Room is very spacious! Clean, neat, tidy. Breakfast is good. Just the location is not as convenient as I thought. Around 10 mins ride from airport. Good that they provide free shuttle. It will be more convenient if you rent a car. It’s not close to subway.

The hotel was about 15 or 20 minutes away from the airport. The shuttle came and picked me up and dropped me off at the same location at the estimated time they said they would. It was quiet in the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The beds are very comfy.The bathroom had a walk in shower with no tub, easy to access. The snack market was larger than most are and carried a variety of snacks.
However in my room all the outlets that refrigerator was on and the lights above the beds were on, were not working. Over all if ever in Boston again. I would probably stay there again.

I would give a higher rating as the room was very nice and clean, but there is only a thin shade over the window. A street light right outside the room shone in. I piled pillows in the window to partially block the light. This hotel needs blackout curtains or shade. I would not stay here again.

Curbside pickup late at night was excellent, check-in great.
room spotless, but a little cramped between the bottom of
the beds and the wall - hard to pass each other on the way
to the bathroom. Door to room very heavy and you really
had to be on your toes to turn the handle before it locked on you - almost instantaneously. Same with elevator closing - barely made it in before the doors closed. When not expecting it, couldn't get to the \"open doors\" button.
Breakfast good. Checkout excellent and transport back
excellent. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was nice. The front desk staff did the bare minimum. I asked for extra pillows, they said no, because they dont have a key to housekeeping. Understandable, but she spoke to me as if I should already know that.

The staff were great. The complimentary breakfast each morning definitely made a great part of stay, and accessibility to and from the hotel. Clean room, with great housekeepers. Were referred to local eateries, and they did not disappoint. My first ever stay in this lovely state for the Spooky Season. Loved every minute!

The breakfast options were great. The staff was helpful. There's a good Mexican restaurant a short walk from the hotel. Loved the convenience of the airport shuttle. The room could use a little update. The USB outlets didn’t work in the furniture- which I needed because I had forgotten my outlet plug. Overpriced for what you get, but all around okay.

The 1st shift front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. The office center was \"unavailable\", since the Manager didn't understand how to CONNECT THE INTERNET on the computer!! The telephone # showed on the computer screen- yet she couldn't understand how to complete this. I WAS UNABLE TO PRINT BOARDING PASSES prior to airport arrival! My cousin had to BUY A PRINTER, HAVE IT SHIPPED TO HER SON and he had to print passes and WALK to AVID to give them to me!!! Ridiculous & unacceptable! The 1st shift \"manager\" a middle aged white woman with blond short hair and a BAD attitude - harassed my cousin staying here- about her dog also! My cousin has been staying here the last 3 weeks! SO Unprofessional! GREAT WAY TO LOSE REPEAT BUSINESS. There was a 2nd shift front desk clerk, BRUNA, who is bi-lingual, with long dark hair- who worked 3-11pm- that was friendly, professional, very attentive to the guests, as well as being bi-lingual! BRUNA was MUCH MORE accomodating! BRUNA should be manager over the older woman on the 1st shift. I have traveled extensively. Bruna would make a great General Manager. The 3rd shift woman CATHERINE or \"Cathy\" was great too. I was just not awake most of her shift. With the doors being locked at 11pm- there were no issues I noticed. Thank you.

The staff was extremely delightful! We were picked up at the airport and greeted very nicely.
It’s about a 10 minute drive from the airport to the hotel. The property is located on the opposite end of the cruise port located on a very busy street.
There are 3 restaurants on the site. A bar/restaurant that serves a variety of items from pizza to pasta and steak! We had the calamari, mussels, conch balls for appetizers. The chicken rice bowl and pizza for main dish and everything was delicious! The bakery cafe serves sandwiches for breakfast and different ones for lunch. They have an assortment of coffees, teas, lattes and daily bakery items that are delicious! There is also an Italian restaurant that we did not go to.
Our room was located on the second floor and there is not an elevator, so stairs are the only option. The room was clean with 2 double beds, microwave, fairly large refrigerator, dresser for clothes, small dining table and two chairs, closet with ironing board (no iron) and bathroom with tub/shower.
There is a small pool and seating area with umbrellas to use.
Overall, there wasn’t any issues with the hotel, it’s just a little outdated and needs some cosmetic improvements- tub had a few rust spots, walls had patch spots and not repainted, balcony rails were rotted and bed headboards were not attached/secure to anything.
Yes, I would stay here again!

We had to stay a quick night in Boston due to a late flight making us miss our bus. Arriving at the hotel late, the night front desk person was very nice and kind and helpful. We appreciated that he understood we were super tired and he made everything easy on us.

We were disappointed that the airport shuttle, which is clearly outlined in your website, and one of the reasons we stayed with you, was not running. While your hotel did the right thing and provided an uber, we had to relocate to pick it up and it was very confusing as to where to find the driver. You need to improve transfers and make sure your guests don’t have to “guess” as to what is going on. I shouldn’t have to call the hotel (a pain as finding the local number and not some centralized reservation desk) and ask for what was supposed to be made available automatically. At the end of a long day, you’re supposed to be a refuge of easy comfort.

But, your great people made it all work. Make sure you reward them for their help!

The room was spotless the bed and bedding very nice. The floors, like most new hotels are plastic so they can be noisy. I stayed on the 4th floor and would ask for top floor in the future as the inconsiderate person in high heels stomped in at 2 am, stomped around for 10 minutes and threw them off, probably while sitting on the bed so they make maximum clunking sounds. Otherwise I recommend this reasonably priced hotel as the parking is free and the breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices, fruit, hot oatmeal, eggs, bagels, english. Everything. Very good staff as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I needed a quick spot to get some sleep between flights. I was looking for the cheapest option because we’d be there less than 7 hours. We all know cheap should come with low expectations - not here!

1.) the most comfortable bed, mattress, pillow, and sheets of my LIFE.
2.) fully expected to pay for an uber to the airport the next morning (had to leave around 4am) but the front desk associate got my flight information at check-in and signed us up for their shuttle service which was on time and got us to the airport safely and quickly
3.) they had breakfast bags available for pick up since we were leaving so early - it included fruit, cereal, a muffin, granola bar, almond milk, etc. I’ve never seen a hotel do this and thought it was very thoughtful

Perfectly great for a mid-travel overnight stay near the airport. It's about 15 minute shuttle drive, give or take with traffic, to the airport. But fast and efficient drivers and they know the airport well and where to drop each passenger based on airline. Hotel room not much in the way of amenities, (i.e. no coffee, tea, hot kettle, water) but mostly it's fine, again for a quick overnight stay. It should probably be $100-ish a night instead of $250-ish in my opinion, but inflation and rising prices all across the country apply here too of course.

We love how clean the rooms are, and the Dove soaps and lotions. But our favorite experience was the airport shuttle driver. He cheerfully picked us up right on time and helped everyone get settled. We had a crying baby on board, and he immediately turned on a beautiful, soft lullaby as we took off from the hotel. The baby went right to sleep! And ten passengers left the van with a smile on their faces at 5AM. Sweet!

Just be sure you have an actual credit card for check in, there is a $100 deposit required. Seen a couple of people having issues with this. Would stay again

They were both excellent and extremely helpful - from getting us rooms side by side with our friends to a recommendation for a delivery to the hotel for dinner. Both ladies were great!

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. My few complaints have more to do with the cramped room, lack of a refrigerator, the tendency of water to leak from the shower, the somewhat irritating LED lighting (white light is your friend...) lack of a desk or any sort of convenient way to do any work in the room, the lack of any decent closet or reasonable facsimile thereof. The hotel is fine for what it is, but I'd have a hard time recommending it for business travel (at least the room I stayed in).

The floors are laminate or hardwood. The people in the room above us danced and jumped across the floor in high heels or boots for several hours late at night while we were trying to sleep. We called the front desk 3 times but nothing was done about it accept to claim they had called the room (almost positive they didn't as there wasn't even a momentary pause in the noise) It was too late at night to change rooms as we were already in bed and I had my 82 year old mother with me

This was a great hotel! Super clean. Staff was great and the breakfast was perfect. Healthy options and a great selection. Coffee available 24 hours. Close to the Little Italy and the wharf. An easy Uber ride to all the places you want to visit in Boston. The only drawback was the room was small for four adults. All in all a great stay!

Only problem we had was hearing the people above us talking. The walls must not be insulated that well. The people above were up all night.
