Dean at the front desk was very helpful and gracious. He made our stay pleasant. Paul, one of the shuttle drivers was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Very pleasant to chat with. The food was very good, always hot, and plenty to choose from. Breakfast was important as we were there for my daughter’s volleyball tourney, and the food options were perfect for an early morning routine. Would highly recommend this place!

The hotel is nice and was clean. The suites would be nice for a long stay. The only downside is that there was a busy bus stop behind the hotel and the beeping of the bus as it lowered the side was pretty loud both at 11pm when I was going to sleep nd 6am as I got up. I sleep with white noise so that helped a lot once I fell asleep. The breakfast was good.

This hotel is extremely noisy. There is a bus stop directly outside of the room which did not stop running all night. Horns were honking, loud engines were constantly making noise all nigh. We did not sleep at all. The heater was also stuck on. We tried turning it off completely but the room was still very hot.

Stayed there for 21 days. Worst stay of my life. Toilet shattered, cockroaches in sink (pic evidence), and when I attempted to extend my booking another 7 days through Marriott bonvoy app the General Manager after agreeing in person to have us deposit half the amount of the stay upon check in and the remainder tomorrow CALLED my cell phone after leaving the hotel and asked us to vacate the hotel within two hours - with no reason given whatsoever (never had a complaint the entire stay).
The AGM is also a coward and refused to speak to us but instead fraudulently charged my card amounts between $100-600 multiple times nearly daily to attempt to extract more money from my card while illegally attempting to evade fraud detection. Enjoy the coming lawsuit.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this property. The pros: super clean, renovated rooms, friendly staff, and good offerings for the hot breakfast. The cons: no one answered the phone when I called for the complimentary shuttle, so I had to take an uber. The hotel sits at an intersection that is extremely noisy, and since my room’s window faced the intersection, I couldn’t sleep due to all of the noise from the trucks.

We were given a ohone number to call for pickup from the rental car center. I called but no one would answer the phone. My husband also called, but he was hung up on two times. I was left on hold for 45 minutes before i could speak to someone to request pickup, and then another 15 minutes to be picked up. This was totally unacceptable service. Additionally, when we contacted Marriott corporate, we were told they would not intervene because the booking was with Expedia. As a result, i will not be booking with Expedia for hotels in the future. I will book directly with the hotel and airlines.

This hotel is in an industrial area. Its clean and convenient for Logan but thats it. There is lots of road noise from heavy vehicles. Clearly its an issue as the hotel leave ear plugs on the bed side table! First time I've ever seen that. I had a poor experience with the airport shuttle. I waited for 45minutes outside Terminal E arrivals at the courtesy bus stop but it didnt arrive. Nowhere when I booked did it say you had to call for a ride. I had also messaged the hotel a few days before to ask if i should call for pick up on arrival. I never got a response.

A strange set up for a closet- shelving and not a lot of room to hang a coat or dress. Large sofa and one desk chair- no other chairs or table. Being really close to the airport you can hear a lot of traffic but that’s to be expected. They provide ear plugs in the room. Room was very clean. Free shuttle to the airport. No restaurant or bar on premises.

What a mistake. I booked because it was three minutes from the airport, but it took me an hour to get there because of a drawbridge between the airport and hotel. I checked in and tried to get dinner, but they have no restaurant. The lady told me there was hot water in the room to make a soup, but there was no such thing. Will not stay here again.

Loved the ease of transport links to anywhere. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the airport (although it wasn't always easy to get through to them to book it). The room was kept lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was free everyday (albeit a little samey) and slightly disappointingly they didn't have any other catering on site, not that this was too much of an issue as uber etc delivered quickly. Overall very happy to stay again or recommend to a friend.

Thw room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked quietly. Coffee was stocked wih my choice of Keurig cups. Disappointed to not find USB charger plugs in the room or lobby. The toilet ran every 20-30 minutes due to a worn out flapper in the tank. I turned off the water supply to stop it. The toilet paper rack had been partially pulled from the wall.

Great staff, very helpful. However, if you want to have a good night sleep, this hotel should not be first choice. The hotel is at a junction with all the commercial trucks stop and accelerate starting at 4am. Beyond noise, even the hotel trembles.

Room was not available when we tried to check in at 5:30 pm. Reserved and prepaid for a 1 bedroom. Was told there was a “maintenance issue”. We could wait 30-45 minutes while housekeeping cleaned it or take a much smaller room with Mariott points - which I don’t use. Opted to wait. Waited over an hour in the reception area. Couple apparently kept the room late - we were told they were Mariott members so they qualified for late checkout at 4:00 pm. But WHY allow someone to checkout at 4:00 pm when check in for that room is 4:00 pm? Does not make sense to me. I don’t think the couple wanted to change rooms and hoped we would accept a small room. After over an hour we were able to get into the room - about 6:45 pm. Guy who had the room late came and knocked on our door at 9 PM. Said he left something in a kitchen drawer under utensils and wanted to get it back. I let him in to get it. He apologized for the room not being ready and said “I thought they would move our things.” What???? Soda bed is broken. Bottom feet would not straighten so daughter slept on incline. Room is VERY noisy. Bed not so comfortable. I usually love Mariott. Terrible disappointment here.

Lovely hotel, clean, nice staff, especially Gretchen at breakfast who worked on her own and did a great job, she made sure we had blueberry muffins and hugged us on our last day, a lovely person. Breakfast was good, I also enjoyed the pool every morning while my husband made use of the gym. Kitchen area in room, comfortable bed. Only issue we had was with the TV at night as it kept cutting out, an engineer came up on three different occasions, eventually fixed it by unplugging everything and switching it on again. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Karen.

We had a great stay for our vacation. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Public transit is easy with bus stops across the street that take you to a subway stop 5 minutes away. We felt very safe even when we rode a bus in at 9:00 at night.

The room looked clean but the carpet by the bed was damp. Hoping the carpet had just been cleaned I put a towel on the floor to absorb the dampness as my socks got wet after standing on it for a moment. The towel became brown as if it had absorbed a cup of coffee. I called the reception and she sent a maintenance person to make sure there wasn’t a maintenance issue because the carpets had NOT been cleaned. The maintenance person said it smelled like a “chocolate drink” that maybe had spilled. I was so grossed out by this. The shower was also not clean. No compensation was given. Never will I ever stay there again.

This is an amazing property near to airport. They have free shuttle services to nearby places and airport. There is good connectivity in metro where you can catch the blue line metro from airport station and can go anywhere within minutes. Buy the charlie weekly pass and you can use the bus service SL3 too to come directly to the hotel which is very easy in terms of connectivity

Very comfortable and good value hotel. There is a bus station opposite which will get you quickly to the airport or to the subway station/downtown Boston. The hotel is right next to a busy junction so is noisy but this didn’t really affect us during our stay but may be a problem for light sleepers.

Throughout my stay, they were consistently rude, unhelpful, and gave off the impression that assisting guests was a burden rather than their responsibility. Even at checkout, the lady at the front desk didn’t bother to say a simple “thank you for your stay.” For a long-term guest, this lack of basic courtesy was particularly disappointing.
Secondly, I found it unreasonable that guests staying for an extended period are still required to pay $20 per night for parking. Over time, this adds up significantly and feels like an unnecessary and hidden charge.
