We loved our stay here. The city was hectic due to the Grand Prix and this accommodation provided a lovely respite. It was peaceful, beautiful and easy to get to. The staff were fabulous and the meals that we had at Latitude were lovely.

Got checked in past midnight and finding our rooms was very confusing due to numbering system and receptionist didn't make effort to show us to our rooms as was hot and sweaty by that time looking for our rooms going up and down lift ,then ask security guy who told us where our rooms were . Rooms were nice and clean . Bed was comfortable paid for hill view so wasn't much of hill just road . Santosa is very clean island and had a free shuttle to station but only found out after 2nd day as no1 told us about it .shuttle service is quiet good schedule. Make.sure u have bar code with you everytime you enter santosa otherwise charge u ,luckily next day nice man told us at reception about shuttle, bar code entry . If u like peace and quite then nice hotel in marina

The Room was dusty and not very clean. The first night we had a big spider in the room which was not very convenient for us to move room as we were really tired. The check in staff was very friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast buffet for 8 days was almost the same with very minimal changes.

The only thing I didn't really like was that the rooms are very near to the marina area and there was quite a bit of loud noises such as marina crew moving their equipment/trolley and also quite abit of laughter/dining/drinking since it was near the boats. Other than that the stay was great.

Great Marina Feel

Had a great staycation over at one degree 15 marina. We loved the marina view rooms that gives a refreshing vibe different from the usual hotels. Spacious and nice bathroom. Small balcony is a plus. Getting to other parts of island is alright as we are driving. Continental breakfast was great with nice spread. Great staff service, special thanks to them as i left an item behind and they safe kept it.

The hotel is lovely, very modern, clean and a nice location. However it appears they rent out the pool for a local kids swimming school. So our relaxing time poolside was disturbed considerably at 4pm with the arrival of 20 kids plus parents, maids and swimming instructors. It was very noisy and it wasn’t even as if there was a separate area for them. I don’t go in holiday to share the pool with a swimming school…..

This hotel surprised me. The rooms were incredibly well appointed, easy to access, and spacious. I was surprised to have a bathtub and bathroom tv. The location is also a surprise, with amazing bars and restaurants, a supermarket and a convenience store. I will definitely be staying here again!

Feels like Australia!

Super excellent place for staycation. The hotel is clean, comfortable and located at Sentosa Cove. The balcony overlooks the harbour and yacht! There is a swimming pool on the ground floor and a counter where you can rent a bicycle. The staff were helpful and courteous. Even though our check in was delayed till 3.20pm due to \"room not ready\", we are still happy. The surroundings have many restaurants, Cold Storage, 7/11 and Jason's. Thank you for the 'Birthday Chocolate'!

Having only 26 rooms the staff get to know you and you them creating a very friendly atmosphere.
Some areas of the club are tired and need some TLC and based on the what we witnessed that appears to be happening.
We're not big fans of climbing into a bath to have a shower, would prefer a seperate shower.

Hi Mr Alvin, i am ting. I booked a stay at ONE 15 Marina on the 21st Sep 2019 hoping to enjoy a stay here. There were many problems with the room 25.15 . Firstly the air condition was not working since the time I checked in. I tolerated the air conditional condition while being in the room. I then decided to approach your reception counter to enquire on how to go about with this. Your receptionist told me over a phone to send an engineering team to try to fix the air condition. Then after close to an hour, there is no result and your engineering team headed out. To my astonishment, the manager in charge, Wendy , told me that she would send your technician team to see again. This time your technician team is back up again. The more important fact is that this entire situation happened in the room, with us being the guest in the room. The manager in charge told me that fans will be provided to compensate the room heat, but it took another 45 minutes and after a second call to the reception before the arrival of one fan. This is the first thing I would like to highlight about your service in One 15 Marina. Then after 2 hours, your manager in charge, told me that there was nothing that they can do. To my amazed, there was nothing done or any arrangements that she can help us with. With the effort and time I spend to plan this stay for my partner's birthday celebration, has just gone to waste. And at a oddly time in the middle of the night, we firstly need to find transport out of

The breakfast, location, pool etc were all fantastic. Having a shower bath was a little bit of a concern with the deep bath and the large step down/up (okay for anyone that is able bodied and sprightly). Rooms were clean and comfortable but the noise can be loud at times.

Hygienic is bad! Toilet was not properly cleaned. There is an left over toothpaste cap from the previous stayer. Hairs are found on TOP of the basin, etc. Late check in at 3pm
And checkout at 12 noon! Not even a 24 hrs stay!

Overall I am satisfied with my stay at One15. The property is starting to show signs of dated designs, furniture and building fixtures...although a quick refresh would certainly brings back it's former glory. The buffet breakfast is decently good but not spectacular...no one is expecting that. The property location at Sentosa Clove is a perfect getaway from the busy/noisy city life.

Found the room to be spacious. I really enjoyed being out in Sentosa and getting to other busy areas was less than a $20 cab ride.

Bathroom was great too.

Only challenge I had was needing an adapter which the front desk provided me. Great experience and I’m not an easy person to please as I work in the travel industry.

I paid $280 to stay at Crowne Plaza and for $100 less I stayed here and had a much better experience

They upgraded us to a suite which was clean and nice. However the adjoining suite had a huge party and were up all night partying. We asked the reception at midnight to tell them but nothing was done. Called again at 4am and they stopped for a while but were up partying again at 6am. Staff didn’t do anything to check. The room itself was amazing but consideration to guests was not great.

Customer service was great with the staff going out of the way to assist. Room was spacious and clean but the TV at the shower area wasn't working. Awed by the automated curtains, digitally controlled lighting and JBL Bluetooth speaker.

Disappointed though that my request for Swan set-up was not fulfilled despite being promised.

Buffet breakfast was great but a bigger variety would be better. Easy access by car (if you drive) to all parts of the island.

Overall, a pleasant stay.

Clean rooms with soothing lightings.

However, lacking of room service standards.

Asked for a bucket of ice and champagne glasses for chilling champagne. Items was brought without a serving tray as what usually room service does. The ice bucket was a small one instead of the usual kind for chilling wines or champagnes. Champagne wasn't thoroughly chilled. Since is no tray given, had to place a hand towel below the ice bucket.

A lifeless dragonfly is found in bedroom near the door leading to the balcony. Wonder how long has it been there. Hope it had rest in peace.

Fantastic view and service

The hotel was nice enough to give me and my girlfriend a free upgrade to the suite (for her 21st birthday). We had a great view of the marina and made full use of the club's facilities (i.e. infinity pool/gym). Hotel is very accessible (via Sentosa Bus B) and there are a lot of eateries and convenience stores nearby.

The room was clean albeit a little old and the buffet breakfast was good. Service staff was truly wonderful throughout our stay. Great job!

All things considered, I doubt there is anywhere else in Singapore that can compare in terms of pricing/view/facilities. Excited to re-visit after the renovation works is completed!

Nice, relaxing ambience in the Sentosa Cove area if you are looking for something different in your staycation. Good selection for breakfast. The pool is rather empty in the morning. We had a light swim before breakfast and it was very relaxing. The staff were generally polite. The only problem during our stay was that there were a very loud conversation going on near the entrance to carpark area at around 1am. I could actually differentiate 3 different uncles talking, at 1am. It lasted for almost 45mins. Come early morning, like 6am, there was some loud knocking going on too. A big flaw in otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Though I had a reasonably good experience with the hotel, comfort and staff there was a couple of disappointing features as well.

When I booked the hotel I based my expectations of the Monte Carlo I suite off the advertised photos of the room. Upon checking into the room these were the obvious discrepancies.

1. Carpet was excessively dirty.stained, did not trust to walk barefoot anywhere in the room.
2. Picture of room as advertised on the website showed a stereo system installed in the front room, this did not exist. The only available system was in the bedroom which didn't support my expectations.
3. There was an Xbox in the room, great, however the controller was broken. (Not a big deal as I was planning on playing anyways)
4. Balcony two-seater chair was unable to be used due to being wet after a storm came thru two days prior. Additionally, the picture of the room as advertised showed four available seats on the balcony. I had four guests visit me in the room and we were unable to utilize the balcony seating.

Overall my experience was good and I would book at this hotel again in the future(Only a standard room). However for the amount of money I paid and the expectation of a \"luxury\" suite was very disappointing.

It is next to a very pretty marina.
Rooms are spacious with tile flooring which is good if you are into water sports.
Although the sound insulation for the rooms are not very good, you can hear the people in the next room if they speak loudly.
There is ample parking if you drive and there is direct access to the rooms from the carpark.
Hotel check in and check out was fast and efficient.
Great for a weekend getaway from the city.

Well worth the quality and location sans service

The hotel was very clean and well looked after. The service checking in was poor as the information to get back to Resort World was inaccurate. Furthermore, we had to promt her about checkout and hotel facilities. It was well out of the way of all the hustle and bustle of Resort World so if you're after a quiet, seaside escape, this hotel is for you. Make sure you put your hot water heater on prior to having a shower, unless you want to have a cold one (another thing the receptionist failed to mention).

Noisy Neighbours

There was a party going on at the next door till 3am. Many people were talking so loud and it was impossible to fall asleep. Also, our room (215) was directly infront of the emergency exit/staircase. In the early morning (6am-8am), hotel staff has been entering in and out of the exit and the clicking/slamming of the door has woken us up. It wasn't a good experience.

The hotel room is clean. The check in was not pleasant as there was a further delay of 10mins for check in although I arrived at 3.10pm instead of 3pm as indicated. We enjoyed the quietness and peace till 8pm when the guests in the next room was back and they were talking loudly, playing loud music and shouting. It went on for 2 hours plus.

Quiet location and good service staff

Despite the negative reviews we read about the hotel, we decided to give it a try because of the awesome marina view and also it was on discount. We got to the hotel at about 3pm and check in was prompt with free parking in and out of the hotel. We initially booked the marina view room as it was just a bit more expensive than the basic room.
Upon reaching the room, we noticed that the maintenance level of the room wasn't that great to be honest. The flooring sinks in a bit wherever we walked to and it was a little dirty. Luckily we had the bedroom slippers. It was just a shame that there wasn't much channels on the tv (we actually booked this hotel as we wanted to watch the last F1 race of the year, but they didn't have Fox channel).
Aircon was blowing air but it wasn't cold at all. We were told that they will send up a technician to take a look at it. We waited about 30-45mins but no one came up so we decided to head out for dinner first. After coming back, we realized that the aircon was still not fixed so we called them again and they said that it cannot be solved and told us that they'll switch us to a suite room. So we packed our stuff and headed to reception to change room.
Not sure if the other marina view rooms were fully occupied or what, but we were rather surprised that they actually changed us to a monte carlo suite room and even extended our check out time to 1pm instead of the usual 12pm and they were so apologetic about it.

Beautiful and convenient location with slight flaw

It's located at a wonderful location both beautiful and convenient. Overall it was a good stay except for the fact that I wasn't informed about the upgrading works right next door to me and along the walkway to my room. Also (might be due to the renovation works) my aircon broke down consistently throughout my time there. I have to say that they were quick to spot the problem and attempted to resolve it. Unfortunately, the problem did not go away and I was awoken multiple times at night due to it being too warm in the room.

Tatty room needed a make over. Felt as though I was in the cheap room of the hotel and right next to the service door. Do not get room 512

Noisy room

The room was good BUT it was very noisy throughout the night.
people screaming and doors slamming throughout the night. we could not sleep well.
total disappointment.
feedback to the front desk manager. he just apologise and did nothing!
