Room was decent although bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in. A lot of places around the hotel could do with a lick or touch up of paint. Breakfast at hotel was good with good selection of everything but bar menu prices are on the expensive side so don’t eat there. Pool was decent. A nice stay but I wouldnt stay again. I would give it 7/10.

Unfortunately, we could not use the pool on the day we checked in as it was full to the capacity and on the second day one of the children had pooed in the pool so we were a little bit upset not to be able to use this facility as that is why we booked this hotel. We have stayed here many times before and enjoyed it. We are also members of the q hotel system, but we have never received any special offer for any weekend specials in regards to this hotel. Maybe you could look into this and come back to me kind regards, Ron Bixley.

Lovely amenities. The games room and pool made it enjoyable even with the weather being horrid. Loved the little touches like small water bottles and biscuits in the room.
Only downside was the shower being a bit tricky to control.

Room was an average size ( paid for the deluxe) was abit underwhelming and the shower did not work. Was not able to use the spa until others left as it was so so busy so we had to wait around and check to see if we could use it a few times but this was the sunday of valentines.

Booked a superior double room which was fairly spacious and big enough for the 3 of us. Room very clean and the complimentary items in the mini bar were a nice touch.

Service from the staff was excellent. Very friendly and was given numerous restaurant recommendations when I asked at Reception. Staff in the dining room were also welcoming and courteous, with one lady going out of her way to have a friendly chat with my young son.

Very good facilities on offer. Pool area was nice, relaxing atmosphere and pool temperature was warm. Good games room and added bonus of a cinema room which makes it very appealing for families. Changing rooms could do with a little TLC (one of the shower rails had completely fallen apart) and are on the small side but it didn't spoil our experience.

Food at breakfast was good, not absolutely stunning but of good quality and enough choice.

Very pleasant!

The hotel was better than expected given all the negative reviews! Breakfast was lovely and staff very attentive! Service in the bar in the evenings was spot on and the barmen had awesome sense of humour! Only downside which cannot be helped is the roadnoise.

I travelled with my daughter and 2 grandson both of which have serious allergies however the staff took our requests very seriously and we were made to feel safe with the food that was served to them. A very special shout out to Matt in the bar and Julie (restaurant manager?) on breakfast. Will definitely be coming back.

It seems nothing is too much trouble for the reception staff at this hotel, which we found clean and comfortable and more peaceful than many we have stayed at. Conveniently located outside the town centre, but a comfortable drive in short time subject to the volume of traffic.
A special shout out to Daisy who went above and beyond to assist us when my wife had a problem with her foot.

Bed was comfortable. Good size room. Lovely breakfast. Coffee not great but okay. Also not keen on the shower curtain in a narrow bath. Minor niggles.

Excellent Stay – Would Definitely Return!


We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The free upgrade to a king room and complimentary mini bar were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. The pool area was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

What really stood out was the exceptional staff – everyone we encountered was genuinely helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome from start to finish.

Breakfast exceeded expectations, with a great variety including fresh fruit, several types of bread, and delicious made-to-order eggs. It was definitely better than the average hotel breakfast.

All in all, a great experience – we’d happily return!

Very comfortable room, quiet and well equipped. No aircon but the fan provided in the room worked well. Staff were very helpful on all occasions from check-in to general questions. Breakfast was very good and again the staff were very attentive. Didn’t use the sporting/fitness amenities but they looked good and seemed easy to access. Overall, a great hotel especially for business travellers. Hope to stay again.

Great place to stay free parking centrally located between Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick Castle, and other sites to see. Staff was exceptional Restaurant very nice Laura and Aziz in the restaurant were wonderful. Would stay here again.

Stop off overnight. Room was roomy and clean. Food was lovely in the restaurant. Slept very well in the bed. Great place for one night or as a base to explore the area.

Nice property, clean and the room was reasonably sized. No AC, but they had a large fan. Only issue with the fan it was timed for two hours max, so had to keep getting up in the night to turn back on. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again, but in cooler weather

Appalling service. Don’t bother upgrading to ‘Deluxe’ There is NO difference. The rooms are dated and tatty. BEWARE the £115 HOLDING charge ! Staff way to run ragged and stressed. EV charging non existent NO SIGNAL to be able to connect the APP. A car blocked the charger for TWO days and the staff done NOTHING about it !

Reception staff were robotic-spoke like they were reciting off a page.
Room looked absolutely nothing like advertised and in no way could be called a “suite” With 2 extra beds in there we could hardly move.
Food in dinning room was poor. Nachos with melted cheese should have been warm not nachos with cheese squirted out of a bottle. Same with cheeseburgers- should have been proper cheese. Glasses on table were not cleaned correctly- all were dull with water marks. . Candle and salt and pepper set looked like they came from Pound Sjop as did cutlery.
Water brought to table was warm- no ice.
The list is endless. How hotel is rated 4Stsr is beyond me. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay especially the pool which we used every day,nice and warm which you can’t always say for hotel pools.Convenient bus stop outside the hotel which we used to go into Stratford,Warwick and leamington spa so never used the car for the four days of our stay. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the Saturday evening.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had university reunion of 10 friends at the hotel and we all ate dinner in the restaurant. Restaurant service and food was excellent for the dinner. Less impressed with faulty key card system that prevented access to the first two rooms allocated to my wife and me at check-in. Overall, we'd be happy to go back.

Fantastic hotel, fabulous staff

Every member of staff we had contact with (reception, bar and breakfast) were so lovely and welcoming.
My son who is 4 and has SEN needs finds it difficult in new places, and all the staff just allowed him to be a little boy with no judgement being passed, which as a SEN mother means so much, they all put me immediately at ease.

The room was made up with a separate bed for my son too!

The dinner we had was adjusted to suit his beige eating habits. There was nothing that was too much!

One of the bedside light wasn't working. The shower was almost impossible to figure out (and I use multiple hotels a year) and clearly wasn't working properly. Staff were GREAT and very good breakfast.

Overall great stay, very friendly staff and clean hotel. Found us a table in restaurant whilst event was on which was very nice. Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. Room was clean just a bit tied around the edges, small older tv.

The hotel is situated about a five minuet drive from the town, which makes it much quieter than staying in the town center. The grounds are well kept and there is ample parking and EV charging facilities.
The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfasts were substantial and excellent quality.
The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and well appointed.
We didn't use the gym or pool but they looked very inviting. We enjoyed out stay and would love to come back some time.

Lovely hotel and great staff. The lounge bar drinks are reasonably priced and restaurant food was great. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size and in a good condition.

Only things that let the hotel down was the spa being in need of some TLC and the rooms had paper-thin walls. The walls were a shame as it meant you could hear everything happening in the room next door all night (we were even woken up one night by someone laughing in the room next door).

Review would be 5* if it wasn't for the things above, other than that it is a really nice hotel.

Had a great time celebrating a family gathering.
Food was great, staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were good. Loved the games room which kept everyone amused.
Hotel is starting to date in parts and could potentially have a freshen up. Corridors were chilly and frayed stair carpets.
Overall a great stay and would recommend it.

We had an interconnecting room - double on one side and twin on the other. Each room also had a put up bed in for larger families. We loved the warm pool, games room and outdoor activity such as the chess board. The reception desk was very friendly. A short drive into Stratford Upon Avon. Thanks for a lovely stay.
