Customer service was poor. The pull out bed was broken and the couch was uncomfortable. Requested a bed. Customer service said someone would come by and see it. No one ever came to see it and no bed was brought. The rest of our stay was uncomfortable. I asked for compensation and never received it.

I was pretty pissed by the pre-checkin verification: \"Please take a quick moment to verify your details, request additional services and sign the required incidentals and damage waiver online. This will ensure a hassle-free, expedited check-in process.\"

It turned out to be troublesome and a total hassle - their form basically asked me to fill up everything that was there at Expedia. Worst part is - it asked for \"copy of credit card - front and back.\" It's 2025 and small companies still dare to ask for sensitive information on file? Plus this is totally redundant. It's totally paid for and if they want incidentals be secured with a card it's perfectly fine. Ask for a digital copay is just insane. I went along to avoid be left in a limbo on checkin. Then the system was unresponsive and wouldn't do anyting. CS was useless and put me on hold. etc etc.

Their policy and management suck. But to be fair the property is nice and well maintained. For short term travel, I'll not consider them again. Btw it's condo - don't expect any service.

I checked in with my elderly parents and I had no help to take luggage’s upstairs. I asked for early check in and the lady at the desk said I wasn’t written down for it after I asked and spoke to someone multiple times. The place was not that clean and the area was not the best. I hear construction machines all day and night. No peace and quite at all.

Great location in China town. Easy to walk to the theater district and French quarter. Great food within walking distance. Building was secure and safe. Security was very friendly. Unfortunately there was construction outside the building on both sides. One of the “towel packets” in the closet had been opened and had a dirty face cloth in. Would have been easily missed by housekeeping. Did not use the stove given the great food available. Great outdoor seating if the weather had been nicer. Full sets of dishes, glasses, utensils was very useful. Parking information was misleading. Pay and park in Beech St Garage and walk to the property. Would stay here again.

Bedroom didnt have any blockouts so expect lights at night & a very early wakeup. If you like a dark room I suggest not staying here. We didnt sleep well at all.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking with refrigerator etc too.
The apartment was lovely, modern, comfortable and clean. However the washing machine was out of order and the first notification of this was when I read the notice in the machine. No prior notice given or alternative arrangement offered. My 13 day road trip was worked around having a 2 day stop in Boston where I was expecting to be able to do a batch of clothes washing half way however this was impossible.

It's important to note that there isn't any parking at the hotel and available parking that is closest is inconvenient and costly. Also, the water pressure is very low and it's difficult to take a shower because of it. They don't provide any hand soap, so make sure you bring your own. The location is very difficult and terrifying to drive to.

1. First of all, the front desk (security staff) was unfriendly and completely unhelpful. On our last day, after checking out, we were waiting for our car in the lobby, but she rudely asked us to leave because she said she had something to do.

2. When there was a problem, it was impossible to reach anyone from the property. I made at least ten phone calls. Since the room faced a street under construction, they said they would change my room, but after waiting the entire day, nothing happened. I also couldn’t reach their Boston office.

3. The curtains were just a thin layer of sheer fabric, so the sunlight woke us up early in the morning.

4. The one-bedroom unit didn’t have a bedroom door.

5. The hot water only lasted about five minutes before turning completely cold.

The window coverings were inadequate for sleeping, the property across the street kept all their lights on until 11pm which shown like a daytime sun fully illuminating the entire apartment.
Also, the shower design in the master caused water to go all over the floor during a shower.
Friday night there were very loud motorcycles up and down the street until late into the night. Other nights it was nicely quiet.

Tea towel, dish cloth, paper towels, sink stopper and 4 coffees (for 4 individuals).
Both shower stalls should include shelves for shampoo, soap etc.
FYI, the glass stove top has brown stains.

The location was great and we were able to get to all the sites easily. Also, liked having two beds and two bathrooms for the price. However, everything was very cheap in there. The sheets were nubbie because they were cheap and worn. The toliet paper was so awful we had to buy our own. The beds had little support. The place was clean though. So if you don't care much about the bed, sheets, and toliet paper it is a good pick. If you do maybe pick somewhere else.

1 star is a tough review as the suite, area and facilities were excellent. However the security (1 person at the desk) was awful.

The member of staff has no clue what she was doing, she often said “not my job” when asked any question. It took 3 hours and two phone calls to head office to get bedding for our child (which was in a cupboard on the 8th floor)

In contrast the gentleman who was on the desk the next day was amazing and resolved the issues in seconds.

It is such a shame the first interaction was so poor, it made for a very stressful first night stay.

I had the best sleep! This property was quiet, elegant, and perfectly met my needs. I was in for business and often hotels are so loud and crowded. This property was so quiet and I could not hear any street noise. When you travel, sleep can be hard to find. This was truly and oasis. Everything was clean and there were lots of amenities. Very close to the subway, food, and shopping. Will recommend.

Pros: the location was fantastic and we walked everywhere. The building felt safe and secure. The kitchen was great and everything worked.
Cons: the internet would go out multiple times a day. We had to reset the router about 5 times a day and then wait 25 minutes for it to come back up. I reached out to the property and they suggested we unplugged the router and I thought the situation was fixed but when I let them know that it was a continuing situation they stopped communicating.
The dryer did not dry any of our clothes even if it was a small load. Just socks and underwear.
The bed was uncomfortable and only had a table on one side.

We probably wouldn't stay here again due to the internet issues.

Loved our stay at the Global Luxury Suites! Nothing bad to say from the Welcoming/Check-In experience to our Check-Out. The studio isn’t that large, but it was a nice size us family of two adults and a 5yr old kid. Super clean and modern. Everything we needed was there, from all the kitchenware, dishwasher, washing and drying machine. Even though it’s located in the heart of downtown/chinatown, it wasn’t noisy at all… sure we heard some trucks every now and then, but nothing during night time and everybody slept really well. It is also well located near the Orange and Green subway line.

Would recommend and would come back!

Great location for ease of getting around Boston, but beyond the kitchen it was not good. The company has a 1800 number, but no repairs or adjustments were made during our stay. Terrible beds and bedding. Three towels, for three people, for three days. The shower curtained smelled like soured milk. The drier might dry your clothes and the washer leaks. TV in the livingroom does not work. All reported on our first day and none repaired or adjusted.

Washer/Dryer did not work properly. Despite 2 calls and 1 email to customer service, the issue was not resolved. The washer didn’t rinse clothing out and they remained sopping wet. They required extensive drying time as a result ( over 4 hours). This was extremely inconvenient.

The room is spacious, yes. However:
1. There are no shades in the room and if you are a lighr sleeper, bring a sleeping mask.
2. The bedroom doors do not close all the way and the sunlight from the non shaded windows comes in, early.
3. The mattress in the pullout couch is terrible. You can feel every spring.
4. The sheets on the bed were scratchy. Bring your own if you want to sleep in comfort.
5. The batbroom is small. Very small. Two people can not be in there at the same time.
6. There is no shelf in the shower for your products, meaning everything is left on the floor. Hard for people with multiple back surgeries to reach down.
7. Parking nearby is very, very expensive.

From the moment we walked in the property the air conditioner/fan/heater thermostat was not working. I nicely asked the front desk twice to help fix and they said they messaged the property manager each time. It was never fixed so I called the only number provided and emailed multiple times. No one ever addressed the issue or replied! Our entire 2 days was in a stuffy place with no air or circulation. None of us could sleep well. Never had such a terrible experience.

Check-in: This is not a hotel but a property management company leasing out their apartments for short term stays. They required photos of my ID and credit card to be sent via an online form, which was not very secure; there was no way to show my ID and credit card at the property during check-in without digital copies being sent to headquarters insecurely. They also have additional, unclear, and incomplete terms and conditions that they force you to accept during that process.

Cleanliness: The towels and sheets came wrapped in closed plastic bags, but they still had numerous long, black hairs inside the packaging.

Overall: I was also overcharged for my stay. My hotels.com receipt showed a lower total than what this property ultimately charged me on my credit card statement. (Not an exchange rate issue--I booked in USD and was charged in USD).

Seeing some bad reviews, I was optimistic in booking this place for myself, my wife and our 2 young kids. We booked a one bedroom with a pull out sofa in the living room.
The bedroom door was missing and this issue was never resolved. The pull out sofa was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The neighbour beside us was also having issues with communication, as their fridge did not work for their multiple day stay.

The property is new, clean and well located, but the customer service and communication was terrible.

We rented the one-bedroom suite, which was a great setup for our group of 4 ladies. Close to the T stop, grocery store, and central to everything. Management isn’t on site, but they do have 24 hour security, although neighborhood was very safe. Washer is in the bathroom, which was handy. They do have luggage storage and elevators. We would definitely stay there again.

There was not any parking onsite-I had to ask a random person where to park because no one answered the phone when I called multiple times.
there wasn’t anyone at the front door. I wasn’t able to get in the building. I had to wait outside in the cold until someone who was leaving the building let me in.
The suite was really nice and comfortable. Make sure you bring laundry detergent, extra paper towels, and dishwasher detergent and extra garbage bags. The location is perfect. Very easy to get around. The T is close. I would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t get in the door- no one was at the front desk. I had to ask a woman how to get in.
There wasn’t anyone to call. The number on the web site could not connect me to a live person

There was no reliable heat for over 12 hours after checking in. The staff on site who are not related to the booking did more to help than the actual company. During this time the temps averaged 17 degrees.

I was also locked out of my unit on the 6th floor balcony due to AUTO LOCKING DOORS with no sort of signage or notice.

Then the hotel staff emergency number does NOT work. You will not speak to a human calling ANY of their numbers. I had the key the door to get inside. I almost had to call the police for help.

My entire stay was overshadowed with being forced to report issues, like the heat. I spent so much of my stay on the phone with hotels, the host, and the building management that it impeded the trip and business I had. I’m very unhappy.

The property was in a good location and was in good shape. However, the advertised sofa bed is not something that is usable - it's basically a futon with no padding and a bar running down the middle of it. When it became clear the first night, we tried contacting management with no luck. We tried again the next morning and over 4 calls spent a good chunk of our morning trying to get the bed switched or fixed and also to get some more linens. All their help desk folks were useless - lots of talk, but no results. Eventually the security helped us get some extra towels/linens. It wasn't till the following day (2 days from check in) that the maintenance staff was there and they provided a rollaway and proper bedding.

For the amount they're charging, putting in a $1000 proper sofa bed would be the most basic and easiest thing to do. However, between the bed and service, it took a lot away from our stay and our impression of this rental.
