Wow! What a wonderful place to stay! My husband and our fiends (another couple) stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was so spacious and clean for the 4 of us! Just be prepared for no elevator, thankfully our suite was 2 floors up so not a bad climb. The restaurant staff was super helpful in helping with the bags up the stairs. It is also so nice that we had water bottles delivered daily and left outside the door.
The only complaint I have is that our suite was never cleaned even though we did not put out the do not disturb sign on the door. With 4 people, we had filled up the trash and used 2 other paper bags for trash that we left in the kitchen.

Room was perfect for what we wanted for the extra long weekend. Staff was extremely helpful in dealing with extended flight delays during the government shutdown. Communication was excellent.

So as a whole we were 100% happy with our stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location was perfect for what we wanted. Something’s you should know before you book, there is no elevator so depending on the floor you are on there will be stairs to climb, not a huge issue for my wife and but it could be for someone with limited mobility or with health issues.
As other reviews state you are over a busy restaurant on a very busy street with lots of night life on the weekends. We were on the top floor so it wasn’t an issue, but if you like to be in bed early and are sensitive to noise this might be an issue. Again, not an issue for my wife and I.
The fire place was a great touch and was used while we were there. Check in was super easy, and one of the restaurant managers insisted on carrying my wife’s suitcase up the 3 flights of stairs, which I found very admirable. He gave us a tour of the room and a quick rundown of the neighbor hood. The one thing we saw that could be improved on was the water pressure in the shower and the amount of hot water. The best location for all things Little Italy. Just about everything was within walking distance. Our suite was clean and the staff friendly. And although you have to pass through the restaurant to get your room, it added to the quirky charm of having a hotel above a lively restaurant.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was great! The staff was super friendly and everything was clean. They brought bottled water and coffee pods daily. The location was great- just know it’s a walk up (no elevator). We would definitely stay here again!

Bricco Suites are located in a great part of Boston, the historic North End (italian) district. It was great to stay in this area and we really enjoyed that.
Checkin is via the restaurant 'Bricco', the suites are down an adjacent alleyway where there is also a deli and sandwich shop (apparently renowned, however we did not partake).
There is an abundance of restaurants (mostly Italian), delis, pastry shops, coffee shops in the area - it is fantasic!
Our suite (301) was spacious, although furniture was large which crowded the space. We were on the ground floor which was great in that we did not have to lug bags up the stairs, however not so great in that we were right next to the front entry door and walls are paper thin so we heard every coming and going. There was a kitchen prep area across the hall which was also noisy through the day.
We could hear other guests moving around upstairs and talking in the corridor. We did not enjoy this aspect of our stay.
Room was not serviced during our stay (4 nights) aside from water bottles being left outside our door daily.
We would recommend this area of Boston, but would probably chose a different hotel for a repeat visit.

I did not like the fact that there was no elevator. My husband is 82 and I am 72 and we were put on the third floor with three flights of stairs to go up. The steps were narrow, wooden and the staircase was curved all the way up to the third floor. I don't think there was any mention on the website that there was no elevator. Also, the simple fact that there was no hotel lobby was very inconvenient for us as we had a 6:00 a.m. plane to catch and they don't open the doors until 9:00 a.m. in the bar restaurant area. Thank goodness we had our bags brought down during the daytime and our nephew put them in his car overnight until he could pick us up the next morning at 3:30 to take us to the airport. Aside from that horrible inconvenience of no elevator, the actual suite was beautiful.

I could not fault this hotel for location. It is ideal to see all the sights of Boston. The room has everything you could need for your stay and is spacious and comfortable. However, it is not quiet, suite 301 where we stayed is right next to the entrance door and opposite the area where the restaurant makes the pasta. At 6 am every morning the staff arrived and the noise started. If you are an early riser then it is not a problem, but if you want to relax and lie in forget it.

100% 5 stars -- except one thing. Great location, STELLAR STAFF, beautiful space with everything you need. Lots of stairs so pack light! Great bedding and towels, kichenette,waters and coffee provided (WITH ACTUAL HALF-n-HALF!) Great shower (dual!) with lovely hot water and heat lamp. Little private outdoor space to boot! From the moment we checked in we knew it would be a great stay. Marcel stayed extra late to hand us our keys because our flight was delayed. After that, we always felt welcomed and our room was serviced (with bottled water) every day. The area was absolutely perfect and we ate dinner there pretty much every night. It’s great distance to multiple T stations and we were able to walk downtown easily. Great option!

The property is located next to Hanover Street, which changes from a quiet street with coffee and pastry shops in the morning to a lively nightlife scene in the evening. Employees were amazing and very friendly. Vinnie was fantastic, a credit to the organization, knowledgeable and accommodating. Rooms were spotless, fridge had waters and a cork screw for wine. Bar and restaurant were award winning and lived up to it. The property is part of several other restaurants in the immediate area where you enjoy VIP reservation perks. Location is minutes and a short walk to the subway which can get you to and from the airport and other POI in Boston. Parking would be a problem but I didn’t drive, didn’t have to.

Great place in heart of North End (Italian quarter). Walking distance to all of Boston main areas. Great vibes and people. Our room at the back was really nice and large. Just a bit noisy with big air con units outside windows but to be honest we were so tired from walking the beautiful city and enjoying the hospitality we weren't that bothered by it! Would definitely recommend.

This property could not have been in a better area of town, very walkable to top attractions (or public transport). Staff were super friendly. Very clean and cozy. We did have an issue with our A/C unit not seeming to keep up (our room was 80 degrees on the last day) and there are no elevators, so be prepared for a steep climb on the stairs, but overall, loved the place and would happily stay again!

The host was superb! There was an AC issue when we arrived and he had maintenance staff on site immediately. Unfortunately, the room was 94F and took until the next morning to cool so it was an uncomfortable night. We wished there was a full-length mirror then found signs of one that was broken and removed inside the closet door. All fixtures were loose - shower door handle, door knobs, sink,sink handles…. The space was really nice but would benefit from curtains in the large living room as the hot sun made the room challenging to stay in. The room was very clean, nicely designed, and in a super cool spot. One AMAZING perk was that the restaursnts that own the property have a guaranteed reservation for tenants. We would absolutely stay there again but they could really benefit from a quick maintenance once-over.

Room was nice and in a great location. There is no reception because the rooms are in a building behind the Bricco restaurant. You actually check in at the restaurant reception. We didn't have a car because parking is impossible in the area but public transportation is a short walk away. Our lock was broken during our trip but we had no issues. Would stay again.

I SO want to give this property 5 stars...but I can't. The room, the condition, the staff, the location were all outstanding, however...we could not get the door to lock, and since they are not a full-on hotel, they do not have a maintenance staff, and are at the mercy of the local locksmiths. They were fully booked, so changing rooms was not an option, and my first night I got no sleep at all. The second night we got the door to latch, so a little better, but when we returned from sightseeing, the door just pushed right open without turning the handle...it was fixed on the 3rd day. Our compensation for this inconvenience was a gift card that did not cover 4 cocktails in their bar. This issue made our stay less enjoyable. Also, there is no elevator, but they were great about holding our bags before check in, and taking them to/from the room. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I'm gonna check the door!

Location is excellent in the North End/Little Italy. Walking to all the major sites was easy. Longest distance took about 40mins to famous Fenway Park. Stairs up to the rooms could be an issue if mobility problems. Air conditioning really good, some might find it noisy but fine for us. Would definitely recommend to others. I did a lot of research on accommodation beforehand and very happy with my choice.

Our stay in the Bricco Suites was wonderful! While parking was a bit challenging during check-in, the staff member assisting us was incredibly attentive—quickly helping us get settled and even carrying our luggage up two flights of narrow spiral stairs. The suite itself was perfect: clean, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the heart of the North End. Daily water delivery was a nice touch, and housekeeping was excellent. Great service and a great location made for a very enjoyable stay.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and the location was perfect! Walking distance to so many restaurants, the train, parks and things to do! We did not have a car and walked everywhere.

The only negative for this property is that our bedroom was directly above the Mare restaurant and it was very, very loud until 10 pm, and 11 pm on the weekend. If you don't plan to be in bed at that time, it won't bother you, but it was as if all the windows were open and music was blaring in.

The location was fantastic! The biggest drawback was that you had to walk through a restaurant to get to the stairs to the rooms, which was really odd. It was also very noisy at night due to the restaurant down below.

This property is wonderful. The only negative was they had no elevator, but we were on the second floor out of 4. It’s located in Boston’s North End and had many Italian restaurants. We would stay there again. If you do stay, check out the Bricco Paneteria located in the alley next to the restaurant/hotel. Great sandwiches and pasta. The location in the north end was fantastic and we walked everywhere. It’s convenient to all the tourist spots and great eateries. The two bedroom set up was great and the table and chairs plus kitchen area was super helpful. There was no couch or other place to sit which would have been nice since we were traveling with a 15 month old. The other big surprise was the amount of stairs to get to the room. Carrying a stroller up and down many flights of steps multiple times a day was unexpected. Thankfully the lady who checked us in took our bags up to the room for us. Overall it was a nice place just be prepared to climb stairs.

Was here for a girls trip and wanted to be on the North End which we loved the location BUT our room was 3 flights upstairs and they don’t have any elevators! We had heavy luggage so this was a real issue. The rooms were clean but noisy at night. I can’t say we would stay there again because of the elevator situation. Carrying down a 55 lb suitcase 3 flights of stairs was excruciating! But if that doesn’t bother you the location is great.

The location of Bricco Suites is perfect. In the North End of Boston among restaurants, historical sites, parks, etc. It was like having our own little apartment in the North End.

The unit we had was a two-bedroom. There were two queen beds which were very comfortable. In the common area was a kitchen table with four chairs. This unit did have a refrigerator and microwave which came in handy. There was a set of four dinner plates, cups, juice glasses, wine glasses, and fork/butter knife/spoon rolled in a cloth napkin. They also had coffee and an assortment of teas. In the refrigerator, they supplied four bottles of water per day. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower with dual heads. The water pressure was great! Bathroom ammenities included bar soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, lotion and make-up remover. It was so nice they supplied Kleenex tissues rather than a hard tissue. These units are only appropriate for those who are able to use stairs as there is no elevator. We loved the unit. The only issue we had was with the AC. Initially, I thought there was no AC, so we opened windows. When the temperatures began to climb, I decided to ask for a fan. Then I found out there was AC in the unit, but it just wasn't working. Venny immediately scheduled electricians to come in to fix our AC. I highly recommend to stay here, but bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Bricco suites is located in a house above the eponymous restaurant. The check-in is inside the restaurant at the host desk. I am not sure what happens if you try to check in outside the restaurant hours. The entrance to the suites is adjacent to the restaurant. The very pleasant and helpful host took me to my room, which was on the 4th floor up narrow and steep stairs, no elevator. The host carried my suitcase up. Luckily I only had a carry-on, but a big piece of luggage might be a struggle to get up and down. The room was lovely, in fact it was a small suite with a bedroom overlooking the street and the kitchenette overlooking the backyard. The kitchenette had a small electrical cooktop with a water kettle but no microwave or cookware. The bed was comfortable with quality bedding. I did not mind climbing up and down the stairs but this may not be suitable for everyone. The location is wonderful, in close proximity to many good restaurants and specialty food stores. TD Garden is about 10-15 min walking. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because there is quite a bit of noise from the street below until late hours. If you are a night owl, it may not bother you. As I checked out early in the morning I had to bring down my luggage myself, and again I had no problem doing that but someone with a big suitcase or a bad back may struggle.

The woman who then showed my friend to our room accidently opened an occupied room. Luckily, that guest wasn't in the room at the time, but this seemed like quite the oversight.
There is no welcome book of any sort in the room itself, and the wi-fi rarely worked. There was no indication of whether the room would be cleaned or how to request service, so after our second night we called and requested service. The person who answered seemed annoyed at us for asking and pointedly told us that we need to communicate better to request service. It turns out, on the back of the \"please don't disturb\" sign, it said \"please service our room\". Not sure how we would've figured this out since we were never told and there was no binder with instructions. When the cleaners did come the next day to service our room, they threw away our existing bar of soap and didn't provide a new one. Luckily, they were still in the building and I requested a new bar, and she all but rolled her eyes at the request.

The check-in process was a bit confusing as it was done in the restaurant. The room was actually very nice and clean. The maid service forgot to refill our coffee and waters and we had to find them to get some. They also didn't service our room one of the days. Being on top of the Bricco restaurant it was noisy until after 11pm (employees taking breaks and taking out trash, etc..) and then being next to the Bricco bakery it became a little noisy at 6am. Bring a noise maker. The food at the restaurant and bakery is amazing. All in all it is a decent stay at a prime location with great food.

The only things we think need attention are the windows (quite noisy outside at night), the HVAC seems to be confused and switches from Arc to heat on its own) and a sofa would be nice to have in the two bedroom unit. The only issue was that there was nobody there to help us with heat. The unit got really cold on the last night we were there and the heat thermostat was off. I set it on heat and showed heat is on but it was not actually working.

Lovely spot! Some things need updating (chair in the room was a bit worn and some lighting features in the bathroom were not functioning), but overall wonderful! Additionally, it's great waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread from the bakery downstairs, but unfortunately you hear them making a lot of noise in the kitchen in the early hours of the morning! But it wasn't bothersome. Rooms are comfortable and chic; bed is out of this world comfortable and the staff are very kind.
