Very limited breakfast on plastic cutlery and disposable plate. Run out of organge juice on first day, no pastry or banana on the second day. Did bring it to attention of the reception staff after first day but nothing was done. Resturant staff not helpful at all!!

Rooms are nice with up to date bathrooms. Bar was never open; it's not cool to say you have a bar if it is not operating! After travelling for the day and arriving in the evening the last thing I want to do is go out to grab a meal before sleeping.

It was a great hotel for our short stay in Boston. It was reasonably priced, it was clean, the staff were very helpful, there was a continental breakfast, and it was right on the red line subway. On the red line downtown was only 2 stops away. Very convenient.

I stayed at the Cambria Hotel for one night after a whirlwind tour of New England. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The valet area is very small, accommodating only a few cars. Valet parking cost about $61 for 24 hours, which felt expensive, but it included in-and-out privileges and was more convenient than parking in a garage several blocks away.

The hotel lobby is modern and inviting, and my room on the seventh floor reflected the same contemporary style. While my view overlooked a nearby condo building, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the blackout shades made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, coffee, and a mini wine fridge. Wi-Fi was easy to access, and the air conditioning worked well.

The complimentary breakfast was the weakest part of the stay. The oatmeal was overly thick, the bread was dry, and the eggs lacked flavor. The yogurt was decent, and I appreciated having tea and honey available.

What stood out most was the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. They even held my luggage after checkout while I explored Boston. The hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants and a Circle K.

Overall, I had a very good stay. The expensive valet parking and underwhelming breakfast kept it from being a perfect experience, but the comfortable accommodations.

I’ll say the hotel was great; clean and comfortable. But I would not be swayed by the complementary breakfast. Coffee was not drinkable. I was also disappointed in the single-use cutlery and the single use plastic toiletries. Hotels should really be stepping up to be more conscious of waste. Gym was excellent.

The best thing about the Cambria is the location on the Redline. It was convenient transportation for my son’s graduation. There are few other amenities actually available. Despite being fully booked, the rooftop bar was closed. Also, not having any decent food, coffee or beverage choices was disappointing. The room, which was not inexpensive, was very small, the carpet has seen much better days. But, the worst part about the rooms are an extremely loud air conditioning system. It actually made sleeping difficult. The bright side was the hotel front desk, they were always polite and professional.

During my stay, there was an accident in which I was injured. The staff that night did a great job. Ruby, who was working the front desk, was amazing. She went above and beyond to provide superior customer service. She made our stay wonderful. The staff were so sweet; they provided me with a cute little gift bag containing bandages, M&M's, and a lovely card signed by the staff who helped that night and by the general manager who assisted me the next day. I loved it. Wanted to say thank you again to Ruby, the real MVP.

I guess I just stayed at a bad time, but there were a bunch of breakdowns while I was there. My key card stopped working twice, and there was some kind of power outage that broke the main elevators, the wifi, some of the devices in the room (the TV and phone were broken but the lights were not). I wouldn’t blame the hotel for that I guess, that might have been out of their hands, but the man at the front desk was extremely rude about answering questions about it. There were two men and one woman, and the woman and the other man were very patient, as helpful as they could be, and didn’t complain about having to make several runs with guests to the back elevators, but my only complaint was the other man who had a horrible attitude and cut people off when they were asking questions. I don’t know why there were so many breakdowns, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms are great. Parking is absolutely ridiculously priced. 60$ a night. At 8:30 on Saturday morning, I waited about 20 minutes for them to bring eggs for the breakfast. Half of the food was missing from the breakfast bar. It was not a good experience.

The shower knob is loose and continues to fall off, and the shower head has a persistent leak. Despite reporting this to the front desk and being assured it would be fixed, the problem remains unresolved. Furthermore, I noticed black mildew on the silicone strip at the base of the shower door.

Regarding service, our room was not cleaned following a long day out. After my request for fresh towels and toiletries went unfulfilled by the front desk, I eventually had to locate a housekeeper in the hallway to assist me. For the remainder of the stay, I have had to personally request housekeeping at the front desk to ensure the room is serviced each day.

I stayed at the Cambria downtown with my boyfriend for Boston Marathon. The reception staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. They recommended some things to do whilst we were staying and soe good places to eat. (Moonshine 152 is so close and delicious with a 10% discount) if staying at the Hotel.

Breakfast was basic but just what you needed. Its a shame the bar area wasn't open in the evening but we had been informed it was managed by an external company who recently left.

The gym facilities were just what you need. The rooms were clean and spacious and th shower was great! We chose to walk into town each day which was around 40 minutes but the T station was a minutes walk away.

Fab stay and would definitely stay here again if returning to Boston.

This Cambria location does not compare well with the Cambria Boston/Somerville. Valet parking is over $60 in this location, and half that in Somerville. Also this property holds a much higher amount on the credit card. Why call it a chain when the procedures and costs are not even consistent in the same city? Shamefull! I won’t stay here again. Poor staff attitude too.

Good property to stay out- just a little outside downtown Boston so the location is really good- right across the street from the train station.

There is only valet parking ($59/night)- self parking is down the street in a garage and still runs almost $40/night. Street parking is limited, but we managed to find each
night.

No pool- swore it mentioned that online when we booked so we were bummed to not have a pool or hot tub to relax in after exploring all day.

Overall, clean- friendly- would stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly! They definitely made the difference! I did appreciate being able to open the window in my room. There was some kind of leak in my room by the window, but it wasn’t a big enough deal to be a real issue. There was no laundry on site Which was difficult since we were there for a volleyball tournament and needed to wash uniforms. It is very close to the train station which is helpful, but there wasn’t as many restaurants and grocery or convenience stores close by as we would have liked especially since it was so cold. The breakfast in the morning was really lacking. I have had better at a Holiday Inn. They called it an ‘enhanced’ continental breakfast, but I didn’t see even a decent traditional continental breakfast in my opinion. I would stay here again… I would just scout out more restaurants and shopping ahead of time.

The room was modern with tasteful furnishings and was very clean. The HVAC system seemed to have run amok. The room was 74 degrees when I arrived. I turned the thermostat to 71 degrees to be more comfortable and it gradually cooled down. The problem was that it cooled all the way down to 65 degrees by the next morning. I moved it to 72 degrees and it came up to that temperature. I left it alone and it was fairly good all day, but again the next morning the temperature dropped to 65 degrees. I reported the issue to the front desk upon checkout.

Overall, the property was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which made resting easy after long days. The staff truly stood out everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay more pleasant.
That said, the standard room was quite small. It’s manageable for a one-night stay, but staying for three nights was challenging due to very limited wardrobe and storage space. Unpacking fully wasn’t really possible.
Breakfast was continental and convenient, but it could be improved. For example, the boiled eggs were cold, and when milk was added to the coffee it became cold as well. Since there’s no microwave in the standard rooms, guests have to walk to the mini shop to use the single shared microwave, which isn’t located in the breakfast area this was a bit inconvenient, especially in the mornings.
In summary, it’s a good option for a short stay with comfortable beds and excellent staff, but for longer stays, more space and better breakfast amenities would make a big difference.

Stayed for one night on their 12th floor, corner room. So very quiet at the end of the hall. Room was clean and comfortable and I loved the bed and pillows! Much needed after a long day.
Front desk was kind and helpful, even at 2am when I rolled in and needed help with my key. I enjoyed the added security of the key scan to use the elevators and even the front door after hours.
I will most definitely stay again, value, convenience, and service A+.
