This was a great choice for me as a solo going on a cruise. Once there from the airport, I was able to uber/lyft anywhere. I got some local favorites to heat up for dinner & some Asiago popovers for breakfast. Thanks Popover Lady in the Public Market. I was going to walk to the port but it was drizzling. The ride was less than $10 at 11:30 to drive me around the block to drop my bag. I'll stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We loved the views from our room. The room was spacious, modern and well cleaned. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of great choices for everyone to enjoy. The hotel is walking distance ro great restaurants and the cruise ship terminal.

While staying at the homewood suites in seaport Boston with my Fiancé for his birthday we decided to not use my members account to see if anything would change in the way we received service and boy did it, while some of the staff were great others were extremely disrespectful and prejudice we had asked one of the women working the front desk if we were able to grab a loaner umbrella as it was forecasted to rain, she eyed my fiancé and myself up and down and told us “No those are for PAYING GUESTS” as if we didn’t just spend close to a THOUSAND USD for a 2 night stay , I brushed her off and reminded her that we ARE in fact PAYING guests in room 530 and she then made up an excuse that they have none left. While visiting we tried to make the best of the amenities by checking out the pool… while everything seemed to go fine a family of three walked in with two 10/13 year old children and that’s when the pool went wrong the children unsupervised sprayed water from shower faucets onto other guests items, Room 530s dishwasher was also broken upon arrival so we were unable to comfortably use the appliances in the room not to mention the ceiling looked disgusting and dirty full of cracks and holes the view was mediocre at best and the “complementary” hot breakfast was ice cold by 8 am overall I would recommend finding another hotel/kitchenet/ suite in the area as the hotel and staff did not meet the standards set for the prices they are charging to stay the Signed a unhappy guest

The only complaint we have is that they cooked the breakfast bar eggs with margarine instead of butter. They were DISGUSTING.
Other than that....the property was clean and well maintained. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and decent size. I definitely plan on returning for a longer stay with my entire family.

It is a relatively new building and located in a newly developed commercial area. It is easy to access and also close to Cambridge and downtown areas. The room was small for a 1 bedroom suite but clean throughout. The hotel was packed and was hard to find a table for the breakfast which was complimentary by the way and it was nice.

Ok so it’s a new hotel convenient location to the airport….. it says Hilton and the suite looks like Hilton except for the the dirty towels left on my shower upon arrival that had a very Homewood suites middle America feel about it. I used the ample other clean towels and threw it in the hallway girls cart……..the pool was super small and full of screaming children. And it would have been cooler to just pay somewhat normal prices for water and food in the lobby I mean your not a baseball stadium!

I did not care for the parking situation at the property, I did not like the fact that a property so far away from anything had no restaurant or gift shop, and that the things they did sell were very few and scarce if you wanted to access your car you have to literally feel obligated to tip of LA attendant. Their drop off and pick up area was very small and inconvenient also.

For the most part I’d say it was a very good stay and a very nice hotel. Couple things though that I wasn’t a fan of. The bed was terrible, lumpy and beat. The pillows were even worse, basically a pillowcase with air in it. That being said I could look past that and would stay again. One final dislike was that there are 2 balconies in the building but can only be used for “business meetings” no where to go and relax outdoors. All that being said good stay good staff good breakfast and the room was spotless.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el servicio, la atención, el hotel muy limpio y en muy buenas condiciones, lo único fue que prácticamente no hay mucha opción más que tomar el servicio del valet parking pagado por cada noche, porque si lo dejas en otro parking igual tienes que pagar un poco menos pero no puedes mover tu carro desde que llegas hasta el final de la estadía, la piscina no como se ve en las fotos de grande pero para los niños pequeños está bien, después de todo eso el hotel está muy bien.

Perfect location to walk to the Seaport. This is my 2nd time staying. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Next day at breakfast the staff was very accommodating due to the fact I have a Gluten intolerance.
Highly recommend staying on either side of property.

We had a really good eight day stay at this property! The staff was attentive, pleasant, and professional. Our only complaint was that the mattress was REALLY worn and not supportive. After a few nights our backs really hurt. Location is great just a short walk from the convention center.

The breakfast was excellent, and while the parking was quite expensive, I can appreciate that this is likely due to the location.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and I would like to extend my gratitude to Ruo, Mabasa, and especially to the entire valet team.

Our large family found the Studio Suite room to be perfectly suited to our needs.

This establishment certainly deserves a rating of 10 stars!

The room was clean plus you was offer free breakfast with varies options to select from to eat like eggs, home fries, waffles, slice bread toast, bagels, cereal options, oatmeal and so much more. Valet parking was worth getting and available at any time of the day. They provide you with a parking ticket with a barcode to scan and come up as a text so all you had to do is hit send and your car with be out front within mins. The overall stay was great and next visit to Boston will be choosing the same hotel.

We were really disappointed from the first moment of our stay. The front desk agent spoke in one word, clearly annoyed sentences. Told us our room would be ready in 10 minutes—it took an hour and 3 trips to the front desk with my autistic 7-year-old. Our room was a “water view” which was actually mostly industrial eyesores. It was next to the laundry and ice machines—super noisy. Breakfast was too crowded to enjoy. The facility had random signs of failure to maintain, like duct tape holding the light posts together at the valet pickup. We expected much more and won’t be staying again.

Watch out for the extra valet fee if you need parking, too.

La habitación en condiciones, pocos utensilios para la cocina, es más para calentar la comida. Muy bien el lavavajillas. Poca limpieza en la estadía. El desayuno básico pero noe esta mal. Lo que es huevos bacon y sausege bastante mala calidad. El resto safa. Pileta con agua fría y una guardería de niños dentro no la recomiendo. Gimnasio un 8 , muy bien. Pros:
- Excellent location, right on the seaport with lots of nearby attractions and restaurants/shopping right at your doorstep.
- Very clean and quiet. The room was spotless and well-maintained.
- Affordable—we paid $160 for a 1 bed suite during Feb vacation week.
- Lots of amenities: large indoor pool that was very warm, on-site included breakfast, gym, office space, washer/dryers for guest use, small on-site market.

Cons:
- Parking is ‼️NOT‼️ included in the cost of your stay. You will have to choose between either valet (roughly $60/night) or self park in an off site location which still costs roughly $50/night. While valet is of course nice in the sense that you just get out of your car and they handle the rest, it is very expensive and you will have to wait quite a while at checkout for them to pull your car up when you want it back (it took us about 30 minutes this morning from the time it was requested until the time we got into it). If you will be catching a flight or going somewhere that you have a specific schedule for, I recommend either allowing an extra 30-45 minutes for the valet service retrieval of your car or checking out early in the morning as the typical checkout time frame (~9-11a) was very busy for them.
- For a hotel with 13 floors, they only had (from what I could observe) 2 luggage trolleys. This was frustrating at check in because we traveled with our kids and had several heavy suitcases and bags, and both trolleys were in use.

Just note that paying for valet service and then being told customers do not have access to the parking spaces. So everytime you may need something from the car it has to be brought out which takes 15-20mins. Just poor system for valet and it should be advertised that parking is not included and that it is $62 for each day.

Had a pleasant staying, staff is friendly and professional. The only two disappointments is that parking is not free (62 for overnight) which was not mentioned when booking, and the lack of privacy when the curtains were open due to the building architecture (people from other rooms can see you). The pool photo was also misleading, too small. Breakfast cant complain super good (just recommend to arrive early, can get crowed late morning). The rooms were comfortable and welcoming, and I can't complain the beautiful boston pier water view. If u okay paying extra 62 for the staying, I really recommend it.

The hotel was nice however the pool area does not have a hot tub and there is no self parking available on site. They require valet to park on site at an absurd rate of $62 per night. Had I known this I likely would have booked elsewhere.

Considering it’s a newly built hotel the soundproofing between and above the rooms was not very good at all, consisting banging of doors in the hallway and heavy footfall, not experienced this in new build hotels.
Staff were amazing the set up was good it’s purely down to something out of the staffs control
