It was a lovely stay for us. Everyone in the staff was very courteous and nice. The breakfast spread was decent. The resort is right on the beach and is very family and kids friendly. Although it’s in a very secluded area of Phuket, there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel with very reasonable rates. For families looking for a relaxing few days on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, it’s a wonderful option.

Lovely building, rooms and staff (particularly AF). Well situated on the beach, great kids pool, and kids club.
But the food… worst I’ve had in Thailand by a long shot. We had better food cooked by 2 old ladies on a boat trip. Huge queues for breakfast. 2 restaurants and one cafe, all with the same menu. Extremely ordinary steaks or burgers, less than ordinary pasta and pizza, dreadful Thai food. No other options readily accessible.

We stayed as a family of four in the family suite. And although the hotel offers and promotes a child friendly hotel, I assure you it is not.

Pros: The hotel room was always clean, spacious and very nice. The ocean was very close.

Cons: 1) The food options was extremely limited and mediocre. The Beach Grill had lukewarm wine and worse then fast food lunch. And the restaurant in the hotel was meh, overpriced for what you are offered. 2) The pool was freezing, unsafe and dirty. My son and I slipped on the black tile surrounding the pool at least 4 times. Not sure why you would have slippery tile surrounding all the pools. Almost no one was swimming the two days we tried the pool.

Overall its not a hotel i would book for a family, the staff at times were friendly and at times not. In a location that has limited activities, entertainment and good food, id say its not a worth hotel to stay at.

We had a great time for four nights at the resort. Rooms were clean. Staff was highly courteous! The facilities were awesome. Breakfast items were too many to choose from and were prepared fresh. Ambience was extraordinary. I would recommend this place to whoever is visiting Phuket. 10/10 for the pleasure of staying here.

From the moment we arrived at Le Méridien, we were treated with a level of care and attention that far exceeded our expectations. Celebrating our anniversary, we were welcomed with a delightful surprise: a beautifully arranged bouquet and a decadent cake waiting in our room—an incredibly thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our stay.

The staff throughout the resort were truly exceptional. They consistently went out of their way to accommodate us, always anticipating our needs with grace and warmth. The children’s staff made our son feel instantly at home, creating a magical and safe environment in the play area that he looked forward to each day.

Each morning at breakfast, the staff recognized us immediately and brought over our usual drinks before we even asked. The attention to detail was remarkable. On several occasions, both the manager and the chef personally greeted us, checking in and offering well wishes—especially touching on our final day.

Very nice property. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Great pool and right on the ocean. Bikes were available however, there wasn't anything in walking distance. Taxi stand was right across the street. We enjoyed our stay.

lovely modern hotel with wonderful pools perfect place for younger kids - kids club is amazing!!It is very quiet which is great for relaxing and plenty of space at dinner and around the pool but very limited option to dine and no entertainment at night also not close to anywhere to walk to so need to keep that in mind. Was perfect for what we were after though :)

I stayed here for 3 nights after sailing for two weeks out of Yacht Haven Marina. The resort is very well kept, clean and super comfortable. The bar staff are excellent and friendly. Kin and Matt are excellent managers. Very kid-friendly. Good energy relative to other resorts I have been to in the area. Close to the airport and the marina; about an hour taxi to Patong (the party town of the island).

This property is beautiful, stunning rooms and beach… but very very isolated. There is no stores nearby or on site. The beach bar doesn’t open until 11am, so getting drinks, of any type (water or pop) in the am is difficult without a sit down breakfast. The beach restaurant food service is atrocious. The food was good, but remarkably slow. Both meals we had there, we didn’t receive drinks until after our meals were done.

Certainly a 5 star hotel in beauty in the facilities and beach, but 2-3 star service and location.
I am happy we only booked 1 night at this location.

We loved our stay! The resort was newer, and on a beautiful and quiet beach, and the service was exceptional! The staff was very attentive. We use the spa twice and it was amazing! Special shout out to Mon and Koi at the spa! Restaurant food was very good with a lot of options. We did not do the meal plan due to the limited menu choices for dinner. The regular menu has a lot of options. The resort is close to the airport and away from the busy part of town. However there isn’t much in the immediate area and nothing is walkable. Our room was exceptional!! It’s big with all amenities. There are some quiet shady areas to sit near the beach but space fills up quickly. Beach is great for swimming and lounging. Pools are nice too although we had our own pool, which was great too! A big thanks to the staff. They were all SO nice and accommodating.

Lovely stay. We had a very nice, clean room with pool access. The beach is narrow and only mats for sitting but the pool has plenty of seating and a decent amount of shade.

The power of the resort went out twice during our stay. First when we just arrived in the resort and second time when we about to check out of the hoyel.
There are multiple things that happen.
1. The bed guardrail was not install as requested.
2. The room have sewage smell
3. Balcony door was unable to fully closed.
4. TV will turn on on its own after turn if off every 10 mins
5. Power of the room was out for a good hour plus
6. We requested the baby seat for the airport pick up but when the resort picked us up from the airport, no baby seat in the car
The power went out again on he day we check out. For minium an hour right before we check out during the time we were packing up. The room got so hot while no power to boil hot water for our baby make milk and no power to flush the toilet.
The staff was nice but the issue with facility of power outage is unacceptable.

The staff is very friendly, the environment is very clean. The staff is very kind, the local area is very kind. The taxi stand also very helpful in explaining how it works with one and way two way trips. The breakfast Buffett is fantastic, one of the best a hotel has to offer.

Overall a nice hotel - however, thinking part is outdated - lots of paint drips everywhere, they didn’t offer us a drink or map at check in….didnt clean room for 3 days….no water offered when had food as waiter said hygiene but it meant you made no money, gym mirrors dirty and one Cycle machine broke…

Personal sehr freundlich, Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt, Zimmer sauber, Poolbar und Angebote alles ok,
Nachteil: Frühstücksraum zu klein für die vielen Gäste und deshalb sehr hektisch und chaotisch, leider nur ein kleiner Außenbereich,
weiter sind zu viele russische Gäste vor Ort, Präpotent und laut.

조식도 맛있었다
객실에 붙어있는 풀장은 약간 추웠다
수영장 바닷가 선배들가 많아서 경쟁은 별로 없었다
한국인들이 많이 없어 휴양 느낌 났다
바닷가는 갑자기 깊어 지고 맑지 않아서 아이들과 오래 있을 수 없었다

Die Klimaanlage im zimmer ist sehr sehr laut auch die anderen Zimmer in dieser Premium Kategorie waren do laut.
Wir konnten kaum schlafen uns wurden Ohrstoepsel angeboten.
So was habe ich noch nie erlebt! Schrecklich fuer ein 5 Sterne Hotel von der Marriott Gruppe
Service am pool und in den restaurants sehr trage !

Loved the kids pool and the kids club. The kids had fun playing there all day. The hotel is right at the beach which was very convenient. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. I felt I received a 5 star service at the hotel. Sadly, the restaurant did not taste good. We ordered a simple pad thai dish and thai milk tea - simple dishes that should be easy for any thai restaurant. But the pad thai tasted very bad and the thai milk tea was not good at all. Also the restaurant needs to do something about the bugs. We had flies flying around us and mosquitoes around our food. It was quite disgusting to see 3 bugs stop on top of our pad thai before we had to swat them away. We had such a bad experience at the restaurant we took a taxi to a neighboring shopping center for the rest of the meals.

7歳の子供にとっては初めての海外旅行。
口コミが少なく、旅行本にも掲載がないホテルだったので、宿泊するまで少し不安でしたが、とても素晴らしいホスピタリティのホテルでした！
施設もとても掃除が行き届いており、どこをとっても清潔で働いているスタッフの方々も子供に優しくホスピタリティが最高でした。
今回2食付きのプランで申し込みましたが、ホテル内のレストラン（朝食用のレストラン、プールサイドのレストラン、エントランス付近のレストランの3つ）の選択肢が少なく、最初は少し不安でしたが、どこのレストランの食事もとても美味しかったです！
子供のキッズメニューも充実してました！

プールもスライダーや噴水などがあり、小さい子供でも十分楽しめる、綺麗なプールでした。

子供は帰国する際、とても名残惜しかったようで、また来年もここのホテルに泊まりたいと言ってました。親も心の底からそう思える、素晴らしいホテルでした。

Herrlich!

Wir wurden von sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal bedient. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Das Zimmer auch perfekt. Sogar ein Bügelbrett war da. Nach unserer langen Reise und dem feuchtem Wetter konnten wir so wieder unzerknittert urlauben.
