Hotel was quaint and in a perfect location for our quick spring break trip with our daughter. The room has a curtain divider which worked out nicely for the 3 of us. Very close to China Town and the Freedom trail. Each staff member was very courteous and greeted us each time we came and went. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrible experience - nasty shower, no robs, very small bed, no coffee machine inside the room, no central AC/heater. They just painted the stair rail and the smell was everywhere. The employees were unwelcoming and the weirdest thing - the checkout is at 11am and when you ask for late check out it's at 11:15. No go!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean. Hotel clerk, Dillon (sp?) was kind and helpful. He had a list of local restaurants at the front desk and answered all my questions. There is no fridge or microwave in the rooms but that was fine. There is free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the lobby and the microwave is downstairs in the basement. They even have dessert plates, dinner plates, bowls, napkins and utensils that you can use! The hotel is in walking distance to lots of restaurants and transportation options. The cost of the hotel was great!

Nobody had followed through to call a cab to the airport for a very early flight in the morning that I requested, and then later confirmed with 2 staff members that it was fine.
I was waiting in the lobby and no driver showed. I asked the woman to check on this and she didn’t want too. She stated that they don’t call for cabs and told me to just wait and the cab will come. I said that at this time of day there is no traffic and he wouldn’t be late. I asked the receptionist to call a cab. She didn’t want to be bothered. She had to get back to doing nothing I guess. Her attitude was snarky and flippant. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but helping out guests is a common courtesy that any hotel should provide, even the worst 1 star ones. All she had to do was pick up the phone and call a cab to the hotel address, that’s it. Not everyone uses uber or sometimes people forget their phones or they don’t get a signal or whatever. She finally looked up a number for me then stated do you have anything to write it down on. There were Post-its right there. Unbelievable. She wrote it down but I had to go back up and use the room phone to deal with it because she wasn’t going to do anything. Around 35 minutes lost due to this. I would have given a great review but this incident left me disturbed. Won’t stay again

The guest bathroom at the hotel was very small and within the basement so I recommend using the bathroom in your room before checking out. The staff was all very kind and friendly which made my stay great. I would stay here again. Although the room is small, it’s perfect when you want to roam the city and only stay in a hotel room to sleep.

Nice and simple room. Nothing special, it has all you need. Was close to the airport which was convenient. I just needed to stay a night in Boston and found this to be the best affordable option. Reasonable pricing and front of house is kind although upon check out, I had to wait for a moment as there was no-one there. But overall I am satisfied with my stay and will definitely consider staying there again in the future if I ever come to Boston again and need a place to stay. The body wash pump did not work which is one thing I noticed but I had my own so I used that. Aside from that, no complaints.

The stay was pretty solid! Really helpful staff upon check-in and check-out, nice room, small but clean and really well set up for the space. My only concern is the noise level for anyone who's a light and sensitive sleeper. It's not the hotel's fault, but you'll want to have a white noise machine and/or ear plugs and/or heavier sleep meds if you wake easily. Super close to CVS for toiletries, 7-11 for snacks, restaurants for sustenance, and any other needs.
