We loved our stay here. Very comfortable bed. Everywhere was pristine clean. The breakfast was excellent, I am a healthy muesli, yogurt, fruit, nuts person and the choice was better than I had anywhere else. My husband on the other hand tucked into a filling and delicious cooked breakfast. The coffee machine choices were amazing. When we return to Stratford we won't look anywhere else.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming in this conveniently located guest house. The town centre was only about a 10 minute walk away so we were able to leave the car in their (free) car park and visit the sights. Our room was well equipped, clean, nicely presented and very comfortable. The choice of breakfast was very good and of good quality. We would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful place to stay , From the minute we walked in we were made extremely welcome by Maria. Our room 7 was simply perfect , & spotlessly clean, lots of lovely little extras, Such as bottled water, chocolate mints , plenty of tea/ coffee etc ,Fresh milk was also available which is a massive tick as I dislike the UHT ,Quality toiletries. Breakfast was superb I had my favourite scrambled eggs & smoked salmon , cooked just the way I like it, upon request !

The hosts or owners were very nice people, the service were excellent. The only thing really was the towels smelled like they were not washed at all but were just folded after use. After I used one of them the smell stayed in my skin and so I took a shower once more and just used my clean shirt to dry me because all the towels smelled the same. I was sad but I did not want to hurt the owners because they were extra nice

I have stayed in stratford several times in the past, and Avonpark now ranks, far and away, as the best. It was very clean and orderly with great views, outstanding location, fair pricing, wonderful (and customized for each person) hot and cold breakfasts, and, most importantly, has the friendliest and most accommodating owners and staff that a traveler could ask for. They also had some clever and helpful schemes for service during pandemic times that made everyone feel even more comfy and safe. I highly recommend and will use again as soon as I can.

The shower facility was very small and the shower head was a fixed overhead one so if you did not want to get your hair wet at all when you showered, you definitely needed a shower cap!

Easy to control heating, comfortable bed and pillows, good range of beverages (not just the usual tea and coffee). Very convenient for town centre, just a short, pleasant walk away, along the old tram route. Tasty cooked breakfast, with option to also have cereals, yoghurt, fruit, etc. Was lovely to look out into the garden to see the wild birds on the feeders, having their own breakfast. Would certainly stay here again, as very warm welcome and attentive (but not TOO attentive) hosts. As it's a quiet time of year they also invited us to park our car in their driveway after check-out, so we didn't have to pay local parking fees, which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Great location, lovely people, great breakfast. Didn't need to use the car at all once we arrived which is always nice. Stratford was amazing and would definitely visit again. Lots to do and really interesting, even if you dont like Shakespeare!

Very convenient to the town via an easy walk thru a pleasant park. Quarters are functional but a bit cramped. Very nice proprietors.
