Staff not helpful at all they didn’t give us no information about the breakfast or parking garage I thought all of that was included but no we got charged extra for parking the room was super small noice level you could hear everything from the outside fridge was unplugged we couldn’t use it not impressed at all and for the price I pay I was expecting more. Not recommended at all.

I was perturbed by the fact the backery off the lobby could not charge my room . This plain ridiculous. A good IT person could address this inconvenience in 1day ensuring monies are allocated accurately between the hotel and the backery’s owner.you should fix this more revenue to both parties.dont get me wrong i categorize this snafu as a 1st world problem. But bits an easily addressed flaw.

A great historic hotel although needs some attention. Despite cost of room, breakfast was not included. The buffet breakfast was very disappointing with limited options, dried food and ran out of coffee. I went to the historic Plaza Cafe the next two mornings which was very friendly and wide range of breakfast options.

Room was perfect for rest. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. My goals were met. I was very well rested and rejuvenated well. Thankful will stay again. Only con is that day of check out. House keeping came knocking early twice unlike other days where they showed up late and barely knocked hard. Otherwise stay was perfect.

Our room was gorgeous. A few glitches trying to get into the hotel. We called the hotel to find out where we should park in order to check in. I talked to the front desk who said no you need to talk to the concierge. Of course that call went straight to voicemail. When I walked into the hotel and went to the concierge desk, where there were two concierge, neither one doing anything, they said you need to go to the front desk. I felt defeated.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at La Fonda on the Plaza. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of character; it felt like we were staying in a living museum with all its unique art and ambiance. You can't beat the location; it's right in the historic plaza with easy walking access to all the shops, restaurants, and galleries. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Santa Fe.

From start to finish the staff were terrible! At checkin I asked about all of the stores and places on site (this place is huge) and wondered if there was a map or information about what was on site. I was given a disgusted look and provided nothing. The room was loud and we did not sleep well. At checkout I asked about paying cash for the parking fee (the rest of my room was paid) and it turned into the end of the world to meet this request. As I was looking for exact change (because they couldn't accommodate) my husband said the front desk woman was glaring at me and rolling her eyes. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because it was in a good location where we could walk to the historic sites and restaurants - otherwise I do NOT recommend.
