WiFi good. Breakfast needs much more improvements . More fresh fruits (No cans) some varieties of breakfast — Nothing fancy.

Every morning staff puts out dry Bagels/ bread , cold boiled eggs / industry scrambled eggs and waffles along with Sausages / Patties .

Hampton Inn used to have decent price as well some what decent breakfast. I think the corporation can do better to help out these franchises.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were so pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant staff and bar staff were wonderful. Food was subpar. Not their fault. But overall a great experience. The shuttle is small and I almost called an uber because I didn’t think everyone who was waiting to get to the airport would fit. However, a second shuttle randomly showed up. It was still a little too close for comfort my liking!

The hotel was decent. The only issue I encountered was the parking equipment did not read my validated parking ticket because the reader was scratched so badly. I tried relentlessly and finally what I believe was a hotel employee with a parking card swiped and let me out. If anyone could see on the security camera my difficulties no one bothered to offer assistance.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was great. The breakfast was wonderful and dinner in the restaurant was good although the menu was limited. The only issue I had was calling the desk for the shuttle. Realizing there are times the clerks are busy it is still unfortunate to be put on hold for quite a while and not knowing if the call is still waiting or has been forgotten or dropped. Other than that issue I have no complaints and would stay there again

Was a decent hotel. Give yourself time with the shuttle. Had to wait an hour getting picked up and dropped off. If you are in a hurry you would be better off getting an uber. The desk clerk, who had office manager, checked us in and she was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was clean, but old and a bit run down. We were just trying to get sleep after a long flight before our next flight-so it worked.

Very satisfied with our one-night stay following the late arrival of an international flight. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was well designed, shuttle staff, front desk staff and breakfast staff were all very friendly. Only concern was the air conditioning was noisy. Definitely would return if needing an overnight stay at BOS.

Great attentive staff, I cannot stress this enough, from the airport shuttle drivers to the front desk and bar staff.

However good the employees, the facilities are outdated and deplorable, it smells of cleaning agents both in and out of the rooms.

The worst part, getting up at 3am to catch an early flight only to discover there’s no hot water to shower, this is a basic necessity not really negotiable.

It is unfortunate that very little investment goes to upgrading the facilities, let’s hope they pay their employees well since no investment goes into the structure. Probably the worst facilities I’ve witnessed in the USA and I travel a great deal globally and across the Country, I’m embarrassed to even write this honestly. Just because it’s an airport hotel doesn’t mean it has to be worn down like an old pair of shoes, looks great in pictures but the reality stinks.

For the money, this place was acceptable. However, the pool was cold and they told us they would turn on the heater to come back later. Well, it takes a long time to heat a big pool! We were gone before there was breakfast. Beware of the shuttle! It is first come first serve. There are times when that doesn’t work! They told us they would set us up when we got there. Then we found out it was first come first serve. Appeared This had been remodeled. There was some streaks that look like mold coming down our walls. There was writing on the ceiling where they had measured something. Before the money in a one night day it worked.

Four ladies stayed one night before our cruise. Room was comfortable and larger than we imagined. Sncks and drinks here nice as we got in after the restaurant closed. Breakfast was very good and lots of choices of hot and cold items. Would stay here again

Only thing I liked was the Lobby social room. Place was a mess. After flying 12 hours we checked into a room with what appeared to be urine puddle on the floor & was pretty much confirmed once I placed a white towel over it to help absorb. Room ok but in pretty rough shape for spending $312 for one night. Lady at the front desk was nice and quickly got me & my family into another room once I explained the condition of the room & showed her pictures. Side note, there were quit a few other people staying there that don’t look like they were traveling through. Almost like a halfway house with a domestic altercation in front of my room. Would not recommend staying there.

Unreliable and untimely airport shuttle. Took almost 45 minutes to catch the shuttle from the airport. Kept calling the hotel to ensure we were waiting in the right spot. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes. Had an overnight layover with a 6am flight. Staff told me that the shuttles started at 3:30 am and ran every 15-20 minutes. We got to the lobby at 4am and there was a crowd of people waiting for the shuttle. The front desk person said that the shuttle wasn’t coming until 4:30am even though there were 2 shuttles outside. It appears the drivers didn’t show up on time. I ended up calling an Uber because I was not confident there would even be enough room for me and my family. When the uber showed up, all the people were still waiting for the shuttle. The front desk person was very unhelpful.

This location is wonderful if you have an early morning flight. The free shuttle availability at 3:15 a.m. was SO helpful. The staff was very kind and efficient. Jermaine saw to it that I had everything I needed. Mini fridge in the room was handy as I had some food I needed for the next day. The property could really use some TLC and updating. There was a portion of baseboard broken and coming off the wall right next to the door to my room. The sink plunger was not attached in the drain. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. There were some unruly children running up and down the stairwell, on the other side of the wall in my room, yelling and banging on the hand rails. I went outside my room to the stairwell and asked them to please stop. They did not and I called the front desk. The staff swiftly took care of the disturbance and I slept well. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place near the airport.

The hotel could use a remodel, it’s time for a more modern look in the rooms. Electrical sockets weren’t working in the rooms. Had to get moved to another room. Rooms could be way cleaner! The shuttle service was good! Breakfast was ok, it was nice to have a hot breakfast included. The hotel needs a remodel! The Bathroom doors are a privacy concern, they don’t lock or close completely. Old sliding bathroom doors. The staff were nice and helpful. Egg omelette is good! Table cleaning station with wet wipes is needed for the dining area for guests to clean tables.

So, l stayed 5/26/26 thru 5/29/2 my stay was great l had no problems, the room was clean, the staff was welcoming, the breakfast everyday was delicious. I enjoyed my stay. people have gave the shuttle sort of bad reviews but l can say that the first time it was at night waiting for the shuttle it was a bit of a wait l would say about 30 mins maybe or a little less but at least it showed up l was happy. The next time me and my group waited it was not long at all. I do understand they have other people that they need to drop off so sometimes wait times can can take longer. Over all everything was great. I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn Boston Logan in Revere. Thank you Joyceleen E.

There was no hot water in the room and the toilet did not work. When I was explaining to the front desk, the girl who was sitting there rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. When I explained to the gentleman next to her it was specifically the shower with no hot water the girl chimed in and said “You already said that there was no hot water”

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this hotel and their ADA accessibility. A week before I booked/stayed at this hotel I called to ask if the hotel shuttle was handicap accessible for strictly wheelchair users who are not able bodied to stand and walk up the stairs on a regular shuttle. I called and asked a staff member prior to booking to see if this option was accessible. If it wasn’t accessible, we would have stayed elsewhere. There also wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t accessible, but that was why I called to find out before because it would have dictated if we stayed there or not. The staff member had me wait on hold for awhile and then returned to the call saying it was definitely accessible and they asked someone else who agreed it was accessible. I double clarified it was for someone who can’t get out of the wheelchair and they said it was no worry. We showed up for our reservation and the next morning went to get on the shuttle and found none of them to be accessible. It’s very frustrating and challenging when staff members don’t have basic ADA knowledge about the amenities included in guests stays. Especially even more frustrating when they asked someone else and they also agreed. We drove 3 hours to make it easier on ourselves to stay the night but in reality made it more stressful than just driving our vehicle to the airport.

The place is hard to find, on a horribly busy road, has no where to go for food anywhere remotely close by, the rooms are old, and the air conditioning unit would not stop and was extremely loud. The shuttle was available, but there were so many people it was a free for all and not a good time... should have two shuttles going at the same time.

The staff was very helpful in getting us to a room early as I have a disabled husband.

Definitely NOT worth $285 for the night....

It wasn't.
Aside from being about 95 degrees in the hallways, the carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago and I further questioned my stay when I got on the elevator. Yikes. The smell in the elevator was like my grandpas 1976 Ford LTD.
Arrive on my floor and it was like being blasted by the furnace of Dante - it was easy 100 degrees in the hallway and the walls and carpet were questionable at best.
At least the air was on in my room, and the room was clean however, this hotel is in need of some maintenance and upgrades.
I didn't eat breakfast and had limited interaction with the staff - the guy that checked me in said a total of about 8 words.

After a stressful trip, we arrived late to the hotel and was met with lack of care and no information on what might be available to eat at that time. Other than being told to DoorDash or Uber Eats. Then their snack area for purchase was lacking and no real choices. While it has a pool, we weren’t able to use it due to time constraints. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

I notified the property multiple times that my flight arrived after midnight. When I called for shuttle I was told that they way overbooked and did not have rooms. There were at least a dozen people in the same position while the young lady at the desk tried finding other hotels. No help from on site management or corporate office. I ended up having to find my own room which costs me $150+ more than my reserved room plus I had to pay for an Uber. Hotels.com was no help either. Blamed it on me for arriving after 11:30. That doesn’t explain all the other people waiting too

When we arrived at the hotel via taxi, waited for a longtime, the front desk did not say anything, long line waiting for check in without any explanation for why we had to wait for long time and no pick up from the Boston Logan airport.

Breakfast was available, and the fruit, cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs etc. were fine, but the hot options, with the exception of the waffles, were nearly inedible. Our room was clean, but somewhat shabby, and all the outlets on the furniture were so loose our chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in, meaning we had to charge our devices in the bathroom, which had new plugs that fit tightly.
