Beautiful location, very well decorated, loved the metal work scattered throughout the building. The beds were comfortable, loved the view from the 15th floor. It was great having real creamer available for the in room coffee maker. This was a very nice place, but a few things kept it from being a great place. The internet connection was terrible. You never knew if you were going to be able to access it or not. This was between two Iphones, two Ipads and a laptop computer. Very frustrating, ended up having to spend have the time with my phone as a hotspot to get access. I wake up earlier than my daughter, and when I went downstairs to have coffee the first morning, the music pumped into the lobby where the coffee is was too loud, too uptempo, definitely evening vibe for younger folks, but not coffee appropriate for those of us wanting to wake up gently. And when everything else is this nice, why in the heck do you skimp for single ply sandpaper toilet paper? I'd rather pay an extra dollar a night and get something good! Other than that, I thought it was a good value for my stay, very conveniently located to Boston Commons and several very good restaurants.

The room wasn’t great, it felt shabby. The floor outside the bathroom felt like it might give way it was so springy. The carpet was old and dingy and the fabric covered headboard and footboards on the beds were stained. The lighting was dark and the drapes once closed I couldn’t open again. I won’t stay here again.

He did not work on arrival. To the front desk. We left for the evening. When we returned, the heat was working but set at 81°. Had to open sliding door to cool the room. Linens and pillows were not great. Location is top-notch. So that’s a positive.

It felt unusual to arrive at a hotel—especially one positioned as “luxury”—and find no staff available to assist with luggage. While my friend and I didn’t have much to carry, the absence of a valet or bellhop was surprising.
The hotel and room were generally very clean; however, I did notice a significant amount of dust in our room. Additionally, the shower never reached true hot water even with the handle turned fully to the highest setting, and the toilet continued to run after each use.
On a positive note, the staff member who checked us in and out was incredibly kind and welcoming.
The location of the hotel is very convinient, you can get tomany spots in the city by walking, taking an uber/ lyft or using public transportation.

It’s in an ideal location, however it doesn’t feel like a four star hotel. The bed is as comfortable and the rooms have nice views and there’s some updates. The shower was only lukewarm and the pillows were not the most comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at the Revere for one night. The hotel was located near nice restaurants, a CVS, and the Wilbur theater, which was the reason for our Boston trip (a show at the Wilbur). Our room was very big and seemed comfortable till we realized that the temperature in the room was 75 degrees. We shut the heat off because it seemed very stuffy in the room. We then left to our show and when we got back to our room, it was 80 degrees with the heater off. We had to open the sliding door to let cold air in. Then we went to shower and there was NO HOT WATER! At 2:30am We called the front desk and they didn’t answer, so we took very short cold showers. Throughout the night we couldn’t sleep because it was still 80 degrees in the room. In the morning we also noticed water on the floor near the toilet bowl and noticed the bowl was cracked. We got frustrated with the lack of sleep due to it being too hot in the room, so we just got up to try and shower again. We wanted to hurry up and checkout because we were so frustrated with our stay but there was no HOT water AGAIN! Upon check out I complained about our issues and the front desk lady said our room was supposed to be maintenanced and had a ticket to be serviced! I asked why did they put us in that room if it had issues. She didn’t know why and only offered to deduct the hotel fees! Our goal was to have a relaxing weekend and unfortunately we ended up losing sleep and couldn’t take a full showers! We are not happy!

The hotel is in a great location. Parking garage is attached. Hotel is going through renovations which look great. Some of the areas in the lobby and elevators are in need of attention. That says the room is cozy, clean and comfortable. There is a cement balcony that you can stand on and have a view of some of the city. Not the most beautiful view but a view nonetheless.
The lounge off the reception area is comfortable and cozy. There is an outdoor Roof top bar and lounge area we’ve visited and enjoyed on a previous visit.
We can’t wait to stay again and enjoy the rooftop experience

Location is very good and reasonably priced. However, this facility is not well run in my opinion. Our room was dirty on arrival (e.g., hair on bathroom floor, dirty carpet). Adjacent guests left candy bars in hallway the first night and they were still there the day we left. The TV did not work two out of the four days we stayed. The facilities are worn - filthy damaged elevators. Offers coffee in the AM downstairs but it was empty. Do not recommend and will not stay here again.

Great location and garage parking on site. Very clean and attentive staff. Beautiful hotel and room. Lots of construction happening but was isolated. Room was not as warm and didn’t get as warm as wanted in the frigid cold February and no comforter on bed mad sleeping cold. Also tv only had a few channels available. Will visit again

It was less than a 30 second walk from the outside of the parking garage to the front entrance to the hotel. Not bad. Staff was courteous and helpful. The room was nice and clean. We were on the top floor and the balcony had some cracks in the cement which made me feel some type of way … specifically nervous. The rest of my party didn’t care though. Overall good place.

My stay at the Revere Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a calm yet stylish atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away.
The staff was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, always willing to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location is also perfect, close to everything yet still peaceful.
Overall, this stay felt effortless and pleasant, which is exactly what you hope for when traveling. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend the Revere Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. I would happily stay here again.

Room heat didn’t work well & the bathroom sink wasn’t draining well / one cleaning ladies had attitude & there was not much to do there except workout room / no pool or game room / rooms need update & parking garage was expensive for 3/ days it cost as much as 1/ night at hotel but our 2/ dogs were no cost so that was nice but park car cost more than having dogs there .Area was nice but hotel need update in activities & decore…

We enjoyed our stay other than the fact that this property hides a significant additional per night fee in the fine print. When you book, the price you pay does not include this fee. Upon arrival we were asked to pay a significant additional non-optional per night fee to cover WiFi, water and coffee. For me this is just a strategy to manipulate the Expedia search results with a low advertised price only to turn around and charge a large fee for what Motel 6 provides for free. If you don’t mind paying more than advertised, this is a great hotel.

Surprised by good reviews. Filthy easy fixes - elevator buttons dirty, yellow grout in shower with obvious dirt, could see ledge of sink in bathroom was covered with mildew on underside, hair in bathroom, curtain had a panel totally ripped off with top remnants still hanging. Mattress had a clear indent in the middle. Very nosy heating with constant ticks. Restaurant breakfast service slow with less than 5 tables occupied. Evening front desk agent was great. I asked for my bill from the morning agent. Initially, he read me my charges, misquoted the charges and wasn’t sure when I asked about a charge. Had to ask for the bill twice and my impression was he was trying to hide something by not providing and misrepresenting details. They don’t use or they had a service elevator issue and we waited for an elevator more than 5 minutes one day of stay with elevators coming by with housekeepers and food/bev staff filling the entire elevator. Odd. Wouldn’t return.

Hotel was great, however the reason for booking the hotel was for the supposed Christmas popup bar.
No one had any idea what I was talking about, all I got was they put things in the website that doesn’t exist? Waiter was not any help at restaurant that was to have the pop up. It stated 4-9 7 days a week until Christmas . I found it again in the elevator , again no answers. It also stated online there was a rooftop bar. It never said summer only.
There are plenty of rooftop bars that have heaters or igloos. They had no response for that. It was a big part of our stay and staff and website should be more informed.
The hotel was a nice clean hotel and food was good, would have stayed elsewhere had

We had cocktails at the Rebel's Guild that is a great space to relax and connect. The lobby has a wonderful water machine that dispenses a range of options. It has sparkling water with a host of flavors as well as hot water for tea. That was a great surprise and access is 24/7.

The revere was excellent. Abdel at the front desk was amazing! Great personality, great tips for the city and very accommodating. Complimentary coffee and tea service was great in the morning. The rebel’s guild was awesome for dinner and cocktails. Highly recommend.

Room was worn. Carpet dirty, curtains torn, dust visible on surfaces. Window so dirty it was hard to see out. In-room coffee maker not worth the effort to make coffee-weak, tasteless. Not so much as a glass in the bathroom.
Good location but otherwise not worth the price.

We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Unfortunately the heat didn’t work in the suite. We were moved to a much smaller suite (but still a suite) and initially the heat didn’t work in that room either. We needed to request a new comforter because ours had existing stains. We also went down for complementary coffee at 7:30 but were told someone didn’t do their job and there was none in the lobby. They did send us to the restaurant though where there was coffee available.

A reception staff member, wholly untrained in ADA laws for service animals became condescendingly confrontational in front of his co-worker buddy when asked the simple ‘yes or no’ question of whether the hotel had correctly recognized the animal as a service dog. Instead, he wrongfully asked for paperwork and when appropriately told that was not a legal request the hotel can make he launched into “I am not going to argue with you” repeatedly instead of simply looking up the requested informations. He finally looking up the information when he saw that I started recording. Without apology the staff member said “have a nice day” disingenuously and both staff laughed as I left the lobby.

All the staff were excellent. Location was very convenient. Room rate and parking prices were reasonable for Boston. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Rooms are large. The hotel is beginning to look worn and could use a refresh.

The stay was excellent. However, we did not receive the Expedia Platinum member 20% benefit on food purchased and charged to the room. Upon checkout, we were advised that we would have needed to personally request the serving staff to reflect the 20% discount prior to settling the bill for the hotel's breakfast. The associate at the reception dest claimed that he was not able to apply this discount when we checked out ... disappointing!
