Disappointed in Breakfast selection. Not up to par with most Marriott owned Hotels.

I was looking forward a sit-down Breakfast at a table so I could meet my fellow Representatives to discuss Business, especially next to the Convention Center.

The property was clean and well maintained. The brazilian steakhouse on the property was expensive but a plus. Breakfast id available for a fee; but some get a $15 food and beverage credit per room, so this can offset the cost.

Great location for events in the Seaport district. Walkable to lots of restaurants and venues. Valet parking on site was helpful. Very nice staff and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

It is a brisk 10 minute walk from this hotel to the leader bank pavilion or the waterfront. The room is super clean and new. Prices aren’t bad considering the location.

The hotel lobby was extremely loud - so much so that I couldn’t hold a conversation there. There was a “resort fee” over and above the Expedia rate, but this was not a resort and that just felt annoying. There was no room service- just a “pantry” with expensive and mediocre food and a microwave. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known any of these things.

As soon as I checked in my room’s AC unit did not work and I blew hot air. My 1st task was to unpack and take a shower. When I got out room was hot like an oven. I called the front desk, the maintenance personnel came, handed me new key to a new room, stating had prior knowledge of this issue. But yet room was rented out. Further no attempt to assist to move my unpacked suitcases. After several trips to the new room, I was able to have a restful sleep.

I do not like being charged destination fees or facility fees or whatever fees. If you feel the need to charge an additional $25 per room per day just add it to the room cost. I don’t need to spend too spend the offered $15 on food I don't want. I won't be returning.

Plan on paying a resort fee, valet parking and high food prices. This is somewhat expected in Boston but everything was disorganized and the staff seemed very junior and inexperienced. The bartenders first ignored me, then gave me a lecture on the rules of working customers at the bar. Glad I brought my own bottle of wine.

The staff were great, rooms were nice and location was great as we were attending a show at the convention centre. The Brazilian restaurant attached to the hotel was incredible. Only downside was the lack of food in the restaurant. We ordered breakfast on the first morning and it was awful. You could tell it was just microwaved, greasy and not very warm. For such a large hotel, it should have a better place for breakfast.

Overall everything was good. Clean room, propertyvwell maintained. Only issue was grab and go breakfast not much ch there. Area for breakfast sandwiches empty at 830am( supposed to be until 10) Apso twice during my stay no one at front desk. Otherwise enjoyable stay

We went to Boston for a concert and I took my puppy he’s only 3 years old this hotel said pet friendly on the website but when we got there the had us sing a paper that says we can’t leave the puppy alone in the hotel room and the staff have all rights to come into our room and take the puppy if the puppy was left alone. I don’t understand pet friendly but yet you can’t leave the pet in the room we couldn’t even do dinner or go to the bar because he’s not allowed at the bar either but the bar was also in the lobby of the hotel.

When I arrived, the clerk said she couldn’t find my reservation. After a few moments of panic (mine), she found it and gave no apology for the worry. Overall a sourpuss. As far as the room, the thermostat was in Celsius - I had no idea - so I couldn’t find a comfortable temp all night. Apparently the shades were operable only from a switch on the wall - again, I had no idea. Also the lights were wonky. Half the time, they didn’t go on. I finally figured out that there’s a master switch by the door - for all the lights including the bathroom. Finally, the cost. It’s a bait and switch. They say only $220 a night. Not bad. Then they add a $25 bs charge literally for nothing. Just say the room is $245. Also, valet was something like $50 a night. Madness. I won’t be staying there again.

Shower beware! In my room, once water hit the shower floor, it felt extremely slick. I put the 2 hand towels on the floor to avoid slipping. There was no grab bar in the shower to help if you did slip. The additional $25 fee per day was a gimmick. Making $15 available to spend made it a bit less painful. Stocked up on M&M @ $4 each every day. The event I was attending was at the Westin, an easy walk.

The customer service upon arriving was horrible. The front desk man was rude, wouldn’t explain why I needed to swipe my card a second time for another deposit, but told me one of the deposit wouldn’t process. There was just a lot of lack of communication, and understanding. Definitely wouldn’t approach him for check in again. ( if I ever book here again )

The room was adequate, had decent storage. The bed was horrendous, sorry to say. One of the worse I've ever slept in, room 837. This is a simple hotel, nothing very \"Marriott\" about it if you are used to staying in more upscale Marriott Hotels.

I r stayed at many hotels but it has been awhile and the menu for morning breakfast was ok but not clear and none of the hot food was labeled so you kind of had to open it a bit to see what was wrapped up. Not very hygienic, the other stuff bagels, pastries, coffee was delicious.
Staff was ok but had my car valet and maybe I’m wrong too but I left my wallet in the glove compartment and someone tried to use my credit card at a CVS. Does valet need to go in my glove compartment go any reason? Luckily I had fraud protection. The bar was ok, under staff and couldn’t order some snack, took forever to be seen. And they didn’t do phone orders.
The pool was nice.

We loved the Aloft Seaport!! It's near everything, rooms are clean - we had a great view of the skyline! We had a blast Saturday night in the lobby bar - Karaoke!! Front desk staff, housekeeping and bartenders were very friendly. Good value for money!

There was not a breakfast menu. The room was nasty, my queen bed had a king fitted sheet. After the sevens day housekeeping did not change it just tucked it under. It looked like they had been tucked up like that for awhile. The blow dryer plug was broke, I had asked the front desk if that could be replaced. It wasn’t I had to call the front desk when i got back to the room.
When we arrived we felt like more of an inconvenience and not paying guests. They did not mention there was a restaurant, or the hours of the lounge.
There was not any welcome brochures to let us know what was in the area

We had a great time. The staff was super accommodating and excellent at every turn. Hotel was clean and inviting. Valet was also super smooth and easy to work with. Great location, the lobby bar was inviting for both adults and kids as it had drinks, games, karaoke, and so on. Breakfast and coffee was absolutely delicious as it was made on the spot.

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN.. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELP FULL.. I DIDNT LIKE THE PARKING SITUATION.. THEY GIVE YOU AN OPTION TO PARK ON THE STREET, IF YOU DO SO YOU HAVE TO PUT MONEY IN THE METER EVERY 2 HOURS TO AVOID GETTING A PARKING TICKET. THEY FAILED TO TELL US PARKING WAS FREE FROM 8PM TO 8AM.. ALSO DIDNT TELL US PARKING WAS FREE ALL DAY SUNDAY. THE OTHER 2 OPTIONS WERE PARK IT WITH THERE VALLET FOR $54 A NIGHT AND YOU CAN COME AND GO AS YOU PLEASE WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. OTHER OPTION WAS YOU CAN PARK IT YOURSELF IN A LOT NEAR BY BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $50 EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE THE LOT.. DEFINITELY A MONEY SCHEME ..

The front desk woman was AMAZING she needs a raise. I don’t remember her name but she was white and very friendly I checked in Friday night around 11.

Valet was five-star they did an excellent job and customers should be given a link to give tips.

front desk checked us into the wrong room (single not double) did not apologize while correcting the mistake - they also did not service the room during our stay - which was not very clean to begin with. Over $100 in daily taxes/fees (double what you'd see in NY) makes me confident we made the wrong choice for this stay. Avoid this hotel!

Hotel staff was AMAZING. We got stuck in Boston due to a blizzard and had to extend our stay. Every single staff member we interacted with was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. Having snacks and drinks available in the lobby as well as the bar with bar food was so convenient while snowed in since food delivery wasn’t happening. The lobby was spacious and nice. I don’t have a single negative thing to say.

The hotel location is great. Quieter area and easy to get to. The room overall was ok. Some peeling on the ceiling and slight wet smell. The knob came off when I was using the sink and the lights were fussy, not always turning on immediately when you hit the switch. We were in Boston for a very short time and didn’t ask for a new room but I do think we would have gotten one. The late checkout is very convenient and I would return.

Hotel staff was Fantastic. Hotel itself is clean and modern.
Parking? Last night was brutal and it’s not on the valets. They did the best they could but clearly the hotel either oversold parking available or not enough to begin with. Tip; there is a parking garage 15 minute walk that is not expensive.

The blankets was un sealed, leaving all the black to come out of the duvet. Also, there was no warm water. I had to shower and cold water. Also, the AC was very very loud. I couldn’t sleep at night not ideal for a vacation perhaps only for one night.

I would give a better rate if on the reservation they or whatever website let you know that breakfast it’s included just 10 dollars per person also it’s not a real breakfast it’s just chips bread or coffee on the machine, also I don’t think it’s fair that a guest have to pay for a parking spot 54 bucks per day also how is possible that a reservation it’s for to people and there’s just one bottle of water in the room, not drinks in the room even when I had a card on file

Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet area by the seaport and close to South Boston restaurants. Parking is valet and $54, extreme even by Boston standards. Front desk staff can barely make eye contact let alone communicate verbally.
