Great location with the monorail just across the road. Room is small but well fitted and comfortable. Great pool for children. Staff is warm and welcoming at check in. But what truly sealed the deal for us was seeing the dedication of the employee manning the towel station at the pool. He was creating animals from towels whilst warmly greeting guests and distributing towels. We were really impressed by the personal touch.

Front desk service was good. Check in was fuss free with the pre-check in done via online prior to arrival.
Family room is a bit small with 4 adults in connecting room. Room Facilities are fine. Cold water, ice cubes, tea bags, instant coffee, cutlery are available at lift lobby. Vending machine with cup noodles and snacks and soft drinks at every level. Nice environment. Near imbiah train station and also bus stop. Can take free train to the Siloso or Palawan beach. Saw 3-4 peacocks around the Mess Building. A 7-11 convenience stall is located at the Mess Building. Overall a nice hotel. This is in fact my 3rd stay in last 10 years.

Excellent hotel with beautiful surroundings. We are a family of 4 so had two connecting rooms which worked perfectly for us. Hotel is in walking distance to the monorail and the free shuttle bus which we used to get around. Loved the pool area and wish we had a longer stay as we only had time to swim once. Breakfast had a good variety and as there aren't many options around, I'm glad we included it in our booking. Very happy with hotel and staff that let us check in early and check out late. Highly recommend!

The room had a great view but was very small, to the point that for an 8 night stay it became a bit uncomfortable- there are no wardrobes just 4 pegs to hang clothes. We had a small luggage, if it would have been bigger there wouldn't have been room to open it up on the floor. There wasn't any room to sit and enjoy a cup of tea, except the bed, the nightstands had a 7kg warning on them so you could not use that for a chair either. Also there wasn't really any room to hang a towel from the beach to dry.

Third time staying at this hotel. Great hotel for families, my daughters love the big swimming pools. The rooms are small but if you’re spending only 1 or 2 nights that’s no big deal. We ate outside of the hotel most of the time. It’s so convenient to take the Sentosa express and eat at Vivo City or Sentosa resort world.

Heads up that the hotel is quite popular with tourists and the check in at 3pm can be quite overwhelming. Try to ask for an early check in or go there before 2pm.

We recently stayed in a family room at Village Hotel Sentosa. The property was lovely, kids enjoyed the pool area and staff we encountered were exceptional. Check in took a while even though we had completed online check in- we seemed to come at a busy time. We were coming from another hotel and had expected to leave our bags and go off and explore. To our surprise our room was available and we were able to check in early.
Rooms were very clean however we found them quite small.
Would absolutely stay again.

This hotel has great staff and is very convenient for holidaying in Singapore. Easy access to Sentosa island, the fantastic VivoCity mall and onward to the city (less than 25 mins to the city CBD). The breakfast is definitely worth adding. It has nice rooms and the adjoining rooms are excellent for families. Great pool for kids. Would recommend.

The food choice is phenomenal. Every morning, you have more than 30-40 freshly made delicious west and east food choices. If you get up late, there will be even a line. We travel in the summer, the peak season. The space is small compared to American hotel rooms, but new and comfortable. The service staff always tried to be personal and offer their best. It's expensive but we want to visit again immediately after we leave...

The rooms come in different sizes. One of our rooms felt a little cramped- no space for luggage or counterspace to put stuff on. The shelf under the tv folds out to serve as a “table”, I guess, while you sit on the bed! One side of the bed is flushed against a wall, so the person laying on that side of bed have to crawl out. The other rooms were satisfactory, enough space for 2 small side tables. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms have fancy bidet with toilet seat warmer etc. Pools have warm water, adequate cleanliness. Hotel location is great! We appreciate the free air-conditioned buses within Sentosa! Short walk to Imbiah train station. Staff were friendly from front desk to housekeeping and on site restaurant (Native Kitchen). Convenience store is literally right outside of the hotel! Great for late snack, and items you might run out off or need during your stay. I personally prefer a little bit more space in the rooms but I would stay here again due to this hotel’s location and convenience.

We had an amazing time at the Village. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful and accomodating. We travelled as a family of 5 and the rooms are very small so they ungraded us to a bigger room. There was also an unforeseen incident with us accessing our room and management went out of their way to look after us. Kenny, Kenneth & Winnie were all amazing at ensuring our stay was memorable. Luke at the pool bar was lots of fun & made our pool days a real laugh. I highly recommend families consider this hotel for their next stay. The breakfast was also incredible, so be sure to get the breakfast package.

The family room turned out to be 2 adjoining rooms, which was even better. There were 2 sets of doors between the 2 rooms - a bit excessive in my opinion as it made a portion of the wall unusable. Room was very clean and the drinking tap was great. A bit cramped in the bathroom, and the sliding door was a bit stiff.

Swimming pools are smaller than it looks in the photos and hotel map - once we got over the initial surprise, still an enjoyable experience. The mini lazy river was neither here nor there, in the sense that it was so small, might as well change it to a separate type of pool with lower maintenance and more usage.

Entering and exiting Sentosa using the monorail via the QR code photo was a breeze.

Breakfast buffet was great, but totally not worth it for my kids! The variety is expected, which is to say, quite good).

Overall a pleasant experience and we would consider returning.

The deluxe room is a little tad small for a family of 4. May want to consider the family room for a more spacious area for the kids to run around. However, glad that they have an option for bed guard as a baby cot will cut down on the walking space. The bed is the only area to sit and rest. Ain’t much space to open a luggage too.

Other than that.. the everyone including the kids LOVE the pool sections which catered from young toddlers to adults with nice scenery.

Right next to Imbiah station which is good for travelling around within Sentosa and even out to Vivocity for food and shopping.

We love EVERYTHING about it! From the check in to Guest Services to Homekeeping to check out— service was amazing. The pool and food at pool bar was so good! All of us adults and children had so much fun! Short walking distance to monorail, Imbiah station, Resorts world thus everything was convenient!!! Free parking was a PLUS! Every lobby was equipped with free coffee, tea, FREE ICE!!!! Thank you to the amazing team at Village Hotel Sentosa!
