First time staying here and I loved it. Great breakfast, best equipped gym I've seen in a hotel, great pool and location. But the best thing was the staff. Unfailingly cheerful, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Roland on FOH for unfailing assistance and Fish at breakfast.

The room we booked was supposed to be capable to accomodate 4 pax but the beds are so small that each single bed can only fit 1 pax comfortably. There were 3 of us and one had to sleep on couch. Overall its not worth the price we paid at all.

Super smooth check-in/out and very accommodating staff. Loved the thoughtful perks: free drinks in the minibar, hallway ice dispenser, and drinking water refill station. The room has a cool retro vibe, spacious bathroom with double sinks (perfect for our family of four), and the lobby grab-and-go food/drinks were super convenient.
The pool was a bit chilly (would love heated water next time). Overall, it was quiet, clean, and peacefully relaxing.
Highly recommend — we’d happily return! 5/5 🌟

I booked a room for 4 people (2 kids and 2 adults) but upon checking in we were provided with a single King size bed. During the booking process I assumed the king bed would be the main bed and kids would have some type of day bed brought in. I was told you had to pay to have beds wheeled in and also we could only have 1 as the room we booked was not big enough. So my 2 kids (aged 12 and 8) have been sharing a single bed for 3 nights.
I’m shocked this is ok at a 5 star hotel. It certainly would not be ok anywhere else in the world. If I book a room for 4 people I expect 4 beds.

I would not recommend this place for families. You have to walk through a stretch from the Casino if you are coming from the Resort world side which has a heavy smoke smell. The place is slow and small, I had to queue almost 30 mins daily just to get carpark coupon.

The accommodation and staff were very friendly. However, upon check-in we needed to pay an extra 100 Singapore dollars per night to secure an additional bed. The booking was made for two adults and two children, however we will put in a room with two single beds! This is absolutely crazy, the accommodation for the fortnight in total was 1900 Singapore dollars to put that into Contacts, we are paying the same amount for 10 nights in Thailand with breakfast included! The breakfast was also extraordinarily overpriced at 160 Singapore dollars for a family of 4 to adults and two children! Resort was okay, not five star by any mean! Make sure you check your booking and that you have enough space to accommodate a full family of four people! Overall rating, 2 1/2 half out of five stars

I booked a room with pool view and a balcony … the room had about an inch of pool view and the balcony could not be used - locked … so there’s went my quiet reading and contemplation spot. Hotel crew were extremely good .. could not be faulted. Area as a whole felt sad … so much has gone from the immediate area while rebuilding. Food options were expensive or downright awful …. once everything reopens or redevelops i am sure it will go back to what I remembered years ago …

The staff were all fantastic but a special mention to Josh who made the birthday stay very special with room decorations, chocolates, birthday cake and entry tickets to water park for everyone. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. The family loved the pool area after hot days exploring. Would recommend to anyone and hope to return again one day.

They seem to still be ironing some processes, for instance we book for 4 people but the included breakfast is only for two... The room is supposed to be for 2 adults and 2 children, but actually only have one king size bed, not even a sofa is available in the room. That was then exceptionally sorted with an additional bed without charge (they haven't charged us, but normally would add 100 dollars per day to our bill).
While not applicable to all, they have some amazing staff which are happy to go above and beyond what is expected (mainly thinking of Robin).
The best thing is the hotel is very close to universal studios.

Waited more than 30 mins excluding queue time. Front desk staffs helpful but reservations dept did not update system causes them unable to locate our bookings. Poolside food is packed sandwiches taste worst than 7/11 and served cold. Room door need to use force to open. Shower water turn cold intermittently. Looks new but runs old. Don’t fit into the stars rating.

The check-in/out process are speedy. The scent of the hand soap is very nice! The down sides are that the drinking water needs to be taken from the water dispenser near the lift, housekeeping number is either engaged or no one picks up, and the toothbrush stick is easily bendable making it difficult to brush the teeth well. Lastly, the sound proof isn’t good. Between 12.20am to 2.30am, the guest staying near us (suspected to be upstairs) kept dragging the furniture for about 2 hours which disturbed our sleep.

The restaurant staff were lovely and helpful on the second morning they already had a table prepared for us with a high chair. The concierge staff were also very helpful and accommodating.

We decided to book 2 rooms for 2 nights Staycation at Hotel Ora with my family and nephews from USA. The rooms were clean and ok except that our request for connecting rooms was not met. Also, the swimming pool at Hotel Ora was closed and we were directed to the pool at Hard Rock Hotel. Unfortunately, the pools at Hard Rock Hotel were crowded and dirty. We only swam for a short while and left. What we don't understand is that the pool at Hotel Ora looks perfectly fine and why did the hotel have to close the pool there? Also, breakfast was not available at Hotel Ora itself. We have to walk to Hard Rock Hotel for breakfast which was kind of inconvenience for my aged mother-in-law and young visiting nephews. I would have expected better communication from the hotel to at least inform us about the above. We only found out during checked in. Was quite an unpleasant experience😣😣
