The ticketing counter closes at 6 PM. The name on the photo identification presented at check-in must match the name on the reservation.

This hotel was lovely. We arrived at 9am so we opted to pay for an upgrade, I think it worked out around SGD175 which was definitely worth it after a long flight.
The room was really nice, the bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed watching all the peacocks roam around from the window. The complimentary snacks that you pick from reception was a nice treat too.
Breakfast was good, theres a variety of options to have from western dishes to local options. The pool options were great and lots of loungers around the pools so was never difficult getting a spot next to each of the pools

Only downside was staff in the restaurant, as they could have used a refresher course on customer service. Smile, and be more friendly, like the check-in staff. Place is little difficult to find if you are walking from the monorail.

We like the idea of the snack counter -allowing you to choose the snacks/drink that you want for the stay. The view of the hotel is fantastic and we appreciated there was description of the view we are facing - a hundred year old Bodhi Tree and the seafront as our view. Overall we enjoy our short stay very much.

This hotel was in a fantastic spot. Close to beaches, Resorts World, Fort Siloso and Vivo City. It proved to be really easy to get around. The staff were lovely and always so helpful. The hotel itself was always clean and neat. If there is to be one small criticism- the bathroom a little too big. The space would have been better used in the bed/living area - but it was not an issue. There were plenty of eating places within a short walk.

We enjoyed our stay, nice from. BUT the restaurant service wasn't great. Breakfast was dismal, if you arrived at start, they didn't have hot food, if you arrived an hour before end they had stopped cooking and we're preparing for next service. Dinner the food was good but ambience awful as they started preparing for breakfast and hour before closing, you felt like you were in the way!

It was so nice and we loge our stay here. The pools were our highlight. My son had a amazing time! The food from the Kitchen Restaurant downstairs was so good. The pizza was a highlight too - so yummy!!

Check in didnt take long although we did wait quite a while for our bags to be delivered to our room. The staffs at reception were helpful and helped me to store my freezer bag in their freezer so that i can store my breast milk well upon check out. The location is alright, about 7 minutes walk to Beach station, mostly sheltered.

Perfect boutique hotel
We did a 1-night staycation at The Outpost with our 8 year old. We were initially worried that he wouldn't have a pool to play in as the rooftop pool is adults-only however we were told by hotel staff there's another pool on the 3rd floor we could bring our kid too. The layout of the pool was perfect with a pool bar for adults (always a winner in our books) so it was a win-win all around. The room is very clean and comfortable and everything was new and well maintained. The hotel is also within 5 minutes walking distance to Imbiah Station, making it very convenient to get around from the hotel to other parts of Sentosa and to Vivocity. While the hotel is generally a small one, they were big on service and in-room amenities. Highly recommend The Outpost!

Mediocre hotel, poor service attitude
This hotel has absolutely zero awareness of customer service. Our flight was at 11.50pm and so we asked kindly if it would be possible to have a quick shower in one of the rooms on the day of check out closer to our flight time. I know they had a lot of availability and they refused. It is ridiculous that they wouldn’t accommodate such a simply request given we were on a honeymoon trip and were about to board a 16 hour flight.

The hotel is connected to a number of others which multiple restaurants within a few minutes walk. Their pool bar is also really nice and has a great view as it’s rooftop.

Good for the one night as Sentosa was a little too quiet for us as we were looking forward to a few bars after dinner but at around 9.30pm it was very quiet and the beachfront bars had all closed!

We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary; we were delighted that we got an upgrade to a deluxe room with sea view. We have previously stayed at the affiliated Village hotel. We love the shared outdoor spa pools, that's the reason for the choice of hotel this time, unfortunately it was under maintenance this time round. The infinitely pool at level 7 was crowded. A bit disappointed thou. Nevertheless, we have a good time at Sol and Ora, the OM Sebastian was a hardworking and cheerful guy. Nice experience dining at the roof top.

The property was great, but the staff lacked the warmth. We faced issues with the in room dining, where no body answered the phone. We were a family with a 7 year old and just asked for some bread and butter when we checked in but was informed they dont serve any bread in the hotel at all. And to our surpirise, we find bread in the morning for breakfast. When asked, they conveniently said we do, but only for breakfast. We sensed the staff treated other nationalities well and maybe we were indians... It was just an observation. The general attitude was what put us off. I would not recommend this place for a family but if you're going without kids do enjoy the property which is good.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s one of singapores better located spots for holiday. There’s the free tram over the road which ends at a decent shopping mall or the other end is the beach. Casino also walking distance. Only thing I’d say is there isn’t top restaurants nearby if you like fine dining you need to get a taxi to another area

Stayed for a night as my friend was having her wedding at sky garden nearby. Room was excellent and super comfy. I like the hot water dispenser, very cool, as opposed to a kettle.

The hotel is located away from the city, the room is nice and the hotel is clean it difficult for taxis to get in and room service come wanting a credit card payment at the door which is so strange. The staff are friendly but the taxi fare to the center is high, the train system is very complicated in Singapore unless your a cloak and it doesnt accept cash or American Express.
