Tiny but Functional – Budget Stay Near Sentosa

Stayed for 2 nights as a layover before a flight from Changi. This is the epitome of a budget hotel—very minimal, with little more than just the rooms. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice start.

Our room was tiny—the smallest we’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom and shower were not separated, so the whole space got wet during showers, but that wasn’t a surprise for us, having experienced similar setups in Asia. The bed was comfortable but also very small—tall guests might struggle, though this may vary by room.

The AC worked well and kept the space cool. Appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee, especially for a morning boost.

The location wasn’t close to Changi but worked well for us since we wanted to be near Sentosa. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but we’re not sure if we’d return.

Well for a deluxe room it wasnt very deluxe. It was just a place to lay my head and get a shower. I wasnt expecting hearts on the walls and a mirror on the ceiling. Not even a window.

Worst stay experience. Even after telling multiple times to provide room with window, staff didnt changed the room for 5days. Worst travel experience. I asked to early check out i.e. checking out one day proior due to this issue, they told that no refund will be given .

Disappointing Room

1st time staying Ibis for my staycation.
Very bad experience.
Water was dripping severely from the toilet ceiling.
Called the operator but they claim that it was the only room left. They cant do anything about it on the night I checked in. Therefore I checked out in a couple of hours as the noise of the dripping is too loud and cant comfortably use the toilet when the drip was directly above the toilet bowl.

Front desk and checking in was nice enough, room was a lot smaller than expected (considering we upgraded to a king room) the bed was super lumpy and the bathroom facilities were also not great. It’s fine for a cheap one night stay, but I definitely wouldn’t stay for any longer then that.

Room was very small, hard to move around the bed. The shower unit is close to the toilet so hard to shower comfortably.

the hotel is close to Vivo city which is great. Staff were efficient and helpful.

One thing to note is the free wifi only gives you access for 24hrs. you need to sign in again everyday to use the wifi

Convenient to Sentosa/Vivo City but small.

We stayed in a \"superior room\" with a queen sized bed. The bed was a little short for a queen sized bed and the mattress was very hard. The room was barely large enough to accommodate us with our two suitcases. One suitcase blocked the desk area and wardrobe. The other suitcase sat in the all \"hallway\" between the shower and the bed.
The shower/toilet was 4x4 600mm tiles square... You needed to undress and put your clothes on top of the towel rack to prevent them from getting wet.
We found the AC struggled to keep the humidity at bay without making the room too cold.
The room has no fridge.
The hotel is easy walking distance to bus stops, Vivo City and MRT. Which was a huge plus.
Overall I would only recommend this room for a solo traveler. It was just too small for a couple.

I really do not recommend to either business or leisure and definitely this is not a place for family stay although the staff told me that they have family room

I saw all the bad reviews and ignored them ... in this instance I think I should have booked something else

The rooms too small (I saw 2) because I complained about the size

On my first day I ffound inside the cupboard a plastic bag of condoms and ky gel from previous residents . This should have been picked by the room cleaners. I brought it to the reception attention which the receptionist took and throghn away

Make sure to bring your own slippers the floor are not clean

Although basic accommodation the hotel is clean and tidy. Although the facilities are almost nonexistent, the hotel is conveniently located near to the MRT.
Singapore is a very clean place and I would recommend it to anyone who wishes a short break - up to a week maybe as this would be enough to see the sights.

Very Satisfied

From the minute i step in around 8pm , the front desk person was very polite, and we were very interested to upgrade our room to a more elegant rooms displayed.
The front desk personnel were kind enuf to show us those rooms that are available physically, and allows us to choose which is to our likings.
The only setbacks is that there is no chiller, wardrobe and clothes hanger in the room. The toilet are quite small too.
Apart from those setbacks, We were very satisfied with the bed, quite comfy and the design of the room are amazing, value for the price.
Overall we are very satisfied with our stay there and, we will return to try out the other rooms in future.

The rooms though small are quiet clean and well managed. Quiet good if you do not have much of heavy luggage with you.
Bathrooms are tiny but clean. Hotel staff is quiet good and cooperative except for few exceptions.

The hotel is quiet accessible by bus and taxi and the MRT is also just a bus stop away.

A restful and a pleasant stopover.

Stayed for a night for purpose of stopover. I would say I am pleased to have receive a good and friendly service from the hotel reception. Despite arriving at a very early hour in the morning, the receptionist was attentive to us and did what she could for us at that early hour. Although room was small, our sleep through the night was excellent and shower was great. So we were contented and for a stopover stay, the hotel had provided us what we needed.

Small room, but clean and comfy..

In order to get to this hotel, I choose to walk from Harbour Front MRT station. Its around 20-mins walk. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist named Seri. She was very friendly and assisted with so much kindness. The hotel lobby is smelling very nice, suit it's name. It was a good check-in experience.

I was put in the room at the ground floor as I requested. The room was extremely small. There is no space to put luggage on the floor as you will have to walk over it to go to the other side of the bed. Basically when I am in the room, I will stay on the bed only. There is no where to move. No mini-fridge available. But they do provide coffee and tea. The bathroom is also small. They have hot-water and they provide toiletries.

Coming back to the room after a day out (and aircond off whole day) will give you a little headache due to the residual smoky smell. No one smoke in the room. The smoke smell is always there. Usually, I ll just on the aircond and stay outside the hotel for a while to let the smell goes off.

The overall condition of the hotel is clean. The uncle who does the housekeeping is very friendly. There is a 7-Eleven store next to the door making buying things convenient.

Would I recommend this hotel?
Not for a family holiday. But for those attending conferences or workshops and will not stay much in the room, this room is okey.

The hotel is clean and hotel staffs are friendly, it about 10 to 15 min walking distant to VIVO shopping ,all as well as Monorail station to Sentosa Island. Recommended to my friends and family member. Last but not least, is value for money.

Room tiny, no shower only a nozzle on wall in toilet that wet everything. No draws or cupboard for clothes. No fridge, when I inquired about ice I was told to try the service station down the road.
No bath mat, only two very thin towels. No glasses. No restaurants or shops within walking distance.
Not helpful with information on buses etc.
Located in a very unattractive area.

This is right for you if you are looking for a cheap and accesaile place.the bus stop is just right outside the hotel.about 15 minutes walking distance to MRT HARNOURFRONT/VIVO CITY. It's very accessible... the room is very small.not good for a 6ft.above with a heavy weigh(Fat)coz there is no spacious. the toilet and bath are in one.the sink in the toilet was clogged. But clean,the surface of the room are clean but not THE UNDER THE BED COZ ITS DUSTY. The hotel is in quiet area so you can relax and sleep well when you arrive late from your tour.the staff are friendly,helpful and smile all the time.

From Australian to all Australian, be careful

1. Staff very rude at check in
2. Room size is under 3x3 meters, but clean
3. Bath room+shower+vanity all together under 1.1 meters
4. My booking has Free WIFI, But they ask me to pay $10/day
5. I request non smoking room, they gave me a smoking room
6. I booked room with Window the gave me one without window
7. When I refused the room they change it to a window room
8. I will not stay in this hotel again.
9. I don't recommend this hotel to any one search around you will get better hotel for your money.

The location is just 2 bus stops away from the Harbourfront MRT station, where another train (Sentosa Express) will take you to Sentosa. The bus stop is a few steps away. There are three (3) 7-11s in the vicinity, so if you happen to go out for a snack, it will be within your reach. However, the room is small. Ideally for 1 person ONLY. Shower and toilet are just right beside each other.

The Hotel is not \"filthy\" or \"Dirty\" as other reviews show, I have been there in NOV 2013. The hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are small though, but that's the case with all Singapore Hotels. I arrived at 8 AM and they did not allow me to check in early. I paid extra eighty for 6 hours. That was bad experience. There is coffee Kettle in room.. It's good to come with your own \"ready to eat food\". But wait, they do not have cutlery and plates.. So bring them as well. If you can avoid, avoid this hotel... If do not have any other option, then go for it . It is not DIRTY and BAD as others wrote it. It is definitely expensive compared to the services offered...
