We stayed here with our grandson for 5 nights. We chose a family suite to accommodate the 3 of us. Although there was a sofa bed for our grandson, the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room was generally clean but housekeeping was often not done until very late in the day and one day, not at all. On the positive side, it is a great location, close to the Imbiah Station which gives you access to Resorts World, the beach and Vivo City Shopping. There are lots of good eating places nearby and you get a discount for staying at Oasia at The Mess Hall. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

An excellent staycation at Sentosa Island. In room dining was delicious. Pool was good. Reception staff were helpful. Only comment is the multiple steps at the front porch/entrance and lack of assistance for luggage to get to a taxi. Would recommend a ramp?

The staff were amazing; especially Rohan and Billy! The room (family suite) was beautiful. Loved that we could get a later check out for a reasonable cost. Great location opposite the monorail and cable car. The restaurant was incredible and the food was delicious. The only downfall would be housekeeping taking so long to deliver things (ie. everyday we waited an hour for a sheet to arrive to cover the fold out as they kept taking it away when cleaning and not replacing it). Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!!!

I got room 201. I have stayed in rooms with a much better views. However I took the opportunity to go to the hotel with the roof bar. The views were simply amazing. The room was very nice the hotel is also quite nice. The service and its employees are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive. I worked for the Walt Disney World Company for 40 years and I felt that I was at Disney with your employees being so friendly the their beautiful smile. The monorail system location was a plus for me. Many thanks for the man who lend me an umbrella and he was the one who welcomed me and said the last goodbyes. What an positive impression.

We had stayed at Osia Resort Sentosa numerous times and they have always made my birthday special with their complimentary birthday amenities. This time around, we booked 2 courtyard rooms and brought our pet dog. Although they charged $100 for deep cleaning, the fee also included some dog amenities, and they provided a bed for the dog as well. The courtyard was spacious although we hardly used it. It was also a short walk to Resort World Sentosa for food options. We also attended the making our own Balm session which was a nice activity to do on a Sunday morning. Overall, thumbs up! Keep up the good work.

Overall the hotel is very beautiful. The housekeeping staff was great. However, on the morning of my checkout on Nov 14, 2025, there were no available employees to assist with moving my luggage up the stairs in the lobby. When doing it myself, I tripped and fell on the stairs, injuring my hand. What was most disappointing is that not a single employee came to offer me any aid or assistance. The fall was witnessed by multiple guests and employees. I had to go up to an employee myself and ask for first aid. There was no apology about what happened. The employee did give a bandage, and ultimately helped with loading luggage in a taxi. However, it was a disappointing way to end a stay at what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

The most significant thing for this hotel is that its just across the monorail station. Very convenient. The room is alright except some minor issues. The hotel staff took care of these issues. The covered carpark does not have direct access to the lobby. Needs walk out abit to the level 2 lobby. Overall no problem.

We booked a last minute stay and were thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. We were able to visit the beach and local shopping mall by the convenient monorail opposite the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed on the check in waited time, especially I have done the digital check in a day before, was expecting the room key should be ready but it seem everything is redo at counter, plus there is only 3 counter, very shorthanded. Very small car park, have to park at Village Hotel but within walking distance. After all, we have great time during our stay, staff are very attentive but just very very shorthanded. Hope to ease the staff job especially when you have pre-check in before the stay, why still require to redo every check in the actual day? Collect the room key and go.

Our party of 5 crosses three generation.

Oasia’s location is fantastic — 5 min walk to beach station, 5 min walk to Universal Studio / aquarium, 5 minutes walk to Kidzania.

Across the road you’ll have Starbucks, 7-11 and escalator to top of the hill.

The hotel is clean, friendly staff and a chill environment.

Highly recommended.

There’s a section between the main entrance and the room without air conditioning, which can be quite hot

We were a family of 4x.
Found it hard to book a room with standard beds. Ended up booking with a sofa bed that both kids slept on. It was fine. But only provided towels and pillows etc for 3x people. Had to keep requesting 4th towel every time the room was cleaned.

You will not be disappointed staying here

Really loved this place. The location was great, walking distance to everything in Sentosa. The room was large and very comfortable, especially the bed, with everything you will need. Wifi was strong, pool was awesome, gym was above average, staff were friendly and helpful, cost was very reasonable. I can’t see myself ever staying anywhere else when returning to Sentosa, and after staying downtown Singapore several times in the past, I think staying here and just taking a taxi into town when needed is the smarter idea, this place really is that great.

位置很好，步出酒店即到達聖淘沙輕軌，輕軌站亦是纜車站非常方便。
人太多的話亦可以步行5分鐘到沙灘，步行10分鐘即可到達環球影城及海洋館。
酒店房間不多所以很清靜，很舒適，不會太擁擠。
打掃的房務員亦非常有禮貌。
非常適合帶著小童入住。
房間空間很不錯，有足夠空間小孩玩耍。

We loved Oasia. Our only gripe is that there isn’t a bar that we could meet up with friends for a chat and a drink either before or after dinner. There is a restaurant, but it’s not quite the same.

Swimming pool is small , no relax side pool chairs , no towels near to pool , need to ask the front desk to get the towel,
Entrance to the pool just opposite the check in counter , feel very uncomfortable with the swim wear , we booked two rooms , one of the rooms water leakage from the toilet , ceiling on our personal items ,
USB on the desk not function ,
Toke half an hour to fix the room ,
after reported to the duty manager on the next morning , he only replied by book , not really sincerely to show the apology and no more action afterwards.
The hotel is not reach the standard of the 4 and a half star , not worth for the money ,

Came here for a family staycation. Unfortunately things were bad from start to end.

During checkin, I parked at the hotel and walked to the empty lobby with instructions for self checkin, which I did. After spending about 5 min doing so, I went up to a reception with staff. However, the staff there were preoccupied with something else, so I waited for a few min to be served. When I was, no apology for the wait, no smile, just a matter of fact \"I need everyone's IDs\" even though I already self checked in.

Once in the room, the disappointment continued. It was small, though advertised to sleep 4. Technically that's possible with the pull out sofa bed, but there was no space for walking. The room also made little sense. The wooden door from the bedroom to bathroom was blocked by the nightstand so was purely decorative. There were no power sockets near the nespresso machine/hot water dispenser so I had to move it nearer the desk where the sockets are. There are generally very few sockets (I later discovered a hidden socket on the nightstand with a broken piece of wood). The sealed complimentary bottled water says sparkling but is actually flat. There are no cutlery provided at

1) Waited very long during check in, ended with an unit without bath tub. Upon going into the unit, noticed that the toiletries provided were only for 2 pax but I booked for 4 adults. Called receptionist and was informed it’s upon request & they will send. When the housekeeping came with the items, it was only meant for 1 pax. Immediately informed that we had requested for 2pax and had to wait for the housekeeping to give another set.

We have a wonderful stay at Oasia Sentosa Resort again at their suite room. Once again, the hotel prepared birthday amenities which was much enjoyed. Spacious room with a King bed and a pull out sofa queen bed. Thumbs up.

Booked a family suite with separate rooms with separate TVs, but the TV in our bedroom was faulty (can hear but cannot see).
Instead of relying on the second TV facing the sofa bed (which the kids were already lying on), we called the front desk to send the technicians up but they were unable to resolve it as it was handled by an external telco StarHub.
Given it was Fri night, that StarHub would only be available on Sat, and we were checking out then, we asked for service recovery to which the hotel offered (1) a change of room, or (2) complimentary breakfast.
Kudos to the hotel for giving our family complimentary breakfast set worth $120++.

The staff were amazing and very willing to help when ever possible. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but it was noisy at night from events and foot traffic. Very close to S.E.A. and Universal Studios as well as the Imbiah Station. We had a great time here as a family. Will definitely be back in the future

However, when we asked the room concierge for two more bottles of water in the second night, although we knew the tap water is clean and met the international cleaning standard, we were told to drink the tap water directly. This is not our expectation on this situation.

Not worth the money spent stayed 4 days and the first day I got there I noticed the sheets were dirty also they had me leave from my room on two occasions 10am -3pm to do a pest control maintenance pretty inconvenient. Over all I wouldn’t go back waste of money .

Supposed to be a family celebratory stay and requested hotel to arrange decorations as surprise. Hotel agreed but however nothing was prepared when checked in. Disappointed.

Had a short staycation with husband and 13yo. We booked a junior suite and were upgraded to a bigger suite. The hotel also upgraded my kid’s children’s breakfast to a complimentary full adult’s breakfast, which was very thoughtful. Pity our stay was only for a night, would have liked for more time to enjoy the hotel.

Let us down but generally comfortable

The room was very tired with chipped plaster at the entrance and multiple scratches on the wood. The back courtyard was charming but the pictures were a little misleading as they showed a lovely sun trap when in fact there was a cover over the entire courtyard which caused the room to be a fairly dark space.
The bed was very comfy and staff were happy to get us alternate pillows. It would have been nice to have a chair inside to sit on but I presume that’s what the courtyard was for. Overall I think we would stay again but hopefully there wouldn’t be a dog next door that yapped a lot. Although I am a dog lover, I hadn’t read that the hotel was pet friendly and while other dogs on the property were well behaved this one was a barker.
The pool was lovely and we enjoyed numerous dips.

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good.
The curtains did not create a fully blackout effect, there were gaps letting in sunlight. One curtain (mechanised) was not working.
The front desk was overwhelmed during check in time.
I liked that they gave complimentary coconut water.

The hotel staff are really nice and it is connected to other Far East group hotel therefore can share the other hotel’s swimming pool.
The hotel is right by the Sentosa Monorail Imbiah station and it has the Sensory walk by night time which is really pretty and beautiful.
Hotel is very clean and great for family and kids.

We booked and paid for a room to sleep 4 people, it had a bed for 2 people and nothing else. We arrived in middle of the night after a delayed flight and were too exhausted to do anything so accepted the fold out bed they brought and the pillow and sheet for the less than comfortable mini couch.
