Excellent stay! The only downside is that the “poolside bar” isn’t exactly poolside. It’s a restaurant you have to completely cover up for to go inside and order. Just a tad misleading but beautiful views and excellent location so we were comfortable!

We stayed here with our 11 month old and it was perfect, couldn’t ask for a better hotel, a nicer group of staff members, and a better area. 11/10 recommend this hotel especially for a family trip. I will truly always remember how happy and kind every single staff member was, loved our stay!

The room and view were absolutely amazing! This was truly one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel offered a great variety of amenities, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The complimentary drink was also a wonderful perk and greatly appreciated.

Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel was always very neat and clean. My room was always made up nicely everyday by the housecleaning staff. The room I had was very modern and unique and I really liked it a lot, it was cozy and comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling window right by the king size bed. I would lay in bed and watch the planes taking off from the nearby airport and the traffic going by! I very much enjoyed my stay at the Omni!

This is the second time I have stayed here when there has been an issue with the pool.
(We’ve stayed there many times, just two pool incidents) 1. In winter when they are the only heated outdoor pool
In Boston so we stayed there…. They said it was too windy but it lasted for two days because pool was actually not working. 2. Stayed because of the pool again, it was 95 and planned to be the escape…. They apparently only take reservations, even though we went the day before and the 2 groups before us didn’t have reservations. We literally wanted 15-30 for a quick sip, no towels or chairs needed. Staff told us they needed the clear the pool deck in 15 minutes and after that the day was booked. The pool staff was rude and dismissed us and allowed the others in. My 9 year old looked forward to that specific pool and it’s why we traveled 2 hours to go for a special day. Zero information given at check in about it being full. Management told us to read the fine print next time and they were sorry it wasn’t relayed at check in. I love the Omni. It’s supposed to be higher end but the only thing high is the building and there’s always an issue in the end

The blackout curtains were incredible. I thought the sun hadn’t come up yet only to find when I pulled up the blinds, the sun was very much out and shining brightly. I usually don’t sleep well in hotels but the bed was actually comfortable and I slept great. Only complaint was there isn’t a real table in the room (too small) so not a lot of places to set things down. Also no hooks to hang things. But honestly the bed makes up for it. Love pool and walkable area close to lots of cute things.

Very nice place. Sink didnt drain so they had to call maintenance and in the artist towers, the faucet is so close to the sink you can barely use it. Also on the last night even though the air was on 67 it stayed 74 in the room which made it hard to sleep

Unfortunately, there was very little about our stay that met expectations. We were particularly disappointed with several aspects of the experience:

There was an erroneous charge of $422.00 placed on our account, which required me to contact my credit card company and request a replacement card.
The floor in our room was dirty and appeared to have sand or similar debris on it.
The room itself was considerably smaller than expected.
The cost of food and beverages was extremely high, while the quality did not justify the price.
Service was excessively slow, including waiting approximately 20 minutes just to receive cocktails.

Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or acquaintances moving forward.

Very disappointed in the aesthetics of the room in the artist tower. It felt awful waking up in the morning and looking at a concrete ceiling that looked unfinished. And also the corner pillars that were concrete and unfinished.There was no luggage rack to put your suitcase on and no closets. It felt like you were in an unfinished room. Most hotels allow you to use their steam & sauna rooms without an extra charge. The staff was very courteous and excellent, and the cleanliness of the place was good.
You should warn people before they book of the unfinished look of the room.
I never would have book there. Our older children booked though you but we're in the other tower and their room were nice .

Would not recommend buying anything from their convenience store. Charged for 3 sandwiches “only bought one”, “smart technology”… attempting to get refund for the 2 sandwiches I did not buy.
Note was told if you pickup and item and put it back down you are charged even if you don’t leave with it. Of course that is not what their signs say..

I was reading ingredients on side of sandwich and looking for expiration date.. subsequently charged for every sandwich I looked at…

My family and I stayed for two nights and it was absolutely incredible. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Everything from the service to the food and the room of course were perfect! We had an incredible view of the city from our 18th floor room. That pool and hot tub especially were a big plus for the kids and us as well. My wife and I enjoyed a massage at the spa which we would highly recommend! Overall, one of the best stays we've ever had outside of our own home.

Room is just super small. The bathroom sink are divided by a mirror and who’s in the bedroom area can see hear everything happening in the bathroom. Basically privacy is non existent. There’s no closet so your suitcase you have to figure out where stand it around the room after you close it and if you are with sharing a room with a partner and two suitcases you’ll be lucky to be able to walk around the room. Mind you this is a room that is slightly under $400 a night. We only chose it because it is right in front of the convention center. But I would have definitely preferred staying 20 minutes away in a comfortable room.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at Omni Hotel. We were kept up all night because of the room across the hallway was hosting an after party! After asking the people to quiet down several times we finally called security at 3:30 am. They quieted down for a short while and we didn’t get to sleep until 5am. In the morning I went to the front desk to get some type of credit for the terrible experience! The woman at the desk just said there was nothing she would do and that we were just out of luck. I tried talking to several other employees who had the same disregard for our terrible experience. To top it all off they charged me $210 for 2 nights of parking!! Will never go back here or would I ever recommend them to someone. I hope this helps others avoid the same situation.

This is one of the best decisions I ever made honestly!! They were all so sweet. The hotel was gorgeous and I had written a note for them before coming that it was my birthday and if I could get the highest floor. They had 22 floors and gave me the 20th and not just that but they also had a cup desert set for me in the room and gave me a gift card for the hotel on the 5th and 2 free drinks which I seriously did not expect. It made my birthday weekend absolutely worth it. They were very kind to me and I’m so coming back again. Definitely recommended.
