.
Condition - Hotel facilities are old and water suction valve in the swimming pool has a rusty look to it. Swimming pool is wide tho. Restaurant looks quite rundown.
Overall - You can't expect much from a 3 star hotel/resort but I at least hope I do not have to deal with ants in my room. But I would say the friendliness and attitude of staffs are at least welcoming and nice to deal with.

The bedsheets are not clean, developed an allergy throughout my stays. Waited for more than 4 hours for them to clean the room and it was only after we made a complaint to the supervisor. There were ants all over the room. No life guard supervising at the pool and staff did not stock up towels for guest to use . Gym was a small room beside the pool and they had the worst breakfast out of all the hotels that I had stayed previously!. I will never go back again!

The outdoor pool was very unique, with waterfall and jacuzzi.
Food choice was excellent. Staff really helpful.
Could have done with drying space for clothes. Freezer needed defrosting. Also electric plug both sides of the bed would have been useful.
Air con was very good, we needed it!

Impressed that it is very eco friendly and I think it’s good to bring kids along. However, doesn’t look that well maintained for some parts of it, which is a pity. But I would go again for it’s uniqueness and proximity to the beach.

Dont miss the Eco Tour!

Amazing Hotel, unique in the world. Brilliant 90m pool filled with springwater. Hot tub with water heated using heat from the A/C system. Breakfast was provided and was great variety and generous. Recommend all guests take the Eco Tour!

No frills eco-friendly hotel

We stayed for just one night. Check in was friendly and smooth. Facilities and room are adequate albeit slightly outdated. The pool is huge and beautiful. Lots of greenery surrounding. Breakfast was mediocre. I love the fact that this hotel is eco friendly and employs those with disabilities. Overall no-frills hotel so not for those who want luxe but ok if you just want to chill out on Sentosa.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, they provided us with an early check in. The swimming pool could have been amazing, but overall this property has not been well taken care of. The floor in the pool was slimy and rusty and generally around the hotel, hardware was corroded and rusty. I wanted to take a photo of my wife next to the Siloso Beach Resort sign by the waterfall in the pool, but it was completely rusty and horrible. The food at the restaurant was ok, but pretty disappointing when compared with Singapore Hawker Centre standards. The room amenities were insufficient, only one all-in-one bodywash/shampoo/soap which was permanently fixed inside the shower, so just to wash your hands with soap you have to walk into the shower with your shoes/socks/slippers, very inconvenient. The saddest part about the hotel was the gym which was hard to even find... but when I found it it was post-apocalyptic. Obviously no one had gone in their in years, all the equipment was rusty and broken. It really looks like this hotel was absolute paradise maybe 15 years ago... but the owner stopped putting any money into the maintenance. The 4 star rating is not accurate in comparison to the 3 star hotels we stayed in Singapore.

The overall property is really nice and swimming pool nice and clean and very nice. Rooms are not really nice though, as well as shower and food quite poor, but that is everybody´s taste. I had a good time just could not sleep as pillows were really hard. Overall 4 out of 10

The resort itself is nicely secluded, though the staff seem to be in a bad mood most of the time.

There is a nice waterfall and a mini slide with floats that made the pool fun, room itself is spacious and nice. The water used for shower and pool seems different from normal water. According to the signboards, the water is from a natural spring, so there might be some truths to that.

All in all, the place itself is not bad, but the staff, especially the counter staff, are not nice to interact with. Check in and check out process was the most dreaded part of the whole trip.

Better than last time rooms, amazing spring fed pool, and still great location in Sentosa for a quiet getaway, but needs renovation and maintenance.

Some rooms are being updated but not much of a difference afterwards. Service is friendly and fast if you need something but otherwise poor management with things like staff not stocking pool towels throughout the day.

Be prepared for one of the worst breakfasts you will ever have in Asia. The breakfast is so atrocious that I would never eat at their restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Food is often not fresh. Instead of making decent waffles you can see them defrosting frozen croissants and putting them in the waffle iron! Disgustingly sweet and gluey mashed potatos at breakfast! Eggs have no taste, pancakes soggy and lacking any flavor. Asian food bland and tasting old and uninspired. Everything except fruit disappoints.

Pure laziness and lack of training as waffle batter is easy to make, salt and spices are cheap, and better cooking techniques would make a world of difference.

Everyone at the hotel feels like they have given up, and it shows.

Thankfully lots of great restaurants nearby.

Hotel is pretty old and run down, the tap was broken, albeit working. Hair dryer was also not working, so hotel staff had to bring a new one to us. However, we appreciate the quick check in and also the complimentary upgrade to a better room. Loved the huge window that overlooks some greens.

The resort feels very tired and worn out. It could do with a revamp and a good cleaning and tidy up. I appreciate what the resort is trying to do, but there is an over load if information everywhere, its too much.
The carpets in the lift were very grubby!
The staff are not particulary helpful or friendly. If you need a taxi pre book it, even though they will tell you they can get you one later, insist on booking it - Taxis are hard to get as i found out!!!
The breakfast selection was ok, again this could do with being looked at, it could be made to look more appealing and with a better selection.
However, i thought the resort was reasonably priced for Sentosa and the beach was literally just over the road.

Paid for a Queen size bed room, received a two twin. That didn’t bother me much except the room was not in its best condition. I had tiny bugs on my bed, saw mold in the bathroom. The air conditioning doesn’t have an auto setting, and the tv was 13/14 inches big ...

Perfect getaway on Sentosa

Had a wonderful stay here for our first weekend in Singapore. Being on Sentosa it is a bit outside of the city, but it is the perfect place to stay to enjoy Sentosa. The outdoor pool is amazing and the staff super friendly. Just loved the hotel’s green initiative and all that they stand for. The room was wonderful. We had a great view and the floor to ceiling windows meant lots of natural light. Spotted a peacock on the grass rooftop in front of us the one morning. Breakfast was pretty good too, and had slight variations every day. Would definitely be back someday.

We decided to visit Sentosa right at the beginning of Chinese New Year which meant everything was super expensive. Siloso beach was the best value and overall I was happy despite it still being outrageously priced in my opinion. The hotel is a bit frayed at the edges but the view from the room was amazing, the pool looked great (we didn’t use) and the location excellent.

Enjoyable, close to nature.

Hotel is just opposite the beach and about a 10min stroll to Beach station. There's a tram stop right outside the hotel as well. An eco tour was also available for guests to sign up for in the mornings. Staying here on a weekday felt like a little oasis away from the bustling city life. Food wise, will need some travelling to get your meals. there's even a water fall feature within the hotel. Full of greenery all around. Enjoyed the stay.
